Help Dear Playstation,
I realized that I haven’t been getting messages from PSPlus on my PlayStation 3 and my friends have been getting betas and information from the messages since the beginning. How do I fix or enable it?

Now for the reality of it. I’m a huge Sony fan but like others have said you don’t really tell us anything. You clarified that Field Runners was given out and then you recycled and apparently plan to continue to do so and that is where the problem is.

As a loyal Sony customer I own a PS3, PSP and utilize the store very often. I was a day 1 purchaser of your new program, PS+ and have enjoyed it. That being said you gave Field Runners as a free title and then went and gave it out again. I’ve essentially already paid for the title, why should I pay for it again just so someone who didn’t have the ability or want to sign up earlier can get it? In this case offer up Field Runners again, note that it was previously given out in the past (don’t try to slip it past us) and then offer another title free for those of us who already got it.

Based on your currently logic you could offer a one year subscription, give new titles out for six months and repeat those titles the last six months of the year and use your current excuse as to why your doing it. That doesn’t fly, and while I don’t think you’d slap us in the face that hard by doing it like you did you steer down that path.

Thank you for getting us the Sam and Max. Sooo much complaining with every update announcement and half those complaining dont even subscribe. I’m an original subscriber and am very happy. I never would have purchased the smaller games like burn zombie burn or shatter but have had a blast playing them. I’m also loving Killzone 3 beta and I plan to give psn+ as a gift.

Man this makes me be proud to be a subscriber Ive always wanted to play that sam and max game, Now that its free im really going to enjoy it but it looks like i have to wait a couple of days. and that little big planet 2 thing you guys are really awesome. speaking of which are there new themes coming or are the ones you put up the new ones because i am dissatisfied with them. Thank you for ruining the beginning of the new year sony :D i love you guys

Sounds like a fantastic update – I’ll be downloading nearly everything! :D

However, can you clarify which Crash racing game we’re getting?

-Crash Team Racing for PS1 (currently $5.99 on PSN)

I think this will be the worst PS+ update for me.

I already own Sam & Max just like every other PSN game that has been offered since day one. Hopefully one day I will get something I don’t already own. I could care less about Crash Team Racing. Giving us Fieldrunners again is a joke. Game was fun for 10 minutes and then didn’t give a crap anymore.

Also no responses for everybody’s questions from the terrible blog team like always is getting really annoying. Come on people do your job and give us some answers once and a while. You would have this job if it wasn’t for us consumers.

It is nice to finally see some free avatars again. I will also enjoy LBP game so that is a plus. DLC on the other hand is lame this month and hasn’t been worthwhile since the first month with the KZ2 map packs even though I had already owned those too.

Sony you really need to pull out some good stuff before my year is up if you want me to resubscribe. So far everything you have given away I have already owned or could care less about. Minis are lame and the PSone games have only had 3 good ones worth a damn.

I really love my PS3 but I’m losing my excitement for Plus.

I literally just joined PS+ because of this update. I’m very happy with Shatter, Hustle Kings, and Sam & Max. I’ve been wanting to download all three for awhile and this was a very nice surprise, plus Oddworld and the Prototype full game trial are awesome bonuses. I already feel like I’ve gotten my money’s worth (and more to come) and I just subscribed yesterday.
