Hey Sony, it’s time to admit that the Move is a failure and focus development resources on something else that actually might make the PS3 sell better (like Cross Game Voice Chat)!

I almost get a helpless feeling when seeing this article . Like a cry for help . I’m not really sure why .

+ Hellman on July 8th, 2011 at 8:10 am said:

This a good idea but it would be even more awesome if the game was a NEW Hot Shots Golf!

+ Nathan320 on July 8th, 2011 at 8:13 am said:

should include a nav controller and sports champions for $100.

+ TomHoang on July 8th, 2011 at 8:16 am said:

@1 Yeah, because 9 million units is not a success.

@3 Hot Shots Golf on Move would be awesome!

Ps3 is selling fine and it beats the 360 every week worldwide. Move is also selling well. I’m pretty sure they said they sold around 9 million. They are not just gonna give up on move because you are telling them too. Some 5 to 7 million have move and would like to actually have games for it, like me. The move makes shooters much more fun, especially with the sharpshooter. And really, how many people really want cross game chat of the 50 million people with a ps3. I know I could careless. I think probably 5 to 10% of the people with ps3 want cross game chat.

Anyway, back on topic, I think it’s great they are actually bundling games with move. I think this is a 40 dollar savings, am I right?

+ jose213jose on July 8th, 2011 at 8:24 am said:

the game, ps move, ps eye, but no nav move? You need to add nav move to it sony then it will bwe worth 99$. The PS eye has been out for while and i have one but i need both PS Move and Nav Move then i’ll be good. Make the Bundle PS Move with Nav Move with PS eye only for 79.99$ then you got your self good deal then. Who ever is your market guy or women then need to make it better in Bundle making. But if you want 99$ then add any game that is new then you got it for 99$

Hot Shots Golf + Move == Win

To answer your questions: I am neither a fan of Tiger Woods nor a golf player. However, I would love to try out some more games with my move (Except this one). Please direct more to retail.

+ sakeshotz on July 8th, 2011 at 8:26 am said:

Actually Hot Shots Golf Out Of Bounds is getting a free update to allow for Move. It’s being released in Japan next week and we expect it to be launched in the US shortly after.

+ MarinoBrea on July 8th, 2011 at 8:27 am said:

Good bundle.

Next : Sorcery bundle.

+ TarzanSr on July 8th, 2011 at 8:28 am said:

@aquastorm just because the Move isn’t selling as fast as the Kinect doesn’t mean it is not a success. like @TomHoang said 9 million units have been sold (Technically 8.8 million units, as of June 7th 2011). That is more then enough you release Good games for the new accessory. Plus don’t take you hate out on the Move just because Sony is lazy and doesn’t want to buy faster servers that can handle Cross Game (Hopefully Platform) chat, but maybe the money they are making off of PlayStation Plus Subscribers will influence them to upgrade for us.

+ ThreeLeggedFreak on July 8th, 2011 at 8:35 am said:

HSG5 is getting a Move and 3D patch in Japan on July 14th. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like it’ll get a trophy patch or even have the patch released outside of Japan.

lol Sony

I dont have move but i have played tiger on ps2…..my bro owns tiger on wii i believe and hes hooked…great deal I might buy if I can afford cause I need some of those things anyway

+ KazeEternal on July 8th, 2011 at 8:48 am said:

@Ami Sheth
Can we start to see a push for adventure games NOT on rails that use the sub controller? Maybe a game that uses even two moves for controlling a fighter or something. It’s cool we have things like PGA Tour, but we need to see something that really pushes the hardcore agenda beyond FPS with the Move. I mean do I really need to Point to a particular motion title that comes out later this year for a rival lower end system?

may i know when is the sorcery coming ……..

+ zennacko on July 8th, 2011 at 9:05 am said:

The funniest thing is that the game requires a navigation controller too and the bundle doesn’t include it :D

+ drepsx3 on July 8th, 2011 at 9:23 am said:

How come these bundles don’t include navigation Controllers?

+ GoodFella2487 on July 8th, 2011 at 9:24 am said:

@Aquastorm You disgust me. Get off the boards, troll.

+ Ethereal on July 8th, 2011 at 9:25 am said:

Hot Shots 5 is already getting a move patch.

+ AaronD12 on July 8th, 2011 at 9:25 am said:

How about a bundle for those of us who already have a PlayStation Eye?

+ mastorofpuppetz on July 8th, 2011 at 9:29 am said:

Move is not doing that well because Sony has the worst marketing in the industry, and has not supported it with CORE games built for the move. (Not added on like in Killzone, Socom).

+ dseg30 on July 8th, 2011 at 9:29 am said:

How many move controllers does this come with and how many courses?

+ theXsilentXchild on July 8th, 2011 at 9:39 am said:

They should of bundled this game with a cell phone with dirty text messages from an adult actress!

This is a good bundle but i will not get it (I don’t like golf). Please Sony make some more game that are just for the Move!

+ BRIT-KO on July 8th, 2011 at 11:00 am said:

Tiger Woods PGA Tour the Masters Edition is in my opinion a very good game, the trouble is that most people who wanted the game have already got it, having said that $99.99 is pretty good value.

+ EmperorSupreme on July 8th, 2011 at 11:18 am said:

Looks awesome! I want it.

