Just next door to the gargantuan PlayStation booth here at E3 is the SOE stand and, during a break from filming our live interviews, I popped over to take a look at an interesting little platformer called Rochard, coming exclusively to PlayStation Store this summer.
I sat down with the game’s producer for a guided playthrough and, while I figured out the buttons and got my brain around the gravity manipulation gameplay, he explained the general premise.
“You play John Rochard an astro-miner at a company called Sky Rig – we’re calling him an everyday hero,” he explained. “The entire company has been down on its luck in terms of finding anything but they stumble upon an alien artefact and, after reporting it to HQ, they find themselves surrounded by space pirates trying to get their hands on it. John is trying to protect his friends and find out what this artefact is in the process.”

According to the military, 8-year-old Ender Wiggin, who enters the mysterious training facility Battle School.
Fans of Star Trek and fans of awesome vintage comics, this one is for you: started in 1967, the same year the original television series premiered , the original Star Trek comics series continue here with 34 issues! Follow the original Enterprise crew, Kirk, Spock, McCoy, and Scott, in adventures available nowhere else.

As you know, the Welcome Back Program is well underway and we hope you’ve already taken the time to get your two free games, but if you’re yearning for even more content, well – yearn no longer. Today we’re announcing all of the content coming to PlayStation Plus in two publishes on June 14 and 21.
As a reminder, PlayStation Plus works on a bi-weekly publish schedule, with the free games (PS3, PS one, and two PS minis) coming once a month to Plus.
Hitman: Absolution Debuts at E3 2011

At this very moment, an army of hard-working team members are into the second day of presenting what is a true labor of love for IO Interactive – Hitman: Absolution. The knowledge that millions of fans have been waiting for news on Hitman is making the guys give it everything they have to present a game that we’re extremely proud of at IO. Lifting the veil on the development of a new game is always fun but given the connection between the studio and Hitman, this time it’s more exciting than ever.
And the debut trailer? Well, see for yourself. Agent 47, the world’s deadliest assassin, returns to take on his most dangerous contract ever. This time, he finds himself betrayed by the people he trusted and must use every skill and talent he has available to claw his way out of a dark conspiracy, which takes him through a corrupt world of twisted enemies. Thankfully, 47 is a resourceful individual and nothing will stand in his way for long.

It is E3 2011! Yesterday we had our E3 Press Conference and today we are launching our annual E3 Category on PlayStation Store. Check back in daily as we continue to publish new videos, updates and content for titles being shown or announced at E3. The Sony press conference will also be made available for download soon.
