Well, thanks to the wonders of 3D Television (and the EA Production Team); we can all finally live the fantasy. We just launched one of our most impressive free TETRIS updates ever. Green Lantern will hit the big screen on June 17, but there is no reason to wait to catch the action from the Green Lantern Corps. Green Lantern: Emerald Knights tells the tales of corps members Abin Sur, Sinestro, Kilowog, Mogo, and Rori Dag and sets the stage for the feature film adventure. If you loved Batman: Gotham Knight, you’ll love this. Plus, we’ve assembled a special PlayStation exclusive Green Lantern Collector’s Set that includes Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, Green Lantern: First Flight and the Green Lantern digital comic pack at a great price. And you’ll find the best in DC animation in the Green Lantern Emerald Knights Featured Collection.

James Cameron brought us into a 3D world with Avatar. Now, he’s taken it to the next level by producing Sanctum. This eye-popping adventure follows a team of cave divers exploring the darkest caverns on Earth. As a brutal storm hits, the divers become trapped in a subterranean maze that leaves them wondering if they’ll ever make it out alive. The film is available in 3D, HD and SD for your viewing pleasure!

PS Vita Preview: Hot Shots Golf (Working Title)

+ Posted by Jeff Rubenstein

Hot Shot Golf

When I first laid eyes on the PS Vita in January, I was floored by UNCHARTED (now officially dubbed UNCHARTED: Golden Abyss), eager to try Super Stardust Delta with dual analog sticks, and mesmerized by the use of AR in Reality Fighters. But I knew that the game I’d be coming back to on flight after flight, year after year, would be Hot Shots Golf.

I’ve easily sunk hundreds of hours into the Hot Shots Golf series dating back to the PS2 days, with the majority of that time on the PSP’s Open Tee line. Based on what I’ve played of Hot Shots Golf, the hours will keep piling up on PS Vita.

The first thing I noticed was how the game’s cheerfully colorful visuals benefit from the PS Vita’s stunning OLED display. Don’t compare it to the PSP’s Open Tee series; Hot Shots Golf’s visuals on the PS Vita are even more polished than those of PS3’s Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds. Gorgeous character lighting, dazzling water effects, fluttering birds, swirling leaves — this is as pretty a day on the links are you’re likely to see.

assassins creed revelations

With the Electronic Entertainment Expo (or E3, for those in the know) wrapping up this week, we thought it might be nice to give you a quick round-up of the video content we’ve released for Assassin’s Creed Revelations. During the show, we’ve revealed a great many secrets surrounding ACR, detailing a wide variety of new gameplay features as well as delving deeper into the storyline of this essential piece of Ezio’s final adventure. We even had several multiplayer “pods” set up, both at our Ubisoft booth as well as at the Sony PlayStation booth, to enmesh show attendees in our innovative multiplayer (and show off a handful of the planned improvements we’re working on). So, without further ado, take a look below to see what Assassin’s Creed Revelations has in store!

This gorgeous trailer outlines the basic premise of Assassin’s Creed Revelations. During the trailer, we see Ezio travelling a great distance in order to reach Masyaf in the hopes of uncovering the secrets of Altair. When Ezio arrives, he is confronted by Templars… and the rest is in the video!
