We recently announced our partnership with DIRECTV to bring their most popular sports subscription service, NFL SUNDAY TICKET, directly to you via your PlayStation 3. Starting later today, you can access the direct link in the My Channels category under the TV/Video Services icon on the XMB (XrossMediaBar) or head over to the media category of the PlayStation Store to download the app in anticipation of the new 2011 NFL season.
This Sunday, PS3 owners without access to DIRECTV will be able to live stream every out-of-market Sunday NFL game on their PS3 with a subscription to NFL SUNDAY TICKET. You’ll be able to enhance your NFL experience with live multi-game scoreboards and field position trackers, which also allow you to access highlights, stats, standings and schedules, as well as the Red Zone Channel, which gives you live coverage of Sunday’s most exciting moments. The subscription for the 2011 season can be purchased directly through the app for $339.95. Existing subscribers can use the PS3 as an additional receiver in their home, as part of their NFL SUNDAY TICKET To-Go package, which is purchased through DIRECTV.

the MLB.tv app is 1000000000Xs better than this garbage! It takes 30 seconds to load and it is still skipping. Im calling to get my money back!

hmm lagging and i have a 12mbps download speed and it pauses. maybe im asking for to much but come on man! hd?? its more like 480i, not sure if i want to continue with shotty services next month. ill just simply cancel my credit card so you cant charge me

Mine looks great now…HD quality video and no skipping or lagging. So much nicer that i can watch Baltimore vs. Pittsburgh than the crappy Philly/St.Louis game that is being broadcast on cable!!!

Also, keep in mind the National feed games may be subject to blackout for everyone.
And….frozen again. This is the most expensive Beta I’ve ever participated in.

Took about 5 mins to get anything. Has the quality of stealing someone’s wireless. Waiting on the Min/Sd. Hopefully then it’ll feel worth it. But since it has froze twice while typing this, i would at least like 20 bucks back right now.

Switching games is also a disaster. I lose video and have to wait for it to time out.
This is complete crap. Constant freezing, then shows a commercial,then rewinds back to a play I already saw. This is a joke. And now what, I get to call support and sit through their BS? I should’ve know this service would suck.

This is just embarrasing. For $300+ we get this quality and freezing and stupid cut to an interview segment. I have a great connection right now and this is lagging like crazy.
Watching Indy vs Houston and quality is crap here as well!!! It freezes every minute or so….they better fix this soon or I’ll do a charge back.

went through troubleshooting with PSN and it still sucks….they even admit that they are having problems with it there!!!! call 1-800-345-SONY (7669) and get your money back!
FAILURE!! I can’t believe this is the quality DTV & (especially) Sony are willing to put their names on.
I have 13,000-20,000kbps download, hardwired, and I can’t keep continuous video for more than 15-30 seconds. To top that, the channel was jumping to something other than the game.
Not only video lag, but picture freeze w/audio still going.
If someone gets phone support, please share who you called and if they were willing to give your money back.

This is a big problem. No customer service, cannot log in to directtv for customer service. I’m testing my 17MBPS Download speed and I sill am freezing, weird commercials are inserted and repeating … can’t “Log In” anywhere for Customer Service … WTF! It’s a full 10 minutes behind “Live” I’ve seen more commercials than game in 30 minutes I’ve seen 2 plays? This is crap. DirectTv better be discounting this or fixing it and crediting accounts or I’m Done!

I expected there to be first day issues, but this is terrible. Skipping back and forth, freezing, and now for the past 10 minutes, video is not available. I sincerely doubt they will credit anyone for this awful service, but it would be the smart thing to do until they get this ironed out.
