At least 2 other games I also bought it the past also did not include a manual.

There is absolutely no reason why these should not be included. We’re already paying full retail price (or more that that, if the price has dropped in stores) for a game we never truly own and has ZERO resale value. It’s BS that all titles available for download do not include a manual (I’m talking about full games, not arcade or minis).

At least Microsoft is smart enough to enforce a certain standard for publishers that distribute on XBL. I do enjoy my PSP and using PSN, but this is something that needs to be fixed. Stop pushing sub-standard items on your customers.
