We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email. Thanks for your patience as we work to get everyone back online.

Why does everyone keep asking who has the ps store? Are you retarded? PS Store prolly won’t be up for a couple days. They are having issues with server overload from the passwords alone. What makes you think they have time to release the store? lol. Jesus give it up people. Everyone cried for a month… “just give us back onlne gaming” well they DID.. now everyone wants to complain about the store. Some people will never be satisfied…

Did you people really think that the servers weren’t going to be flooded with the PSN coming back online for the fist time in almost a month? Did you really think there wouldn’t be a bunch of people just like you trying to get their password reset? Geez, I’m so sick of seeing some of you fools complain. Go read a book or something.

We did just wait 3 weeks 30 min wont hurt plus once all this is past im sure it wnt be down again sony has had a hell of a time putting this all together to serve its millions of customers so everyone be patient and thank sony for the service they provide us with for FREE!!! seriously why complain for something free???? Also does anyone have any idea when the newest map pack for black ops will be out???

Mine has only gone out once today, for about 15 mins. However, not once since I set up my new password and dd the update have I been able to play online. I have tried MAG, Black ops, Blur, The fight, etc… i can’t get on any multiplayer anything. I have been signed into the network, and am still signed in. This last tme they took it down I never got booted off.
