If you previously found the three keys (one in each section of the mansion), they caused the appearance of the three cars in the garage. Anyone who got the garage free, without the other sections, found the game tables in an otherwise empty garage.

  • I can’t get anything from E3 been since yesterday. Plus can’t use lockwood machine or do a lot of things on pshvery fustrated

  • @99

If that made you really feel like you were at E3, then you have never been to E3.

There’s a reason that Sony refuses to drop the “beta” tag even though they charge money for 99% of the things in Home: because if they dropped that beta tag, they’d actually have to work on it. Plus, since it’s a “beta”, they can break, remove, or otherwise screw up anything you bought or were promised t and you can’t demand a refund or even expect support. Home is like the used car lot of the gaming world: no warranty, no guarantee, AS IS.

  • Yeah, you guys have done a fantastic job thus far. Lets see…..

So far we had a failed Live stream, even after Jack Tretton welcomed the Home audience, which made me LOL

We also have a Reward Freeze glitch, that forces Home users to shut off their PS3’s when earning any rewards from the E3 Booth.

I would say that is not the showing you were hoping to put out. And, a very weak way to welcome users back after 6 weeks of PSN Store outages. Where were you guys the last 6 weeks? Why didn’t you do internal coding to fix the very well known Reward Freeze issue? You guys just call it a day, and go home for weeks straight?

Very bad way to get things rolling again.

  • home is always broken it basically is what it is and never works as promised, i had pay items go missing and reward items go missing as well with no fix or refund on the paid ones, gamble at your own risk.

  • Does anyone have any knowledge on if and when we’ll get the easter egg game rewards from the active item that had to be purchased from lockwood. To my knowledge those who bought the active item would receive a coummunity reward as well as a duckling companion when the egg hatched on easter. If anyone has information on this, your feedback would be. Greatly appreciated. Thank you. :)

  • @ idrivefast235,

I like how people like you troll about trolling LMFAO. I say what i want, its my opinion, i am entitled to it. End of story.

Hello! Now what about the inFAMOUS 2 items ? And those yellow sprint shoes ? Well. The shoes are not that important.. but the iF2 items. When I look at the last-weeks update they should have been released on last Thursday – well, where can i find them ? I’m now searching for them all the days. I guess it was a accidental post, wasn’t it ? Thanks for answers

    @idrivefast235
Shut your mouth. This is the perfect place for people to complain about the Home E3 features not working, it’s important that they know the magnitude of the issues users are experiencing. We are helping by letting them know. You’re being a jerk by complaining about it. If you’re so sick of whining then throw your own kb out of the window.

  • Glasswalls,
I’m truly shocked you’d even show your face at E3 with whats been going on this week, nevermind that your still employed.

The E3 events on home are an unmitigated disaster, a friend lost access to home on 2 accounts cause of glitches at the E3 space, a space that is a near total carbon copy of last years space with much of the same code. on top of that Myself and many many others have lost most or all of their free home items, not only their “welcome back” items but everything else previosuly owned. On top of that main items I paid for, as have others, are now missing. That is by far the worst part, and what will no doubt result in even more legal action levelled at sony.

I know this is very blunt but both you and locust_star need to face facts here and start doing your jobs properly for a change. The satus quo is not acceptable. It’s time the both of you and your subordinates either start doing your jobs in an acceptable manner or resign. There are plently of more competant people who could do a better job and I’m starting to think they should.

  • This may be a little bit off topic but i think i just got my account hacked by a guy named Koko or at least i think.
Is the network even safe anymore?

  • Anyone who’s having trouble with the reward freeze should check the forums, where several workarounds and fixes have been posted. You can start here:

    http://community.us.playstation.com/thread/3430134?tstart=0

There are other threads in the Support section. Please let people who don’t use the forums or the blog know that some answers are available, and many of us in the community are working to find solutions.

  • whatever happen 2 the infamous stuff for home that was posted on june 2 and the sprint posters u guys said they were going 2 be on home last week and there not???????????? did anonymous hack those also…………… and @ tontodog u complain that we complain lol

  • Things could be better.. Way better,

I quit spending on home about 8 months ago, waiting for them to fix the hot shots gold quiz got me thinking,
3 years for a simple fix, I was spending almost 150 bucks a month on PSN but that stopped.

I Hope they figure home out soon I make a Ton of money where I work and have no place to spend it, I already have everything else I want, now if I could just get my virtual on…

Come on Sony, light a fire under your people, get back in my wallet!

  • @ 110 put your resume in for his job remember this is sony it only does everything. and sony sence you do everything i would like a large pepperoni pizza & a 2 liter of ice cold coke thanks

  • Streaming the conference through PS Home didn’t work here in Missouri on my 16MBps connection. Oh well, at least I was able to stream it on my PC with no problems.

