Hello, after I did the firmware update 3.72 and 3.73 I can no longer play God of War III, the game is not recognized by ps3, could someone help me??

I installed the new update signed in, and the PS3 turned off by itself. I turned it back on and, green, yellow, blinking red. Had to send my system to Sony for repair. Just wondering…is this how Sony is going to recoop their loses from the hack? I’ve read posts by others who have had the same issues as I have since installing the update, so it’s not just me.

Damn you Sony… What have you done to our PS3s?! They get slower and slower every update. Now I can’t watch embedded Youtube videos from any site through the browser. My PS3 hangs every time!

I’ve just done the update and my ps3 controllers aren’t syncing anymore. They were working before the update. I also have troubleshooted them and no avail.

Erm…. Since the previous update, my ps3 has been locking up on me. Now It’s gotten worse. I thought It was just a minor freeze or just a buggy game at first, but it stays frozen for an hour+ and on my older games as well. & It happens at random whether I’m playing for 5 min or 2-3 hours.

Anyway that’s the stability I’d like to see improved…

This lame firmware downgrade is as useless as the trolls defending it. Does it add to “system stability”? obviously not. Does it add anything asked for by anyone? thats a big NO. The only thing it does show is the outright unprofessionalism of Eric Lempel & his team. And to anyone else reading the blog who hasn’t written sony to opt out of their unethical “no lawsuit” clause in part 15 should do so now.

Just me or have they added more emotes?

Don’t remember these many emotes? By any means seems it’s alot stable than before. Can appreciate an update here and there. At least they are taking care of there customers by keeping up on their firmware.
