To celebrate the game’s release, we’re happy to unveil the latest addition to our Dancer Diaries video series – Party Play with the San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush cheerleaders! A few weekends ago, we invited the squad over to PlayStation HQ for an Everybody Dance party. Check out the video for a glimpse of the 49ers Gold Rush showing off their best dance moves while playing Everybody Dance!

Insomniac Games is proud to announce the release of Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One in North America. The first four-player co-op Ratchet & Clank game finds Ratchet, Clank, Qwark, and Dr. Nefarious captured by the mysterious Creature Collector and transported to the dangerous Planet Magnus. The four will have to work together to survive the planet, and unravel its mysteries. Featuring a huge and upgradable weapon arsenal, All 4 One will take players on a journey through vibrant environments and breathtaking vistas, pitting you against seemingly invincible creatures and robotic minions of the Creature Collector. The optional stereoscopic 3D support brings the 3D CG movie experience at home so you can experience Ratchet & Clank in a whole new way.
In celebration of the return of our favorite Lombax, the 10/18 edition of PULSE kicks off with a look at the co-op fun of Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One. Join Christina Lee also for a look at the variety of puzzles, playthings, and devious machines of Okabu and the cinematic comic platform adventure of Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken. Both are now available as part of the “Only On PSN” event.
PULSE also previews the arcade shooting mayhem of PixelJunk: Sidescroller (which definitely brings back memories of arcades) and, in time for Halloween, the new inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood where Cole MacGrath puts a stake into the vampire craze.
Since we started development, a lot of people have commented on how much they love the music of Okabu, created by our very talented partners at Resonate. Liam and the Resonate team have blown us away with what they’ve managed to create, and they’ve made a behind-the-scenes video to give you a bit of background. I’ll let Music Director Liam Paton explain in his own words!
With the release of Okabu almost upon us, we wanted to share a short film that documents our last 12 months working on the soundtrack to the game. It has been such a great project to work on and hopefully the footage captures the fun that we had along the way.
As PlayStation fans should already know, Need for Speed The Run is an illicit high-stakes cross-country race from San Francisco to New York. You’ll be playing as Jack, who is a marked man and his only way out is to battle other 200 racers for a sweet $25 million dollar prize.
Starting October 18th, PS3 owners can get their hands on The Run demo on the PlayStation Store! Featuring the monster Lamborghini LP550-2 Valentino Balboni and the brand-new Porsche Carrera S, the demo will let you open them up in two locations set in the US. (As a side note, don’t forget that if you live in the US, Canada or the UK, you can win the new Carrera S in real life just by logging into your EA account!)

There have been high levels of LittleBigPlanet activity on the interwebs lately, so here’s a quick link-o-rama to get your LBP fix…
LittleBigPlanet for the PS Vita was recently on stage at the EB Games Expo in Australia with a full on walk through of a “Vita-fied” level filled with front touch, tilt, rear touch, and of course, trademark Sackboy frolicking… If you haven’t seen LBP for PS Vita in motion, check it out here.
The Freelance Police and Telltale Games can’t stay away from the PlayStation Network for long! After gracing the PSN in last year’s Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse, the mostly loveable canine and rabbit-thingy duo returns on October 18th (woah, that’s tomorrow) in another one of their off-the-wall adventures, Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space!
Always up to their neck fur in trouble as they get to the bottom of their cases, Sam & Max come face-to-face with some of the deadliest foes they’ve ever encountered, including Santa Claus, an emo vampire, and Satan himself. Well, two out of three isn’t bad, right?
Sam & Max must survive some of the most exotic locales known to man and animal alike (the game is called Beyond Time and Space, remember?) if they’re going to get themselves out of this somewhat death-defying adventure.
