  • Why isn’t there a Cubixx HD Demo???

  • RE4 HD FTW!!

I like trophies, but I LOVE games. So I don’t care about the lack of a platinum. I just want to get my hands once again on the awesomeness that is RE 4 =D

  • Is there a CONCRETE date for the NA release of Chrono Trigger and Final Fnatasy 6 on the PSN? Or is this a pipedream or really late April Fools Day joke?

  • Is there any new avatars in this update?

  • Why don’t you guys start releasing ps2 games? (black, socom, ghost recon)

  • OMG, Black would be an awesome game for the PSN…
    I Loved that game.

  • When going out to demo of F1 2011 for the playstation store on ps3?

  • sou brasileiro e não desisto nunca !!

  • Two questions…

1- Where is the “cow abduction” dynamic theme for PS Plus members?

2- Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t there supposed to be a discount on Payday: The Heist for Plus members? Like a 20% discount?

  • @joethebeast16: I know right,I don’t know why they don’t. Ps2 had some great games and we can’t even play them on the ps3.very sad.

  • About FFVI and CT: why did you lied to us, sony?

  • In the blog post on September 5, it specifically stated that the RE4 (and RE:CV) 50% discount was for 2 weeks. Today it states it is only for one week. Which is correct?

  • What’s up with the store? I can’t add funds to get RE4… :(

  • @ez_____ez_____ez

    good user name

  • The butthurt levels for this post are off the charts!

No amount of crybaby JRGP fans and trophy whore complaints will stop this from being an awesome update (which it already is)!

  • lol @144 but I was serious

  • Haven’t been happy with the PSN Store for some time now. My last purchase that I consider to be a good one was Dead Nation. Nothing since then has made me “want” to buy anything. I want me some mega man! Mega Man X to be exact. And not PS1 ports, new versions of it!

  • I have a little bit of loose money at the moment, and before i start throwing it at Capcom/Sony i want to know wich version of Resident Evil 4 is in this HD re-release. But since i won’t come back on the blog because im very busy, i would like if anyone of you guys/girls who just got RE 4 HD could send me a message letting me know wich version is it. I know it contains all of the PS2 bonus, but i mean like, is it the Gamecube version in HD or the PlayStation 2 version in HD? So if anyone who got the game could let me know by sending me a message before i go waist my money would be very apreciated, thanks.

  • No new avatars this week? EU gets all the good stuff. Splinter Cell trilogy, undead nightmare avatars and operation raccoon city avatars. Will the US ever get any of that stuff?

  • Any word on why RE4 doesn’t have Move support? Or if it’ll be coming?

Having previously bought two versions of the game, Move support would be the charm required for the third time…

  • So, I paid $5.99 for Resident Evil 2 a couple months ago. Can I get a refund since it’s FREE now?!! LOL!!

  • I bought RE4 but that doesn’t mean im not disappointed with the trophy list. I still want an explanation on why XBLA got the full 1000G and we don’t get a platinum trophy.

  • Didn’t another post state the Directors Cut of Resident Evil was actually going to have the Directors Cut scenes etc this time, as its still all edited lol….

  • I Love You Sony!!! Resident Evil 3 Nemesis is a Classic!!!

  • I was really looking forward to the HD update of RE4 figuring it was a shoe in to have Playstation Move support considering RE5 does ,and RE4 Wii Edition is considered the best version because of its controls. Yet we don’t get that option. So all i gotta say is WTF Capcom!!!!! First you give megaman the boot pretty much ,and now you won’t even give ps3 owners the option to use the move on this classic when you do on its sequel. Way to really screw up this release considering it cost the same as the Wii version. Guess ill play the Wii version until Capcom gives it Move support.

  • Agreed madribar it is awesome! But most of those trailers were there last week. Well I’m glad there is a NBA 2k12. Man; it’s Wednesday and the update isn’t there; by the way I live in Australia.

  • Okay you guys have got to do something about the New Releases section of the store.