  • PLEASE HELP! I still can’t figure out how to watch the 8 trailers? this is getting frustrating cause I don’t know if it’s me or if this is a sony glitch

  • Whats surprising is nobody who should be working on home has time to actually do anything to fix the mess they’ve met yet they can post idiotic harassing comments about everyone who points out the obvious. you know who you are, so does everyone else. Dont come back with more stupid insults, we’re not stupid enough to fall for it. And if you don’t like it you shouldn’t even be here.

  • @Menchee,

start off with the video screen in the vita booth, thats where i started, and just worked my way around the booths till i got them all, oh and the vip area in the e3 booth is nothing great just an upstairs, of the same crap, it was a waste of space..

  • I have a question.
for new players who are making accounts on the computer. Why does it say its under maintenance?

  • The virtual E3 booth is a really good idea, now if Sony were able to stream the demos on the E3 floor to Playstation Home so people could play them, that is when the virtual E3 booth will truly deliver the E3 experience.

  • 1. Live-stream of E3 presentation was a failure. Had a better stream watching it on youtube or g4tv.

    2. E3 space is garbage. If you’ve been to E3 you would know that you get the opportunity to play games that wouldn’t be released for another year. Only trailers and the only playable demo is a top-down shooter for Home. What a waste.

    3. Freeze-Reward issue is occurring whenever I try to win anything at Midway 1 or Midway 2.

  • I’ll stop acting like a jerk when Sony stops jerking us around!

  • Thanx for the 100 item pkg. it was greatly appreciated but as a female i have to ask…would it have really killed you to have gave us 1 pair of blk heels? They’re the staple of most female’s wardrobe. Just putting it out there :)

  • @victr1 You aren’t acting like a jerk. One of your complaints is actually a logical one. But you know as well as i do sony couldn’t have us demo the games, I mean honestly i dont think its possible. Lastly i have not had a problem with the rewards issue.. im sorry that you have… kinda sucks.. but oh well thats the price of a free game.

  • YO, i was just on home, and was going to purchase the black party robe, and when my money was drawn and the item was downloading, i got disconnected from the server, so basicly i paid for nothing, how can i re-download, if its possible?

  • PlayStation Home needs to give away some small violins.

  • Not too be too Rude , but the lack of any type of apology or explanation to exactly what happened to the Streaming of the press conference on Tuesday is irresponsible. I sat with 3 real life friends one of whom does not use home at all on that doesn’t use it often but no longer have G4 so this is where I told them to come watch. You made home look like a piece of Turd to those people and now with no statement about what happened or even acknowledging the problem You turned a way to get people interested in Home into people that are going to other blog sites with ammo of how home sucks. WAY TO GO HOME TEAM. maybe you should have tested this first.

  • nice!!!

  • @110

I agree with you. But there won’t be any lawsuits. Know why? Because of that nice “beta” tag that Sony refuses to drop. That’s why they leave Home in “beta”; it covers their sorry asses when people lose items they paid for. “Oh, we so sorry! Too bad. It beta! You go way!”

  • @ 127

Or in your case, some Preparation H.

  • NOT ONE RESPONSE ?!? on what the hell happened in Home on the Sony conference for E3 Live…… Why the hell even have this blog if when issues arise no one tells us a damn thing. Thanks for the waste of time. Improve Home issues or shut the damn thing down and give us something since we spent money in what is turning into a perpetual beta. Home is becoming a joke even among once avid users It’s time to reinvest in a part of the network that makes money for you. Why is there still no Netflix support in apartments or at least PSN purchases view-able in Home in my apartment. This is Nothing like what we were promised 4 years ago. Not one mention at E3 about any big changes to get it where you said it would be 4 years ago. What happened to that idea of Home?

  • Home community Manager= salesman

  • Northstar77 = troll who doesn’t really when you TRY something it could go horribly wrong.

  • Northstar77 blogs aren’t meant to talk about the small issues. I don’t even know what people are talking about, I viewed Sony’s Conference fine. I’m surprised people are finding out they put the beta up to take your money and owe you nothing still. People need to stop complaining and try to form a group to give positive feedback as what they should do. Sure I complain about Home a lot but I give reasons why it’s not good not just “it’s a beta give me my money back.”

  • Keyeszx small issues? they said live stream and it did not work at all. Not one of any of my friends on were able to either. You are actually the only person I’ve seen that said it worked at all. I also did not ask for my money back I asked that they step up and make Home what they promised or shut it down if they never plan on making it work properly. I have spent a lot of $ on Home in the hopes it would be what they said it would.

@134 I can’t even read your statement but I wasn’t trolling. I am having a hard time believing that the Home Community Manager doesn’t feel the need to explain what went wrong with the Live Stream yet still tries to pitch more things to buy. It seems that the position itself is designed to be a salesman not actually managing the Home community. Like I said I can’t read what you wrote very well but I can’t see where you can argue that the position is more sales than issues.
