  • New Vita demos :D

  • PSone classics nowhere to be seen: Die Hard Trilogy, MDK, Soul Blade, Return Fire, Tenchu

  • Hey Grace, any idea when we’re getting Malicious? Europe got it some weeks ago.

  • Naughty Dog/Sony must be making a small fortune by nickel and diming people with U3 DLC.

  • Gotta try me some Ridge Racer

  • uncharted 3 co-op survival mode dlc, shoot many robots and warp for me

  • JOURNEY FTW! Gonna be picking that up as well as Uncharted dlc.

  • MotorStorm RC ELITE Vehicle Pack 1 (FREE) – This is showing up at 99 cents for me.

  • A big “thank you” to EA for denying PS3 owners the demo for WARP (that every 360 owner has).
Really so nice of you to not give this to PS3 users… /s

  • Hey Sid, Jeff and PS Blog crew. The EU PS Blog had a post today about discounted PSP games. I was wondering if anything like that is coming to NA, there is a great demand for lowered PSP prices on the PSN store. Any info you guys have would be greatly appreciated. If theres no info, at least take note that this is something the NA PSN store needs. Keep up the good work guys.

    • The Store team here is always looking for ways to get people excited for great PSP content, especially since it’s getting new life on Vita. No news on anything like this on our end though.

  • If you buy pro-AM for Motorstorm RC on PS3, do you get Vita’s Pro-AM for free?

  • When are we ever going to get offers from PS Plus for Home?

  • Early update! I like it! (not 10 o clock / not midnight is early enough for me!)

    Just getting the avatars though.

Looking forward to the wave of sales for Final Fantasy that you guys mentioned. Not interested in Tom Clancy.

And yeah, I regret getting the U3 FHC. The community is too hardcore for me. I don’t enjoy playing MP anymore. Never buying season pass ever again. At the time, I thought it was limited edition, that’s why I bought it. I asked, no one responded.

  • A bit disappointing, i was waiting for this but there isn’t anything really that good except for Journey. I was hoping for new Vita Apps, or maybe PS 1 Game support for the Vita but really nothing that amazing. Also should i get Journey right away or wait a bit?

  • Why is it that Sony never gives away any PSP games for playstation plus members? I know I would love it if they did that, more so than most of the other games they have given out so far. Anyone else agree with me?

  • @9 Warp is on the store it was a timed exclusive for xbox nothing new that happens

  • Otherwise a great update – and an early one this time – that should become standard!

Everyone who has not yet bought Journey:
You need to buy this game RIGHT NOW!!!

Journey alone kicks M$ House Party lineup where it hurts. :)
    Spring Fever ftw.

  • Oh I just noticed there’s a demo for Motorstorm RC – AND- it still has a discount for PS+!

Many thanks. This happened with PixelJunk Sidescroller back in the fall. I didn’t buy it because there was no demo available. The week after, there was a demo. Glad to see this isn’t the case here. Keep up the good work!

  • NIce ps vita demos wish there was a ninja gaiden 3 demo but oh well cant wait till next week ^-^ any one that’s getting either operation raccoon city or ninja gaiden 3 or both message me on psn,,starting a clan ^-^

  • Any idea when the price for Warriors Orochi 3 will be unveiled? I read that due to it being PSN only on PS3 it’ll be available at a discount compared to the 360 version.

and yay, even though I don’t care for anything on the spring fever, there’s DLC to get me through the week, DW7/XL and Neptunia MK2 DLC <3

  • legend of dragoon, legend of dragoon, legend of dragoon!!!

    grand knights history!!!

    where are them???

    :S

  • Are we ever going to get offers for PS plus content for Home?

  • I would love to see more PSN titles from the ps3 get a vita version that allows you to play them on the ps3 and vita for one price. It would really be great to be able to play Hard Corps Uprising or Sonic 4 on my vita.

  • @Alexx-NY

Microsoft requires XBLA games to have demos. Talk to Sony. I don’t know that EA ‘denied’ anything.

  • Does the inability to get the psp version of the peace walker demo on my vita mean that vita version of the Metal Gear HD collection will get a download only version of peace walker in the same way that the ps3 version of the Metal Gear HD collection got a download only version of MGS1?

  • sony…..it has been 5 weeks since firmware 4.10 killed your official 7.1 stereo wireless headset….where is the fix?!?!?!? this is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • So why are you been listing PSP pricedrops as PS3 games?
Also any chance of us getting any of the PS2 classics that europe has gotten recently?

  • weak update. and @25
agreed wth is with that man!!! need a patch to fix or something and HURRY!!!

  • Uncle Morgan, are the servers still live for Avatar and BioShock 2?

