Each player’s goal is to get to the end of each level, while gathering scattered coins for points and protecting themselves from the barrage of enemy attacks. Players can look forward to brand new levels and ferocious boss attacks along the way.

With access to a variety of exclusive weaponry and equipment, your actions will tip the balance during the most dangerous time period mankind has ever known.

Homefront — The year is 2027. The world has suffered a decade-long energy crisis, and economies have crumbled. Reduced to a mere shadow of the super power it once was, the United States became the target of a North Korean takeover. American malls, suburbs and city streets are now battlegrounds as the civilian resistance fights for freedom. Featuring a compelling single player story crafted by John Milius (Apocalypse Now, Red Dawn), Homefront immerses gamers in an interactive and cinematic FPS experience where they will assume an infantry role or take command of a wide variety of aerial and ground vehicles. In addition to the single-player experience, Homefront will deliver a robust multiplayer experience. In a land stripped of freedom, the brave will fight for their home.

Just wondering, is Legend of Dragoon ever gonna come out on anything that isn’t the Japanese psn (or ps1 for you smart[DELETED] types). I mean if the game was a baby and playstation network was impregnanted when it came out for japan it would of been born and had its first month of living in around 2 days

  • Battlefield 3 for me, ME, MEEEEEEEEE!!! :o

  • Really interested in finishing up the Mercury Hg DLC, is there a plan to release that soon?

  • Ready for the Festival Of Blood

  • Heading out tomorrow night about 10:30 for BF3 gotta make sure I get some of that cool swag.Hopefully I’ll get through FoB before then because who knows next time I’ll get to put my hands on it I’ll also pick up Daytona USA for the memories would get the Uncharted DLC but I’m afraid I won’t be playing the MP of it much due to BF3 and MW3 for my run and gun shooter game not mention I have to finish this great story of Batman:Arkham Asylum after next week everything else will have to wait until after the holidays. To get list:Medievil Moves maybe house of the dead even though it does’nt have online co-op that lil puss in boots is funny as you know what I may pick him up just for kicks.Nice job Sony on giving me something to do until Starhawk,Twisted Metal, and the GREAT PS VITA comes out

  • What about DCU Online?

  • well another week, and nothing for me. though DBZ game looks nice. again it looks like nothing for us Psp users.

  • No Final Fantasy VI yet? -_-

Hm…Sonic generations demo =0 OMG cant wait

  • I really hope that DC Universe Online becomes f2p this Tuesday, it looks pretty fun.

  • Thats a nice drop this week! BF3 will be my first pick, but i think Infamous 2 festival of blood will be a sure thing aswell, never picked up infamous 2 but loved the first one, so ill check this one out and hopefully ill run down to the store regreting i didnt buy Infamous 2 long time ago ^^
Anyhow, see you on the Battlefield guys! add me as a friend if you fancy some games!

  • ok i rarely chime in any longer these days, but first off, what ever happened to a download of final fantasy 6, and secondly completely off topic i have read on several different websites that dc universe is now free to pay online, if this is true, i would love to know so i can give it the good ole once over, its been a while since i have played any mmo, and this one has intrigued me for some time, but paying $50 for it then paying $15 a month was far to much to ask of people during this economy. would really love an answer about the dc universe game if nothing else please.

  • Getting Sidescroller, and whatever else I can find at a nice price.

  • 3 days to go! Hell yeah!

  • Where is DC Universe Online?

its like the doctor from family guy, just talking Schtick. enough, SONY, Please just give us a straight answer.

Where is the News from SOE saying, “You know what guys, we announced a Title for late Oct. and it has been rescheduled for the first week in Nov. We at SOE apologize and are sorry for the delay.” if SONY would just keep us informed instead of leaving us in the dark. it would make a world of difference. for example: “Oct 19th statement around the G4 show.” Sony or DCUO, could have stated within the next couple days. “we are sorry but that is not the set date for our release on F2P, expect a release late Oct.” ok cool. then onto todays release of this weeks games for the 24th of Oct. DCUO wasn’t on the list. yet again, they could have stated a side note *DCUO has been temporarily delayed, sorry for the inconvenience, expect a future release of DCUO (ex. Nov. 1, 2011). PLEASE SONY at least give us scheduling dates for your products, we are growing tired of being told “in the future” or nothing at all in this case.

