Poison_Fallen Angel

Hi SingStar fans! Another two weeks have flown by, which means it’s time for another SingStore update. This week we have over 40 new SingStar tracks that will be added to the SingStore, along with a few new PlayStation Move dance add-ons, and a new Snow Patrol song pack.

There are a few classic hits in the mix that we’ll be definitely be adding to our SingStar libraries. There is nothing like some good upbeat Motown tunes to put you in a good mood as you sing along. So this week we’ll be grabbing The Four Tops, “I Can’t Help Myself,” The Temptations “My Girl,” and Marvin Gay and Kim Weston’s “It Takes Two” – which makes a really fun duet song by the way.

And since 80’s rock is always our guilty pleasure, we’ve also got our eye on Poison’s “Fallen Angel.” Yup, we’ll be adding that alongside “Nothin’ But A Good Time” and “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” which are already in the SingStore.

So be sure to check out the rest of the track list below and head over to store on Wednesday to download your favourites. Enjoy!

Nice update!

Any chance at being able to have my downloaded songs on more than 1 PS3 at once?

I have my main PS3 in my bedroom then another PS3 in my living room. I’d like the living room PS3 to have all the songs rather than having to move my PS3 from my bedroom every time I have people over.

Having the songs restricted to 1 PS3 is incredibly annoying. As long as I’m signed into PSN on my account I don’t know why it should matter.

Sweet for the new tracks I’d like to push for some updated R&B and POP songs.

@David2Crazy I agree with you but with what hackers out there can do these days if they didn’t agree to it the music industry would probably not allow us to have the songs so easily. Look at the other “system” and there version of SingStar it hasn’t gone anywhere.

I’ve been waiting for Depeche Mode but again my fix has been supplied by Rock Band 3. You really need to step up your game, Singstar. Lets not even bring up the wireless mics.

Come on guys…

**RELEASE SINGSTAR WIRLESS MICS IN NORTH AMERICA**

Who’s going to buy the songs, or even the product at this point if they are tethered to their game system? A few thousand die-hard fans? You can’t ignore this forever…or maybe you can. But that’s not going to help this product.

More U2, please! >O<

And also more songs in spanish. There haven't been new spanish songs in a long time, have there? I bought SingStar Latino, but the song selection was awful, realy.

Its a pity you don't try to introduce SingStar in México. We sing karaoke like Japanese. I could actually do a very good income renting my PS3 on the weekends, if only it wasn't a wrong thing to do.

A list of artists I would kill (or pay, preferably) for to have on SingStar:

-MECANO (I don't live in Spain)
-Aleks Syntek
-Café Tacvba
-Maná
-Reik
-Camila
-Vicente Fernández
-Alejandro Fernández
-Manu chau
-Enrique Iglesias
-Shakira
-Belanova
-Intocable
-Paulina Rubio
-Julieta Venegas
-Emmanuel

(Continues…)
-Yuri
-Alejandra Guzmán
-Miguel Bosé
-Mijares
-Enanitos Verdes
-Jaguares
-Juanes

The lists goes on. Really, it is plain stupid not to take advantage of this popularity of karaoke in México. Mostly all the market is taken by jukeboxes that consist of illegal music downloads. They don’t pay a dime (ni un centavo) on royalties and they make a [DELETED] of money because of the high demand.

SingStar isn’t a big hit in America as in Europe (just speculating; I don’t know the actual numbers)? Try México.

Oh, and thanks for the update! :)

Can we get some hits from now. I mean I like old school but come on. I love the game but ouch the song selection stinks. Also when are we getting wireless mics in the USA. Also drop the price of the songs what are you ITunes?

My mom just bought SingStar last night, but she can’t buy new music, because the SingStar store is very slow or not connecting at all. She wants to take it back and get a different karaoke game.
