  • I thought Patapon 3 was coming out this week…

  • SONY… I EXPECT SOMETHING TO BE DONE ABOUT COMMENT #9 BY GodOxidian…

his statement is offensive and abusive and doesn’t have any place on a video game blog. Please add a “Report Comment” feature…

  • @198….LOL Sony left that #9 comment there! they don’t give a whatttttt LOL.

Also, where is GT5 AND DEAD NATION??????????????????????????

  • you guys should learn by now that the us blog is keyboard mute. try contacting the uk blog.

  • GT5 Releaseeeeeeeee dateeeeeeeeeeeeeeee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Virtual Pool 3? THAT’S a PS1 classic?

Not Einhander? Not Legend of Dragoon? Not Future Cop LAPD?

Who’s in charge of the “classics” department? Do they have a phone number? Could I talk to them? Please?

  • Gran Turismo 5 – The never ending story

  • you promised the release date for GT5…… and you didn’t fulfill that promise…. 1000’s of people are really pissed at you right now Sony

  • @162 you do know that we have been waiting 6 years for this game right?…….

  • I bet SCEA got egged to beat hell lastnight..LOL way to drop the ball.

  • Gran Turismo 5: You alive, bro? You seem dead….wake up! Why aren’t you responding? MEDIC!

Anyways, about 5 days left for an announcement until all hope for 2010 is lost.

Hopefully before or during SEMA a date can be given. Tell KY he’s done enough and that the rest of his master plan can wait until GT6. We’ll understand just fine.

  • Hey Rey, any news on the Fight: lights out? you said last week : “Expect more news and a solid release date on The Fight: Lights Out very soon. It’s hitting PlayStation Move sooner then you think!” and nothing yet?

And for the guys waiting for GT5, try the new need for speed hot pursuit coming in 2 weeks, the demo is really fun, plus its made by Criterion so you know its going to be good.

  • wow, I cannot believe how much people whine. It makes me sad. The only entity that should be ashamed here is you impatient freaks, not Sony. I would rather have myself play GT5 this week as well, just like you, but this thread has gone a bit too far with the METHODS of complaining. Maybe complaining is not so bad, but how you go about it, sometimes makes a heck of a lot of difference.

I just want to say to Polyphony Digital. regardless of the pressure, make sure the game is EXACTLY what you intend it to be. I’ve played too many games with ridiculous game-breaking glitches lately, exactly because of developer/publisher greed releasing it way before the project is finished. The testing phases seem almost skipped nowadays. I DO NOT MIND waiting! My Logitech G25/Evolution racing chair is not complaining either :)

  • Wow. People rated this blog bad over GT5. Ever hear of “good things come to those who wait”
The spam makes you all look bad. The guy is just doing his job. He has nothing to do with GT5.

  • I guess I must be the only person alive who doesn’t really care THAT much about GT5. Don’t get me wrong, I’m going to buy it first thing but the delays just don’t bother me as much as it is seemingly bothering everyone else.
I have to laugh at all these comments saying, “YOUR TREATING US GT5 FANS LIKE CRAP AND YOUR LOSING US!!!!”. No, they are probably not losing anyone. I bet money that 9/10 people who made similar comments are going to whip right out to buy that game the minute it hits the shelves. So stop fronting people. And unless you are a game dev or work for Sony then I am pretty sure you have no idea as to what goes into the development of a game like GT5. You don’t know all the factors that could cause these delays your all whining about. You just want your wittle game and you want it wight nows! =(
Cry me a river. If Sony would have released the game way earlier and it had tons of glitches and flaws you’d all be on here saying how they should have treated the game better and took their time with it like it deserves.
Not only is IT JUST A GAME people but it’s a game that your going to go out and buy regardless. I know it, you know it, and Sony knows it. =)

  • Hey Sony, I hear people might want a release date to some game that rhymes with Man Furismo Jive. Just in case you hadn’t noticed.

But seriously, this is pretty ridiculous. Holding back a new release date to you’re biggest and only holiday release?

  • “Holding back a new release date to you’re biggest and only holiday release?”

    Which holiday?
Gamestop’s release date list has it at 1/1/2011

  • LAST GUARDIAN RELEASE DATE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Still nothing on GT5? Dang.

  • We don’t care about apologies. We don’t care about “sooner than soon” statements. All we want is GT5’s release date, NOW! And the game in december!

  • To EVERYONE waiting for GT5. Give it a rest allready. It will get here when it gets here…!!! Theres tons of other great racing games out there as well as non-racing games to tie you over.Dont U people have school or a job to go to – get a life -A REAL LIFE…!!! OR why dont U hop into your own car and go to your local mini-mall & do a few laps after hours in the dark. Maybe if youre lucky, Mall security can chase u around. Or if youre REALLY LUCKY, local police can chase U up the PARKADE to see who gets to the top level first…!!!

  • The delays don’t bother me, as it shouldn’t bother many complaining on this board. But at the same time I feel sony/pd should stop giving the community bs release dates. Don’t lie to the community, give honest answers. There wouldn’t be any complaining if sony simply said “we don’t know when the game will be released, but hopefully it will release sometime this year”. People would still complain, but the ratio wouldn’t be so high :P

Anyways, I’m not really geeked about the game, but I look forward to purchasing it.

  • @ 230 “To EVERYONE waiting for GT5. Give it a rest allready.” How about no?

  • Hey Rey is Yu Gi Oh 5d Tag Force5 or Dragon Ball z Tenkachi Tag Team coming out this week

  • GT 5 date, chop chop. I’ve been waiting 4 years!

  • Aside from GoW this is a pretty week update (psp-wise) i know for a fact that eye pet wont be for pspgo (pretty sad if you ask me. Word of advice next time dont waste time/money on a digital only game system if you guys plan on making games like this…)

Also is there even going to be an update tomorrow? all the blog post about game claim there will be one tomorrow (Nov.2) but its Election Day and i understand everyone will be off tomorrow (at least me anyway both job and school) So when can we expect an update?

  • @fuzzyclutter its called Ebay, its way cheaper than game stop… or glide. both work for me.

  • Sigh, I wish someone would actually explain WHY oh WHY are we not getting Vagrant Story or Front Mission 3 already?

Vagrant Story came out in DECEMBER 2009 IN EUROPE!
Front Mission 3 came out 2 months ago in europe as well…. WHY IS IT NOT ON THE US STORE YET?

Noooooo, we don’t want these games, we want “true” classics, like Virtual Pool 3………. right… whatever, seems to me Sony and SE don’t want my money at all then.