+ Spyroluver88 on July 8th, 2011 at 11:33 am said:

@ Hellman – I completely agree! It should be a new Hot Shots! Thant would be AWESOME!

+ afluken on July 8th, 2011 at 11:34 am said:

grr, just got the game but don’t have the move yet. Wished that bundle was out 2 weeks ago!!!!

+ Twosmellyfeet on July 8th, 2011 at 12:21 pm said:

People always say how come there isn’t any Nav controller with these bundles. Technically only the sharp shooter needs the Nav controller (to fit in the gun and make it comfortable to shoot and move around in game) as the Move controller can pair itself with the standard PS3 Dual Shock controller for any other game that requires you to move around other than first person shooters. Am I the only one that knows this?

When will new ps vita and ps 3d display information come out? Like for vita- pay for 3G? Or ps display-Exact date it comes out?

Nice! I’ll buy this for my older brother, it’s the perfect gift for him.

+ BlearySpecs on July 8th, 2011 at 1:02 pm said:

I like this bundle much better than the launch bundle. However, I’m still on edge. If they had still included Sports Champions it would be an easier buy. I can’t imagine many people buying that mini-game collection by itself and it can’t add too much cost to the bundle.

+ Hooligantuan on July 8th, 2011 at 1:08 pm said:

Tiger Woods is an overpaid philanderer and I will not purchase anything associated with his name. He should not be on anything rated E for Everyone.

+ midknight24 on July 8th, 2011 at 1:24 pm said:

I think its a tight deal considering that the game is still fairly new and its still around 60 bucks or more, and considering that the move bundle is 99.99 any way thats a hell of a deal

+ rockinjs864 on July 8th, 2011 at 2:43 pm said:

good deal don’t know why there’s alot of tiger woods haters out there I’m pretty sure all the haters have cheated thierselves some way in life even if it wasn’t on ur spouse it was on something there’s nothing worse than a hypocrite

+ rockinjs864 on July 8th, 2011 at 2:46 pm said:

if you want to hate someone hate ea for starting this online pass crap

+ MADMONK210 on July 8th, 2011 at 6:16 pm said:

Why do people keep dissin’ on PS3 move? It can be played at night in the dark!! Can you do that with the 360 Kinect? $150 for the Kinect w/ no games….that’s ridiculous. I think they both are very competitive accessories in the works. And about the bundling of games send emails to Playstation to suggest titles to by bundled with. Look at what is watched most on TV…..GOLF Tournaments. That’s why this bundle happened.

+ Hooligantuan on July 8th, 2011 at 6:17 pm said:

I’m fine with hating on Tiger Woods, thanks.

+ cobrafang on July 8th, 2011 at 7:03 pm said:

How about making some more fun Move designed games that are fun like Sports Champions which is kind of like Wii Sports. Sports Champions has better graphics but Wii Sports is still more fun. Why? Wii Sports has games that are designed to be played more universally fun like bowling and swinging a bat in baseball. But PS3 has High Velocity Bowling you say. NO HVB was designed for sixaxis game play and works great with but sucks with the Move. Create a game called Move Sports and have fun games like Wii Sports has like baseball, bowling and golf but with the Move we can play and have depth to moving around our rooms with the controller. You have released nothing great with the Move already 2 years later. Motion gaming is not FPS games not for character games like Ratchet it is most fun with games found Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort. I want to play with my Move more really I do but Sports Champions is quite limiting.

+ xITSxJUSTxWORDSx on July 8th, 2011 at 7:33 pm said:

I honestly don’t know who they’re targeting with this

+ YungShep on July 8th, 2011 at 7:58 pm said:

There’s no nav controller cause the golf game don’t require it. If your complaining, buy a bundle that has a nav controller with it like killzone 3 or Socom 4 bundles

+ gabos766 on July 8th, 2011 at 8:52 pm said:

heeey this is cool i like it, but you need to publish a bundle whith a nav controller like socom 4 without the gun, did you understand me?

+ octus on July 8th, 2011 at 9:07 pm said:

i feel like a better role model should be on the cover of this bundle. since families seem to be a target audience for the playstation move. it kind of bums me out that he was most likely paid lots of money for this.

+ oorat on July 8th, 2011 at 10:01 pm said:

I love the move. And 8.8 million units being sold hardly sounds like it’s not doing well. What Sony need to do is to make sure more games come out for it that are good, and not fall into Nintendo’s world of crap games. I’ve played KZ3 and Socom with the sharpshooter, and then I tried to go back to the the six axis with Black Ops, and it just wasn’t as fun. KZ3 and Socom 4 are awesome with the move, my only complaint is the drift and accuracy when it comes to aiming. I don’t see how in some games like “Start the Party” or “Ape Escape”, the game can perfectly replicate how I’m holding the controlling, mimicking perfectly what I’m doing, then i go to KZ3 and Socom, Dead Space Extraction, The Shoot, and finally, Time Crisis, and have with those games I have drift that requires me to recalibrate every so often(Socom and Time Crisis are the worst offenders of recalibration). They need to keep updating it and making it more accurate.

I would also love a star wars game that isn’t on rails. And a new and improved sports game like what was mentioned, the move’s version of wii sports, give me a real bowing game, baseball game, and a good tennis game. Give me something that is just insanely fun.
