Lol you guys trying to kill that store. New store update along with Welcome Back pack = errors galore :P
Ok, I was in the Welcome Back section and I clicked on the 30 days of Plus. It had an error and wouldn’t let me download. So I went back to get Free Game 1 and Plus disappeared. Free Game 1 errored then told me “This content is not available at this time” so I went back and now it disappeared.
You guys need to fix things. Account Management and the Store are full of errors.

The reason for the errors is that millions of people are trying to redeem the same content as you.
The “Servers” that allow you to download these things are flooded with so many people causing errors.
Just wait a bit and you’ll get your stuff.
You can still get your stuff now but you’ll have to fight with the error codes until it works.
To those that had their welcome back pages “dissapear”:
Go to the XMB and under the PlayStation Network column, go to Account Management>Transaction Management>Services List>SCEA Promotions to download the game for that first slot.
For PlayStation Plus:
Account Management>Transactions Management>Service List>PlayStation Plus to activate.
These instructions are only if you got an error while redeeming the free games/plus through the store and had the pages disappear.
I got the errors too. Now I can’t download any thing. Friend Sarge435 if you will get Battlefield 3 or Uncharted 3!
With the welcome back package I got my 2 free PS3 games ( inFamous and Little Big Planet ) and when I pressed “Get Now” on both of them I don’t know where there are and I cant play them. Please help me sony, thanks.

Grace or someone…..Im trying to download the Infamous for my free game in the Welcome Back program and its not showing up. Ive downloaded it before and tried the full game trial (didnt buy) with the plus membership. Could that have something to do with it? Please help its the only game in the list I dont have. Thanks!

If you claimed something from the Welcome Back package and got an error you should be able to redownload it from Account management > Transaction Management > Services List > SCEA Promotions.

another update for users who missed it, after u choose the “Free Game 1” and 2 u have to go into “Account Management” and go to “Services List” and choose “Select Content”
all u pigs need to get offline and quit hogging up the servers so i can get my stuff u can wait oink oink