  • @ Morgan

Yes, he’s right. Something after 4.10 makes you hear your breathing. I got my headset for Christmas, it was awesome. Then after 4.10 update, I have a whole new experience with it. It’s very uncomfortable.

    http://community.us.playstation.com/thread/4663667?start=0&tstart=0

A lot of people have been complaining about it through the new posts that come into the blog. Almost every post has at least one person on this issue.

  • @ KwietStorm
    LOL
    And what DO you know?
I know M$ requires demos on Live and Sony not, but WARP is an EA game and there is a demo on the 360, why not bring the same demo to PS3?
Of course it is a decision of EA not to do it.
Think before you talk pls. :)

  • Please, less sales on full games and more sales on PSN-only games! These sales on full games have me a tad concerned…

  • Looks like nothing for me. Although Journey is one hell of a game, but i got that last week, so it looks like nothing for me this week. kinda sad other regions are supporting psp games, yet us here in the states have no love for the psp. oh well i guess.

  • @micturator – the vita does not support PSP demos at all, for some strange and anti-marketing reason.

  • ok the headset post reminded me of something… I don’t know if it’s just timing but both my friends PS3 and my PS3 stopped reading most blu ray game discs… and both our problems started RIGHT when 4.10 was released… I’m not saying it’s the problem bvut I think it warrants looking into… because we lost the use of our blu ray drive at the exact same time… my PS3 is barely 1.5 year old and now it looks like I gotta pay antoher 100 bucks to fix something that’s new… it would be covered with warranty but magically walmart receipts fade their ink … so I cant prove that i bought it in June 2010

  • Come on guys, how about a PS Plus discount on the DCUO DLC’s DX, I already have the Lantern DLC, but I tottaly want the other 2 T_T

  • Wow. Journey is really carrying this whole update, huh.

I cannot believe not a single Black Ops DLC item is on sale. I mean, SERIOUSLY.

This place blows, I’m going back to Steam.

  • Morgan Haro:

Try running a game with multiplayer (i.e. COD) or coop (i.e. Mass Effect 3) You’ll hear a white static in the background.

It’s annoying. I used to love these headsets but now I’m forced to use an inferior Turtlebeach because the static and white noise is just intolerable..

  • @ Morgan the 4.10 update did mess up the 7.1 headset for alot of people idk about everyone but I havent used mine since the 4.11 update so dont know if its fixed now but there is definetly a problem with it also why would you guys have COD anything on sale for spring fever leave that crap for M$ guess it’ll be free avatars for me this week yet again

  • And what is up with the Gotham City Impostors DLC?

  • Well hello Morgan, is it possible for us psn plus to request that we could have a third ps3 activated at once, it is so frustrating to deactivate a ps3 in my room so I can play in the living room because my kids are playing something on their PS3. Thanks

  • So, it’s been well over a month now since we got a list of PSP games we could use on the Vita… In the “coming weeks” more were supposed to be added but we haven’t really seen anything yet outside of apparently a few games no one cares about being added without any announcement. There’s a lot of games we know are playable on the PSV via a PS3 transfer or were before certain updates blocked them from being seen by the “Content Manager” or because apparently games were updated and the store ID changed also making them not show up like Ys: I&II Chronicles but when are we going to get a big update with this? I know Sony wants people to first and foremost buy PSV games but it’s getting a little annoying….. >_<

  • Early update is good.

Nothing says “Spring” like shooting people in the head in a bunch of COD games. Wouldn’t Flower have been a bit more appropriate?

I’m glad to see Phineas and Ferb got an actual PS+ discount. Last weeks blog post had it listed at $33.

It’s nice to see Grandia get a price drop, it’s good, I still have my PS1 disc version though. The only Grandia game I don’t own is Xtreme, but I’m not holding my breath.

  • @4

Its not really nickel and diming if you bought the fortune hunters club deal. I’ve been getting every single piece of dlc for Uncharted 3 (which has been a pretty big amount) so far and I think I spent more on Uncharted 2 dlc and it was much less content. It’s a fantastic deal and I don’t regret it one bit.

  • @Morgan Haro

I have to agree with other posters. Mine has been a bit fritzy since the 4.10 update aswell (PS3 Slim 320GB model).

Also, I better see you on Journey. I want to start doing more play throughs now that it’s officially out for everyone. What a phenomenal game.

    • I’ll dig into it some on my end, but don’t know how long an adjustment might be. I played through Journey with them on the whole time and it sounded awesome.

And yeah I’m looking forward to my fourth and fifth Journey playthrough!

  • hmmm so the 4.10 update messed up a headset and possibly a blu ray drive…. I say we got a probvlem on our hands

  • mine being the 7.1 stereo surround sound headset. Sorry for not clarifying.

  • Awesome no Gotham City Impostors DLC yet. I guess I am glad that 360 and PC owners have it :(

  • So no skype app yet for vita?

  • Downloading Journey from the PSN going verrrry slowly for me. Anyone else?
