Well nothing to special but I do like all the dynamic themes they keep bring out. Wish there was a way to have all the different themes I have show up randomly without me having to change them. Yeah silly idea I know.

Should sony get a higher score for early updates ?
Well all in all, its nice to see them update PSN early in the evening like this, so kudos.
MvsC discount ? YES,
God Of War:GOS sale ? No, this should have been dropped to $19.99, in any case, a sale is still nice.
On the other hand Sonic 2 coming in at $4.99 is over priced, this game came on the sega genesis collection at $19.99 for over 20 other included games.
Common sony, $1.99 is perfect.
I really digging the early Dino Crisis 2 release, I thought I would have to wait like 3 weeks before it was released, again, kudos to you sony.
Tons of avatars, game demos, price drops and dont forget the FF collection.
All in all, this is a solid week of releases. It seems like there is something for everyone.
And Mr. Megamixer’s post gets a ( Flashback ) score.
Keep on gamin.

1st off I like to ask, When is sony gonna fix the issues with psn connecting, errors r 80710029 and 80710B36. This issue needs to be fixed asap. There is nothing wrong with my internet nor is it my ISP. If it was my ISP I wouldnt beable to log in to PSN and post, plus I can browse the net with my PS3. The only thing that I cant do is log onto PSN store or game.
Now this weeks release this mortal Kombat Pass for 9.99, well this better be some awesome online stuff considering this is a fighting game and 6-8 months in the people who played wont be playing anymore. I can understand if it was for downloadable stuff or a 1 time fee and all the new downloadable add on are free after the 9.99.
Will we ever see final fantasy 1-6 for ps1 classics?

The Mortal Kombat Online Pass is for those who buy a used copy of the game. You get a pass when you buy it new. It says that in the description.

@ 65, @ 68 and anyone else too dumb to read before posting:

The Mortal Kombat online pass code comes FREE with the game whenever you buy it new. You will only have to pay that $10 activation charge if you buy the game used (because the previous owner would of already activated it on his/her PSN account).

I’ve been pretty disappointed in Plus for 3-4 weeks straight now. I don’t think I even downloaded any of it last week, and I won’t this week either. Where did the free content go, let alone good free content?

Or is it just for UMD users and thus us Psn/Go users getting left out as usual?

I have the code that was emailed to me in their newsletter, and I wanted to know if it was still going to be an early release on the demo with the code. Looking forward to giving it a spin.

What’s taking Parasite Eve 2 so long to show up?

1. Anyone know if by downloading the free episode of Blue Toad, does all 6 episodes trophies load? Showed my son the trailer the other day, and poof, on sale. Unsure about it though, so just curious. Either way, free always is good.

2. Already have MvC2….and paid more than that. Bummer. Good price though for as many characters you get to play with. But not really my type of game, was for sons to take out frustration on each other via PS3 instead of having me stop playing the PS3 to stop them. heh :)

3. Pathetic week in terms of sales. No additional explanation needed, just look at the listing.

4. If I see another Capcom related avatar, I’m gonna hurl. Seriously, all the games in the SOE library, and this is the selection we get?

5. Skyrim trailer gave me goosebumps. I can’t wait. Battlefield 3 looks good too, definately pre-alpha though, and the theme for free in nice.

Getting Red Johnson’s now, and likely to get Fancy Pants in the future. Maybe Puzzle Agent too.

Sony can you please fix PSN so I can redeem my points card. I even tried to do it through Media Go and it will not work. I keep getting this error code: 80023103. I am also having trouble viewing and downloading items in the store. Can we please get this fixed so I can make some purchases.

Isn’t there a TurboGrafx hub on PSN? (for Neutopia) Also You should put “Neutopia is playable on PS3/PSP”

not much to say but how about free pass to buy one thing from the psn store like to send message that PS3, PSP, ect are the best so we give all are fans no real fans who stick with us from wost to good free pass to buy anything there want from the psn store. Only one system can be giving free pass & we’ll know by ip address or something. Well to me its good move & shows alot of the fans u care about them.
well peace out :)

Wow, any reason why Neutopia isn’t listed in on this blog post or in the storefront as a TURBO-GRAFX 16 game? I would think the nostalgia factor alone would sell some copies. I mean, when the NeoGeo stuff was finally released on the store, the brand name was featured prominently. Give NEC/Hudson/Konami/whatever they are now some props here!

6. Plus content – 3 sale items added, 1 subtracted. Golly thanks. Guess nothing for me to buy this week via Plus. I’m puzzled out (we’ve had oodles on sale lately) and have no interest in purchasing any mini’s UNTIL THEY HAVE TROPHIES. PS+ is BARELY the discount card that is has become, since we keep losing more and more free items than we are gaining….as with the # of sales.

7. My note to PS+ “deciders” – If you want to keep members, get new ones, and have a great level of satisfaction among your members, here is what you do.
A: GIVE US SALES – Frequent sales with no less than 10 individuals games, with at least 50% of them being full ps3 games (aka trophy games) and among different genres too. Another idea is say… Sony’s Strategy Sale, where those games of that genre are on sale and then rotate through genres, that would work too.
B: Give us the free content you stated you would provide when you first started PS+ …. and make the games, at least the majority of them, newer games (no more than a year old).
C: Make us + bundles. Game and all DLC content in one sale purchase, esp great when popular games come out with new DLC.

Is it me or are the store updates just a bunch of DLC offers nowdays? Remember the good ol’ days when we used to get good demos?

I really didn’t care for Marvel vs Capcom 2.

Every time I load it up, that obnoxious, stupid loop of music during the character selection totally kills my interest in the game. I play a few rounds, unable to care enough to really figure the game out, then turn it off instead of continuing.

@93

MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 2 has custom soundtracks, so you can play something off your HDD instead of the regular BGM

8. Frankly, I could care less if + gets exclusive access to games. Most games these days are meant to be played with more than 1, so being exclusive for a game that has multiplayer abilities, is more harm than good. For the game, and the community. Give everyone access, and the sale, so we can all play together. :) It’s not like + members are on here raving about the exclusive games and that everyone needs to buy them, so what’s the point?

9. Give us trailers to view for games, and preferably, gameplay ones. Not going to download large demo files and have the trophy list load permanently in my listing for a game I’m not even sure I want. If you want to sell me something, show it to me first.

10. Don’t think any of my ramblings will help, but I’m not one to just accept whatever is being dished out, especially when I know that there is much more than can be done on their end to make it better. Yet, we only get responses to basic questions (and lucky to even get those). Idea: lots of unemployed in the states. I’m sure there is one or two people out there that would be more than willing to help you answer questions on a blog, for minimal pay. Nothing like good customer service, especially timely.

Looking forward to Playing Fancy Pants in addition to Portal 2, but other than that not so great. Wish Fancy Pants Adventures had been the PlayStation Plus game…
