Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Trilogy Deploys on PS3 Blu-ray, PSN Tuesday

Reliving classic gaming memories is one of my favorite things to do. I vividly remember playing Splinter Cell Chaos Theory on PlayStation 2. Did I have a ton of fun? Yes. How long did I have Sam Fisher fumble around in those curtains? Way too long. Would I want to do that all over again with HD and 3D? Absolutely.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Trilogy for PS3

The time has come, because Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Trilogy finally comes to the PS3 on Tuesday. Tuesday. Even better, we will be launching simultaneously in stores and on the PlayStation Store. Relive the experiences of Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory all in one overstuffed bundle.

The Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Trilogy will be available at your favorite gaming store and the PlayStation Store for $39.99. I think what makes reliving old gaming memories is hearing other’s experiences. What did you all think of the original Splinter Cell trilogy? I still need to play the first two so stay away from spoilers, por favor.

  • I am done with ubi and less they fix it soon it”s pointless seeing that mw3 is out soon and i bought the trilogy to help past time till mw3. I mean it is such a basic option, maybe ubi see it as their mission to rid the world of us inverters lol cause i am baffled how you can add 3d and leave out a basic option like this, oh i forgot its a matter of opinion, well i say its a matter of incompetence.

  • Update:

A Ubisoft rep called me and they told me that they DO plan to patch the game, but they let me know that its a complicated process and it will require Sony to give the OK as well and that could take a little while. Lets hope Sony takes care with this issue also.

The fact that Ubisoft personally called me and told me that they DO plan to fix the issue is an encouraging one and I hope it does happen.

But please keep on calling and letting them know. There is now a fire lit under Ubisoft’s ass and its up to gamers to keep it burning!

    Thanks.
