Of course, we’re filming this, and will show you highlights from it and other panels this week.

The PS.Blog weekly reading list (Week of July 18, 2011)
Hello! My name is Hisaharu “Heath” Tago, Producer for SoulCalibur V and a member of Namco Bandai Games’ Project Soul development team. I wanted to go over the SoulCalibur V news we announced at this week’s San Diego Comic-Con to the PlayStation.Blog and all of its fans.
SoulCalibur V (SCV for short) is a bit of a particular project. There are two main reasons for this: The first one is because Project Soul, the development team behind the SoulCalibur franchise, was disbanded after the release of SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny for the PSP system. The members were spread throughout Namco Bandai Games to work on other projects within the company. Soon after that happened, Katsuhiro Harada, the Director of the TEKKEN series, called on SoulCalibur fans to speak up.
And the PlayStation Comic-Con panel fun continues this weekend: At 6pm tonight, Twisted Metal co-director David Jaffe will reveal a Twisted trailer and a new boss in room 5AB; at 10am on Sunday, Starhawk’s creative director, writer and senior producer will discuss the genesis of the game’s sci-fi universe in room 25AB. And iff you’re admiring the UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception limited-edition cover art poster shown above, it could be yours this Sunday: celebrated artist Adam Hughes will be signing them in room AA3 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
If you attended one of PlayStation’s Comic-Con 2011 panels this year, give us an overview — and your thoughts — in the comments below!
Greetings from San Diego Comic-Con! Here on the show floor we’re happy to be showing DC Universe Online’s first expansion pack – Fight for the Light. Light powers have been a huge fan request since before launch, and we’ve created an entirely new power set from the ground up with new abilities that deliver on the power fantasy of wielding light constructs in combat. We’ve put way over-the-top weapons that you could only imagine right into your hands! We’ve worked hard to build on the existing gameplay mechanics that players love, and to apply them in unique ways that give the new powers a look and feel all their own.
There are plenty of Mature-rated games. But look past the killing and the cursing and you’ll see that many Mature-rated games are anything but. Catherine is an exception, the rare Mature-rated title that tackles a truly mature theme – infidelity – in a thought-provoking and unusual way.
If you’re a gamer, you’ve likely heard about Catherine. Whether you read the somewhat skewed early impressions or the more recent glowing reviews, Catherine is probably not the game you think it is. It doesn’t help that early screens of the game played up the sultry, eponymous co-star of the game. If nothing else, Catherine is unique: a puzzle game with fast, tense pacing and a well-developed storyline that has something to say.
