Dragon Age 2 DLC?!!!
Seems a bit tardy. I finished that game long ago, or maybe it just feels late.
I’ll buy it soon.

I kind of understand all of the psp whiners. I’m not even bothering to look for anything for my Go anymore, but probably no company wants to make any games for an almost defunct device. Can’t blame them. But I’m more than compensated by the anticipation of how much greater the Vita will be which is why I pre-ordered as soon as the big A offered.

And speaking of whiners/complainers, the “what about me, I only care about me, me, me” crowd, they are amusing and make for a more active blog so it’s cool.

In fact, I kind of miss the ones who blogged during the outage. What happened to them? Were they banned?

Pretty weak, guys.

Also weak that those old Sega games you are selling, which were FREE* to PS+ earlier in the year, don’t have any sort of sale or PS+ discount.

(* Provisionally FREE! Maintenance of PS+ Subscription Required. AKA: HOSTAGE DLC!)

@142. Yes.. this why we begged and begged and fought with the psn staff and sony over the years to do discounts on dlc and games.. Will continue to do so. Its the right thing to do for all gamers rich and poor. and of every genre. Thats the biggest goal to keep everyone genre playing their fav games regardlss of what it is or popular or not. either way sony and small dev and big devs turn profit evry day ..Which is a win -win for every one

Who here is disappointed with this update in that other people are disappointed with it? Who cares if you don’t like the store updates? If you liked everything in every update you would be broke. I like having one or two things an update for me. It makes it balanced as there are other kinds of gamers with different tastes. Quit whining about the updates. They are no different than they ever were. Stuff that jumps out at certain people and makes other people cringe. Just how it goes.

@Fantasy_473
ESRB has rated the following PSone games:
- Klonoa
- Chrono Trigger
- Final Fantasy V
- Final Fantasy VI
- Parasite Eve 2

When are they gonna be released? By the time you get tired of waiting for them.
I too once was just like you are now. Back then, four great games were revealed by ESRB: Legend of Mana, Threads of Fate, Vagrant Story and Xenogears. I kept asking and asking, yet no answers were given.
I just gave up and waited. Sure it was hard to hold my expectations, but I was relieved by the fact they got rated. It isn’t a guarantee, but at least its more certain of getting a release than never-mentioned-before titles like Einhander, Musashi or Legend of Dragoon (which aren’t really utopic dreams. Japanese PSN says hi). Give it couple of months and all these recently-rated games will be released.

Update’s fine for a few I guess, not a thing I’d dl for free myself as is sadly. But hey, that’s no reason I should spaz the crap out like 100 others -_-;.

And on the PS1 subject. The guys at Sony are to put it kindly, not the fastest when it comes to emulation, as they’re learning it from the ground up. Now I myself worked a bit on the PS1 emu scene when the system was still live. It’s a pain the backside to weed out every little annoying bug.. but even more so when you refuse to hire non industry people to help you out, maybe train your little techs faster. But I don’t run Sony’s legal department and maybe they hate non disclosure agreements :)

@112, SO many of those titles insanely easy to emulate. But on the japanese non translated(officially that is) games like Front Mission, I doubt they would go as far as releasing them, since the general audience would be minimal at best. Fantastic series though, own them all. I’m going to blame the pile of the slow work on moderately inexperienced devs, and mind numbingly drawn out international licensing agreements.

PS: Give PSone Classics soon? I trade you money for them :( kthxyep.

Hey x-D-G-A-F-x, Pay attention, there are like 3 cars in a pack…that’s a bundle to you? They’ve released well over 15 cars….THAT should be the bundle. Not week after week hitting up for new DLC with a few cars in them. For a $60 game, they sure left back plenty of cars to get at your wallets. I’m not buying in. Downright disgusting with all these DLC’s so shortly after release. Dirt 3 will be my last in the series simply because I’m not supporting this cash-grabbing DLC crap that is happening. Hardly have played it even since I’m disgusted seeing more and more add-ons in my list of options for cars in the season. Don’t bait me with that crap. Leave it out unless I want it.

FfoegNosnibor, did you even watch the video for Move.me? It wasn’t designed for the general public, but it looks like they released it for those that are interested. I’d say using the Move controller for things like rehabilitation is a darn good way to use a motion controller.

To those that are consistently complaining about this summer’s releases, despite getting new releases, sales, and DLC, remember: it’s summer time. This is not considered the strongest season for video games.

@172: according to the store, you won’t find out until August 12 if your one of the lucky 1,000 that got it during the first hour or so it was put up. I’m sure they’ve sold 1,000 by now. I think this is a ploy to get overly optimistic dumb people to buy what they think is a great value.

If I knew I was getting the original Section 8 with the Prejudice Plus bundle, and , I’d pull the trigger and buy….

They should have made it a separate store item that can sell out. I find this business practice ethically questionable, It should be labeled as a sweepstake or contest. I hope they find the strategy backfires on them as customers are less inclined to buy something of ambiguous value.

Could you guys make a video showing how move.me works? I’m no genius and I don’t have move or the money to buy move.me. I just wanna see it in action out of curiosity.

Nothing for me really. Seems like there’s more add-ons than games lately :\

Maybe you guys will get my money if you put up Castlevania HoD, that awesome Galaga Legions DX or Tomba! oh god I loved Tomba

Also

move.me sounds like an interesting idea imo.
