PS Plus Grants First Access to Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Beta 4/19

Releasing in May, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier not only promises an engaging single-player campaign, but bone-rattling battlefields to storm in multiplayer. And now, PlayStation Plus subscribers will have first access to the multiplayer beta come April 17th.

The beta will be published on April 17th in the PlayStation Plus section of the Store. If you’ve elected for Automatic Downloads as a subscriber, the beta will also be automatically pushed to your PS3 when it’s released! Otherwise, you can download it when you’re ready and hop in the multiplayer action.

It’s important to note that the beta itself starts on the 19th of April. So while you’ll be able to download it on 4/17, the action can’t be accessed until Thursday, 4/19.

If you’re not in on the PlayStation Plus action, click here to snag your subscription, or head to the PlayStation Store to unlock immediate access.

Awesome. I have been waiting on this game for ages. When I got Splinter Cell: Conviction, I was hoping the beta promised with that would come through. Unfortunately, we know what happened.

To bad automatic downloads don’t download anything from the PS store for me just patches. I wish automatic download downloads all free PS+ things among other things

Hoorah! A lot of hiatus had come about in UbiForums over the whole false report on GRFS beta access, however now this report resolves the announcement from the start of the month as true. I hope PS+ and this announcement follows as true as the days pass to its deadline.

Oh and this beta better come to non PS plus subscribers because its not our fault we cant afford 50 buck a year, i know its cheap but theres alot to do in life. I also want to try it out and see if the game is worth buying.

By the way, any questions in regards to Gunsmith and any other subtopics on the closed MP beta, go to UbiForums, for your answer is found there.

Conflict and Saboteur will be two of the 7 or 10 multiplayer modes accesible in the MP beta. Conflict will be available for play immediately, while Saboteur makes its way to access on April 26th, I believe. Pipeline and Mill will be the playable maps on the beta. More info is available on the Ubisoft/Ghost Recon official website.

° Please enable html5 and flash player to the ps vita.
° Youtube Instagram and Skype app for the ps vita.
° Google Chrome web browser to the ps vita.
° Cross chat platform between ps vita and ps3 users.
° Organize the content of the PSN and add a sort list on the download list by year,month,genre.
° Show to the ps3 users when the ps vita users are conected and enable the present data.
° Full integration of the PS Plus features for vita users enable cloud service.
° Improve the Facebook app of the ps vita.
° Release an avatar pack when the game comes out not 3 weeks laters.
° Fix the ps3 browser and make a partnership with google or mozilla to the next gen console. ° More PSN games to the vita and ports of great titles like journey flower nba jam castle crasher magic orbz pacman closure tetris modern combat ect ect.
° Enable to send pictures from the vita to the ps3.

Finally Sony is looking at how Steam is so succesful with it’s digital download market. I posted a forum about a month ago for Sony to allow for games to be downloaded and ready to play when the game goes live. It would of worked perfect for your big ME3 digital download. Sony advertised get ME3 at midnight and no waiting in line at a store except the problem was at midnight you could start DLing the 13GB game. I cant see how that would help ppl to go to the digital game for the same price and you will play it later then hard copy purchasers . I hope this is a new business model for Sony and all future AAA titles have a pre download plan. Eventually working it’s way down to weekly PSN titles that are being released and evn DLC’s not patches though that’s just malarky

Just played this today at PAX East. Must say it was pretty good. Worth $60 at launch. Maybe not. But more time with it will be good for sure.

-Like what? Steam has sales and It’s infinitely more organized than PSN. But feature wise, there’s not much. At least, not much that is console port-able.

-They arent. Vita games are 10% cheaper than their retail counterparts, for example.

-Why would they want to copy online? The point of onlive is to stream games on a computer that cant run those games. The PS3 can run PS3 games, so why would anybody in their right mind want to stream it rather than download it or buy a disc? And payed PSN? Why would anybody in their right mind want that?

i don’t know about anyone else but stuff never auto downloads to my ps3. i can get patches and game save uploads just fine, but nothing from the store

this doesn’t make or break a game, it’s not a demo.
you give the team and devs feedback to help set the tone of the game and if their happen ot be bugs or exploits.

Helllo Sony I would like expres what has me concerened and my other five close friends, and almost all of my playstation network friends own a Vita we are a little angry with you by the way you are working with the Vita, is too slow we still cant download from our Vitas playstation one games(any) and psp, only some, another thing that hanst been released yet are the aplications Skype, whats happening that skype isnt avaible to be downloaded yet, I hope that for this week is avaible and I would like to know why the other new aplications havent been anounced. Please speak with the Mozilla Firefox company so they develop a better browser for the Vita, or if not a Google Chrome, what we couldnt believe and astonished us was that the Vita doesnt have adobe flash player, and in internet you cant do almost anything without adobe flash player, we cant see videos from websites please in the next update add full support Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102.63, and JavaScrippt belive me you will make me feel glad and all my friends.

To all the off-topic morons complaining about the lack of a skype app on the vita, I have a news flash:

Microsoft bought Skype. Therefore, you will NEVER see Skype on vita. Also to the moron requesting that the ps3 web browser be fixed, update it. They fixed most of the problems 2 updates ago.