It has so many sub categories they take up the entire front page and you have to scroll for like 20 minutes to get to the actual new releases. I also shouldn’t have to go through 18 different folders to buy Resident Evil 4.

I know I’m exaggerating but the new releases should be on the top left hand corner of the new releases page and they are not. They are either burried in another sub menu so far down the page you have to scroll to get to them.

And those sub categories have too many items in them. The New Releases Minis sub category has almost 70% of the minis in it including minis over a year old. How is that a new release?

Seriously you guys are burying your new content instead of making it front and centre.

  • Seriously, Qore has it’s own sub category(with over a years worth of episodes in it) and an individual listing for the latest episode before the first actual new release.

Plus, Essentials, 3D, Special Offers, Move, Themes, Avitars, PSP Games, Mini’s, DLC, PSone imports, Qore, Home, Qore again and Pulse

This is everything listed before the actual first new release.

    Fix this.

  • wtf what about the black ops resurrection mp? is the only BO MP worth buying and is not yet on the store!

  • Great week. Thanks for all the Resident Evil deals, it really means a lot to me.

  • was looking forward to chrono trigger and final fantasy being available, resident evil is still pretty cool though, and getting them free is even better.

  • I thought Cubixx was supposed to have a demo?

  • Now installing RE4 and all the others plus all the free goodies :)

  • If any cool mofo’s want to add me go ahead..

  • @CaptainDarin79 I dun think someone would miss a great game for trophies. But I do think someone would miss a great game released without a bonus, if they already own the original version, working and already beaten it.

Well I agree with you about the FF6/CT compensation and release date cries anyway, that were a stupid comments >.>’

  • @178 Black Ops Rezurrection map pack is out Thursday on the store it even advertises it on the store as coming in two days

  • @JEC94: The Black ops Rezurrection map pack is scheduled for release September 22, probably shortly before midnight EST that day so it should be up on the store midnight EST tomorrow night as from now as all other MW2 and Black Ops map packs had released around midnight EST on their release dates. Just wait one more day.

  • Resident Evil 1-4 for me,NBA2k12 demo and Lonesome Rode FNV DLC for me thanks great update

  • Can someone tell me if Code Veronica X will feature trophy support?

  • No Final Fantasy XIII-2 TGS trailer?

  • This was supposed to be the update of the year instead it was just an update with a couple good games oh well. I am still getting persona and Resident Evil 4.

  • Early update? Great deals for stuff people would realistically buy? Free PS1 games that actually don’t suck and are in fact good?

When did the PS Store get good?

  • I also think the PayDay thing was poorly handled. We pre-ordered all the other titles, we should get the theme for free. Also, the whole PLAY event should have been handled better / more clearly. In addition, since I bought all 4 titles already, I should have a shopping cart icon next to payday right now, and it should say free. If my copy isn’t free on Oct. 4th, I am going to be pretty pissed.

  • Now that you changed the service agreement to protect yourselves from class-action lawsuits, can Sony use the money they’ll save on legal fees on buying something newer than the 2400bps modems currently in use?

I’m trying to download the 905MB Persona 2, and after 2 hours it’s at about 9%. That’s pathetic.

  • you guys are all crybabies…. seriously… you whine more than an elementary child caught eating paste…. grow up

  • @193 It might be your connection in fact my downloads move plenty fast I do have a fast cable connection and never had any slow downloads.

  • there is no way too have a psn store update and please everyone it’s impossible and not every update is gonna be great that is just the facts.

  • You really should get a firm release date from Square-Enix or whomever and post it. A lot of people are very upset about Final Fantasy VI and Chrono Trigger.

  • So every week, by the looks of it, there’s a special offer for Plus Members? Like people are saying here, next week there’ll be RE:CV. So is there a game release, whether it’s PSOne or a PS3 exclusive, every week? Or does this just happen to be an update?

  • Why won’t anyone at sony address the ps3 web browser? it needs to be fixed bad! you guys completly ignore the issue just once i’d like to see an answer one way or the other, please just something.
