Invasion: Aftermath by atheistsw
I always have such fun playing atheistsw’s tracks. First things first… they are always top notch races, but what I admire the most is the environments he builds, they actually tell a story… from the ModNation Mayor addressing the hysterical (but strangely in-line) masses, the head of the alien invasion asking to be “taken to your leader”, the alien bugs climbing the skyscraper walls, the towns buildings in shambles (with broken water mains!), and an award has to be given to atheistsw for the “Best Placement of Army Tanks In An Alien Invasion Track”. The tanks are in wait across a broken bridge to the finish line. Genius!

Wednesday: Peruvian Shakedown (2.0) by corliss(simple but not simplistic fun course)

This has been the best game ever….. I usually get bored with a game within a month; but I’ve been hooked on this one since only the DEMO was available! MNR all the way!!
I’ve been playing since the beta. Heck, I even bought my PS3 because of anticipation for this game.
MNR is pretty sweet. I mean, sure, there’s an issue of Original Content player creations vs popular characters, but that’s my worst complaint.
Oh, that an’t not being able to restart the Hot Lap by hitting Select. It should be a total reset for Hot Lap, because one mistake and your time is shot. Sucks having to finish the lap after you know your time is blown.

Yeah I remember the beta, had it’s limitations, but it didn’t stop players from making amazing creations!
All the codes work. Some are for SCEA, SCEE and SCEU.

Thanks so much for picking my Invasion: Aftermath as TOTW, looks like you had as much fun racing it as I had making it, it’s definitely one of my favourite tracks from recent times, also, that first pic with the alien mothership in the background – EPIC!
Also, Sunday’s hotlap by PH1LThy31 – Death Valley Oasis is absolutely perfect for hotlap, it’s such a wonderfully smooth course and great fun as it relies on old-school race skills to succeed, will certainly be giving it my best shot to record a solid time!
Also, you did mention the Team Track’s would be top tracks on the forums, I take it you mean next week instead?
