Other notable PSN releases include Hamilton’s Great Adventure. Navigate the gorgeous environments of this harrowing platformer/puzzler in the demo, or purchase the full game. The 16-bit classic Comix Zone is also now available for all PSN to download with full Trophy support.

For PlayStation Plus subscribers, get in on the Resistance 3 action with access to the Multiplayer Beta, which includes two major maps in the game: the Seaside of Glamorgan, Wales, and the Trainyard in Bogota, Colombia. • How about Crash bash as a ps1 next week

  • Third or fourth week in a row that the PSP has been robbed! Where is the PSP support?

  • Yay Parasite Eve II now only if we could get Final Fantasy V and Vi and Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep on PSN I would have the perfect PSP Go Collection.

  • Update this week is great I think!
I may end up getting Hamiltons Adventure
PS+ gets sackboy theme! and R3Beta!

And Parasite Eve 2 is out for the people who wanted it. Whats that series about btw? I never got around to it on the PSone.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Chi-Ching !!
Hear that Sony ? thats the sound of Parasite Eve II being purchased, over, and over and over again. Thanks.
Winners this week are the PS+ members. Seriously, that sackboy dynamic theme is awesome.
Online battle champs will be salivating this week with the release of , Street Fighter III:TS. I swear, this game is more loved than MvsC2.
Im most excited about Bodycount. I really loved BLACK on the ps2 and I hope that Bodycount can bring back that same magic. Fingers crossed. That Warhammer demo will be getting a try also.Good work on the different genres of demos this week sony.
Alot of nice themes to choose from this week, mostly the Deus Ex dynamic theme. ( even if it’s overpriced ).
No one had better complain about SFIII avatars this week, dont do it, PLEASE dont do it.
There has been a huge outcry for Parasite Eve II here on psn for weeks upon weeks now. Well here it is, so you gamers had better purchase this game ,asap. No excuses. And im very suprised that with such a demanding title, that it was released for only $5.99.
This a good week for PSN. There is something for everyone here. A little too heavy with the
Disgaea 3 add-ons, but hey, whatever.
3.5/5 score..As always, Keep on Gamin.

  • Appreciate the work that you guys do with the PSN Blog, but I have to say the community here is obnoxious.

Not all of you, mind you. Just too many.

Every week you list the PSN releases, and every week people whine and complain about this that either A) They should know about, or B) are unrealistic.

For example…they have to explain nearly every week that PSN Plus releases are staggered throughout the month. They are not happening every week.

You can’t have 10 downloadable games a month, and a pile of PS1 releases at your whim. Games take time, and they can’t release a ton of games at once or good titles will get buried, and PS1 titles have a bunch of licensing issues to struggle through before they can be re-released.

Stop flaming the board because the Playstation Store is not always running at your specific and ever changing desires.

Just so y’all are aware, I have over 100 PSN games–and that doesn’t count the Mini’s or PS1 releases (which probably add another 60 or 70 titles to that list). I breathe a sigh of release every time I don’t have to buy another game, simply because I have so many.

  • about freakin time we got PEII, seriously how was it so difficult to put up a games that has already been made, rated(which I don’t understand why the ESRB had to rate it again…it’s not like S-E wanted to change an 11 year old game) and already available for digital distribution…just stop being lazy Sony(of S-E…or both) /rant

anyway, will give that R3 beta a try

  • @xxDFAxx
The powerstone collection is available for download on psn, for some time now.

  • this blog is not posting my messages.

  • Awesome I love when it posts a one line I type but not the whole paragraph post before it.

I can’t figure out how to download my preordered copy of Third Strike. I didn’t get any sort of message in my XMB and there is nothing in the store for me to download either except for the add-on which is free. It also say I can’t download the demo at this time. Please help!!!!!

  • It did it again. When I try to post it again it says it’s a duplicate post. Why are some of my posts not showing up for me.

  • Twisted Metal Is Gonna Be Epic!!!

  • Great Update! =D

  • I need free avatars from Plus.

  • awesome

  • Would be great to hear why I didn’t get my 3.00 PS+ discount on SF3…….

Feel like I’m being ignored… sure hope PSN wallet gets refunded….

    Posted on forums..

    Called Sony….

    Posted on blog….

    emailed sony……

    Still nothing…..

  • And Chrono Cross when????

  • Great Sales! /sarcasm

  • Some people will buy anything.

  • Still waiting on the move pack to hit the store, just a few weeks left…In the mean time, Ima keep downloading Pulse. I MIGHT pick up Freddy for motal kombat one of these days and I MIGHT buy a full year of ps plus, but we’ll see…

  • move pack for lbp2 that is* sorry.

  • Damn it, Sony. WHERE IS LEGEND OF DRAGOON???

  • Wish we could the same sales as the tea sippers across the ocean. Nothing for me. I downloaded the Resistance 3 beta but doubt if i get around to playing it. Haven’t played the others yet. People get real excited for these ps1 games. I feel like i lived through them and thats how I remember them. Im the same way with movies or series. Watch it once and on to something else. If I dont it feels like I am wasting my time with the same thing and not discovering something else new.

Also give the damn baseball fans there avatars already and cut it out with all the Street Fighter. Im a fan as much as the next, but I dont need 20 Different Ryu’s!.

