My Near app has not worked in 5 days and it’s the main reason I purchased the 3G version. Where can I go for official help in fixing this? I can’t research it by error code as there is none, it only says “An error has occurred”. Is there a patch coming? Any help would be appreciated.

Hey guys,

Great work. I had a questions for the Assassin’s Creed 3 developers and hope you pick it.

As an Indian American (as in India, not Native American), I always look for characters who stray away from the norm (the male white protagonist). Not that there is anything wrong with the norm, however, I do find it a little difficult at times to relate to such a character. However, at Ubisoft, you have branched out with your main characters, having a Persian in Prince of Persia, and a lead from the Middle East with Altair. From what I’ve read, Mr. AC3 seems to be Native American, or at least half. Recently, Activision with Prototype 2 and Sony with Starhawk are having black leads. How important do you feel it is to make the lead character in video games diverse, and would it be difficult to sell to an audience who is predominantly young white males? Did you take any of this into consideration, or did the team not really feel a pressure to make the race an important factor when designing the game? What other main characters were thrown around before you made your pick.

Thanks for all your work; I love the Assassin’s series, and hope to see a sequel to Prince of Persia 2008 one day!

also looking forward to Journey for some time, still want to get it on day 1 which is on 14 march (my birthday LOL)

I have a some questions
1. wen will i be able to see PSVita trophies on my PS3 (don’t have a PSVita yet but i would love to see them from my friends)
2. asked this before doing it again will the PSVita get more apps (like a Google+ app)
3. and will the PS3 also get a NEAR?

Jeff at the AC event ask them if AC3 will finish up Desmond’s story and/or the 2012 storyline. If it doesn’t than I’m ditching the series lol.

Noticed that the PS Vita AR games don’t have trophies. Is it not a standard rule that Vita games will have trophies? I know that it is a strict policy that PS3 games have them after 2008, and was hoping that the Vita would have the same policy.

I haven’t comment for any of the episodes yet but I do listen to them. With that said, I have to say that enjoy the podcast honestly. There’s a tip that I wanted to give but I don’t know if anyone has done this yet. If you sign in on PSN on your PS Vita and if you go to account management. Then head to Account Information, it will show your avatar and color. Click on color and it will bring up an array of different backgrounds to choose from. Depending on the color, if it’s different from the default colors to use for your PSN on PS3. That color will be added to the selection from the time being. However, if you select one of the default ones then the new color will disappear. I know it’s confusing with all the colors but I found that out earlier this week thanks to a friend. Anyway, I enjoy the show and great job guys.
