I hope Sony understand that this is the Top 5 list product I love this family for.. I hope if you delay the game (there is no excuse for it but you MUST PULL the heck of the quality as we haven’t seen it before on PS3half of the year delay damn I so expected this game to be out in spring… Ueda-san why!!? you are the best – the best don’t let them go down if they are down the will stand up.

And the “first party obligations” consist of what, exactly, then? A “life-bar requirement”, and a more structured first level that better appeals to “casuals” (and magazine reviewers who don’t have time to play games)? Or maybe we’re talking 3d and move-integration thrown in at the last minute?

Or maybe we’re going for another GT5 release – where the game is delayed in order to get moved into a better fiscal year, with a higher potential amount of ps3 boxes – and any dlc or expansion plans are all but scrapped. Because the model – add content in order to sell more discs, not to shift microtransactions – doesn’t agree with the plans at Sony HQ?

It’s decisions like these that keep Sony at the bottom of the pile, you know. Maybe some of the heads should go back to selling milk-carton designs again – just saying. You don’t get paid for making products that don’t actually entertain outside your focus-groups.

Unacceptable. Nobody EVER pushed you to come out and reveal the game so early in its production. Nobody rushed you to set a release time-frame. It’s been 2 years already since you first revealed this game, and it’ll more likely be 3 before we get to play it. Why do you guys love so much to put extra pressure on yourselves and make fans mad?

Is Sony being cheap with the Japan Studio? Aren’t they giving you as much money to make games as the large investments they make on Santa Monica or Naughty Dog projects? Are you short on personnel? What’s the problem you guys can’t just stick to your dates? Geeez!

Whatever it takes to make the title as great as the developer thinks it can be. I am certain this game will further stamp the thesis of video games being art and as an artist I can really appreciate the time and effort going into this title. No doubt that The Last Guardian will change people’s outlook of the world around them.

I’m not about to complain.
Sony exclusives usually have such a high level of polish that i can’t stand many multiplatform titles cough*Crysis2*cough.
anyway, I can be a patient man. I’ve currently got lbp2, kz2, socom 4, and portal 2 to keep me plenty occupied

Resistance 3 (my most anticipated)
Twisted Metal (tied with ^)
and Uncharted 3!