  • I just thought you guys should know …and be happy to know that this stuff out right now most of it isn’t even on the 360 yet. I would know I just checked cause I wanted the Street Fighter III on 360 cause its what I have SF for but ooh well it isn’t there so I downloaded on PSN. As well as most of these other demos that aren’t on 360 ‘s LIVE yet. be happy! Very HAPPY!

  • Can we get some more FF Dissidia Duodecim Avatars please? Japan has the Cloud and sephy ones, why don’t we?!?!?!?

  • ah come on guys…come on imsoniac…we want a OPEN BETA of Resistance 3…I cant wait to check this game out…but I will not because of this…what a shame.

  • O_o

And I thought last week was weak.

  • Real people talk and 100’s of trolls ignore it!

  • Hi!!, I would like to know when is going to be an Atlus sale? Please let me know! Thank you!

  • Please get these on PSN PSone Classics

    Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions
    Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1
    Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2

  • Resistance 3 WOOOTTT!!!

  • Great update!!!!! seeya from Lima-Perú. R3!!!!! here we go!!!!!

  • Non Plus Members Will Get To Play The Resistance Beta Next Week With The Stores Update Just A Heads Up For You That Feel Left Out

  • Finally resistance 3 came out LOLZ COOL!!!

  • Damn. I didn’t have enough time to pick up previous week’s Disgaea DLC! T_T

  • Another week, and nothing for the psp yet again. Seriously can we get at least something for the psp at least once before the end of the year, or ever? Stop treating your fans/hardware like its nothing. How do we know you guys arent going to be treating the Vita exactly like you are treating the psp now?

It sicken me that being loyal means nothing to you guys. we support the psp and in the end we get nothing in return. No games to look forward to play on the psp (if you are a psp go user), no information of any kind if/when games get released. i have a feeling you guys will treat the Vita the same way if not worse. i mean why bother changing? you have no respect for the psp why show any when the Vita is release?

  • o well a other sad update not to surprise now it same each week (nothing worth it for PS+ member)
o wow a theme of sackboy and i must run game (ridiculous)

oh well at least i can get : Hamiltons Adventure

  • @VG-Robot

To an extent i will agree with you, but sometimes you need to put yourself in other people shoes. Some people have been waiting god knows how long for X game to be released and with Sony keeping every little thing on the hush makes people mad. I mean take a look at the final fantasy games. those games have been released on other regions PSN for years now, and early this year we finally got a ESBR rating, but still we know nothing on if/when it coming.

As for not having every update cater to my needs isnt really relevant, but when like i stated above that if people waiting, months to years with nothing good coming to the psn. Take a look at psp users (mainly Go users) we can only get games on the psn, and when Sony pulls things like this and release NOTHING for the past 3-4 months its going to make people irate.

People might not be as mad had Sony actually communicate with us. they dont need to be explicit about it, but say stuff like Hey X game is being worked on to be uploading on the psn or Hey X-psp/ps1 game will released soon.

  • This is an nice update. too bad im no longer an PS+ subscriper. dosnt mean i cant renew it :-). but im actually disopointed that the only thing new on the discount section is pocket fighter & STFPHDRM no longer there (yes i know its an one week thing but still). Disega 4 add-ons & Test yourself game is getting lonely. Please add more or change games on the discount section

  • THE MOTORSTORM RIMS ARE GOLD NOT GLOW IN THE DARK…AM I RIGHT?

  • Not bad, but nothing for me. Already preordered Bloodrayne so can’t wait for that one.

  • Bodycount demo wasn’t that good the graphics are sub par the shooting controls are good and the bullet shredding is good but the enemies are morons I won’t be buying this game until it gets cheap I have too many games on pre order from now till the end of November too justify paying 60 dollars for this game.

  • I can’t wait too play Bloodrayne either I got Street Fighter I am getting The Baconing and Renegade Ops as well. The Warhammer demo was good much better then the Bodycount demo hopefully the final game of Bodycount is better but, i am not holding my breath on that

  • @133 Shame the PSP doesn’t get the support like it getting in Japan. Those guys are still getting quite a few good looking PSP games.T_T Might import a couple like 2020 7th Dragon. Hopefully at least Final Fantasy Type-0 comes overseas.

  • HADOUKEN !!!

  • Skull Girls, where?! Demo??

  • Lifelong Sony fan here, especially when it comes to their video game division. Just wanted to say that I think the store content lately has been an absolute joke, even for the Plus members, and that this update is no exception. So freaking lame. Glad I sold my PSP. Also wanted to say that I’m still mad over update 3.70, and that I bought an Xbox 360 over the weekend and downloaded 33 demo’s today for games that I’ve been wanting to try for quite some time, but didn’t dare buy. I searched alphabetically, and saw more interesting content before I even hit the C’s than I’ve seen on all of PSN over the last year. Just sayin, Xbox Live Gold is somewhat expensive, but so is PSN Plus, and at least with XBLG you get a lot of stuff worth paying for, and better online multiplayer too.

I still love what Sony has given me over the years, and will continue to pay for many of their fantastic exclusives for years to come, but I refuse to be grateful for receiving scraps when I helped pay for dinner.

  • @ 1 Above LOL

  • Ooooh, oooh, someone said Parasite Eve has been asked for in the comments before, and I know you guys were stalking me with the release of Threads of Fate, so…
    Release [Team Buddies] next! :D

  • where is the dynamic theme?? I looked everywhere….