  • What about the digital version (Full Game Trial) for Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One? I’m dying to get that and use that as the “Pay 60$ get 10$ bonus!” Deal, but it’s not coming out…

  • Hmmm does this update include a voucher for PayDay:The Heist? You know, the game that i never got. The one that i sent a message about and got a response that your researching it(well not particularly you Rey lol). The one that should have taken 5 minutes to find out from my transaction history from the time i sent you my info………..yeah that game-_-.

Anyways, Im looking forward to Infamous:FOB, i’ll be switching back and forth between this and Battlefield 3 Tuesday. I’ll get PixelJunk Sideschroller Friday. Those games are always fun:). DBZ is going to be backlogged because of the games coming out(BF3 this week, UC3 and Sonic Generations next week). I don’t have enough for all of them so DBZ is the old one out cuz i naturally think it will be the weakest of the bunch.

  • It seems SONY are backing BF3 & Microsoft are backing MW3? I am not sure SONY got that one right LoL MW3(COD)will be the biggest game(in sales)of the year(i know sad but true) So SONY should back it to? i.e do a PS3 MW3 console bundle etc etc. I saw a MW3 advert on TV & at the end the Xbox 360 came up & no sign that it was on the PS3 to. So it looked like it was Xbox 360 only :D MS do try don’t they :D

Anyway LOADS of stuff to play :P

  • Battlefield 3 LE, U3 and I2:FoB for me!!!! The only crumby thing is that I live in Jamaica some i still gotta wait little bit longer. (T_T)

  • When are they going to put Ratchet and Clank All 4 One on the PSN store a previous blog post said it would be. I really want to get this I already bought a $50 PSN card and a $20 PSN card. :(

  • Well sad to say nothing here for me this week.
Don’t care much for bf or cod, or the others.
would love to see more ps2 games coming like the kingdom hearts series as well as the other mortal kombat games like shaolin monks and deception. One other ps2 game i would like to see is Rocky.
I also would love to see the simpsons game get put on the store as well.
Any chance of these games making on the store?

    Thanks

  • And for the importing crowd Idolmaster 2 hits PS3 this week. Or as I like to call it, Idolcrack 2.

I House of the Dead pre-ordered for a while now so I’ll be getting that soon. I’ll be getting Idolcrack as well when I have the money.

  • Morining (on my side) im getting ultimate tenkaicchi tonight at 12 oclock.

  • To the Battlefield!!!

  • How much will it cost the Call of Duty: Black Ops?

  • I’ll be getting House of the Dead: Overkill.

  • The Sonic Generatios Demo… I already got it from the European PSN store!

I’m really hoping there’s a Demo for Festival of Blood or Worms Crazy Golf too…

  • How about a GTA San Andreas download with trophies. Now that would sell..

  • Awesome Drop! With Festival of Blood, it’s going to be a sweet Halloween this year :)

  • Renting Dead Island for 2 dollars at REDBOX…..This game reminds me of condemned I wanna find a gun before I have to return it today until then I bash zombie brains with a boat paddle….My boys played it only a little bit and complained about how repetative the game was…..Thank goodness for redbox…..I can play for 2 dollars rather than buy a crap game for 60 smackaroonies and be stuck with it!!!!

  • Might rent ace combat today

  • I’m going after Daytona USA and Sonic Generations (demo) this week.

  • Black Ops on PSN?!?!
    what a great idea!!!
but pls add atleast 20% for PSN+

  • So any word on Payday and Dungeon Defenders for Europe?

  • I kindof feel dumb, but until today, I had no idea my PSP could have a camera?

  • Interested in seeing what ps+ brings us this week, i missed out a few weeks ago when they had those crazy awesome deals and free stuff D:

  • i hope infamous FOB is good because once uncharted and MW3 come out i doubt ill play it much

  • Woo hoo! can’t wait for DBZ: UT!!!!!
