  • is the UNCHARTED 2: Among Thieve DLC are free. for all country’s or not my friend look on his country’s web site

  • it’s time to get on a Sega Saturn Collection to release as a DLC.

  • @33 that makes no sense. Just buy physical then. Good grief… talk about manufacturing something to complain about. Digital distribution has flaws like everything. Either accept them, or go physical. Or just stop buying games all together and go away.

@41: lol “I had a Vita once”… it’s a whole 3 months old and you’re talking about it like it’s been out for 4 years. Not Sony’s fault that you bought something without being smart enough to research what games were coming. There’s plenty for me right now, and more coming that I’m interested in. Yay for being a smart consumer.

  • This is pretty much the first good week of PS Store updates for the year.

The PixelJunk games are great, guys. If you haven’t touched them yet, I highly recommend Monsters, Shooter, Shooter 2, and Sidescroller and Eden are okay. But like … $2 for the 3-Pack? Aha haha holy crap, get it.

  • @140: E3… given that these were announced *before* E3, I’d say that it’s safe to assume that PSVita titles will be a large focus at E3. Soul Sacrifice (for PSVita) was revealed not that long ago as well and a new teaser video was released recently.

People need to stop complaining. Games take time to develop. Launches always go this way. Hardware is released, you get your wave of launch titles. Which you always know before hand, so if you buy one knowing these don’t appeal to you, then you’re a fool.

Then you get launch window titles, which are in smaller amounts. Then you get trickles of games, while all the non-launch window titles are being wrapped up. Because, games take TIME.

Look at every launch and it’s the same pattern. So if you bought at launch expecting releases to be like 3 years into a generation, it’s your own fault. So sell your PS Vita and leave.

  • WAT? Datura is for dualshock too!? This whole time I thought it was just for move. UGH I’m so mad now, I woulda bought a PSN card for it :C

  • Overall I think this is a really good update. Datura looks really good, so I may have to pick that up once I have some extra cash, and I am very pleased with the free DLC for Uncharted 2. Gives me a reason to pull out my copy again! I’m a bit disappointed there still isn’t any news about Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock. It’s meant to be out sometime THIS month, right?

  • Please put Bejeweled 3 on Vita.

  • 5 people try to take over the blog to say how good the vita is.50 different people say it is not that great,I think we know who is winning this debate.Looked on the blog to see if I should buy a vita yet .From the sound of it I think I should wait.Wonder haw many people think the same way.

  • @ Morgan Haro Also bring these playstation 2 classics to the playstation store….

    Commandos: Strike Force
    Commandos 2: Men of Courage
    Fatal Frame
    Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly
    Fatal Frame III: The Tormented

  • ThumbsOfSteel74

I will never understand why “a game I already have is on sale for everyone else who may not have it” makes for a lousy update.

    Lawl.

  • When will we be able to clean up the download history. I don’t need old episodes of QORE and what not clogging up my search for the games I care to re-download. We should have an option to delete stuff from the list, or at the very least be able to sort it by media, demo’s, and full games. Please at least consider this….Thanks

  • Light-and-magic

Could you tell whoever works out the store prices that $1 translates to 62p not £3.19. Seriously, don’t do sales in America that you can’t follow through on in Europe.

  • after last week update…this feels like a slap in the face

and we really need some vita support…don’t have us waiting until E3

  • @ Elvick_

then what about PSP content? i think we all understand how launches go. ive been through many, and while i agree that this launch like others are slow, and few. there is no excuse why we are being left out of PSP content. Sony even said it themselves that there would more content to come in the following weeks but nothing has actually been released.

Like i say time and time again if they cant release Vita content (which we all know needs time) then why not give us PSP content? its not like this is the first time they are trying to put it, they been doing it for years, then just stop. and some dont even make any sense like my example with Square. they have most of their games (both new and old) yet for some odd reason wont release Crisis Core, and Kingdom Hearts both highly requested.

All im saying is there is no excuse why we cant at least get something. no vita content, then give us PSP, if they cant with that, Ps1 content, if they cant give us any of that then they should have never promised things they know they couldnt keep, and in my opinion shouldnt be in the handheld company. they did an ok job with Psp there is no reason why they are doing so little for the Vita.

  • Nothing to see here, move along.

  • #212 that was my thoughts too. There is many different ways they could make the situation better that they already have the content and technology to do.But to choose nothing and silence I do not understand.

  • Multi-touch 5-inch organic light emitting display (OLED) as the front display
Multi-touch pad on the rear of the device
    Dual analog sticks
Two digital cameras (front and rear)
Software titles on small, Vita-specific flash memory-based cards
Three motion sensors, gyroscope, accelerometer and electronic compass
    Advanced and fast Wi-Fi connectivity
Free PlayStation Network access, including trophy support and new Vita features “LiveArea” and “Near”
Vita can play PSP titles, minis, PS one classics, video and comics from the PlayStation Store

This is from the description of the device I bought. This is why people are complaining. As soon as it is lawyers complaining, something will happen. This isn’t helping, I know. But the people DO have a valid complaint, which is regularly ignored. Which actually makes it stand out even more.

What we read around the web? Ha! I know what I read, and it’s not what you’re writing. The people are too connected for this to work anymore. Maybe Sony was successful with this plan before, but times have changed too much. Get with it, Sony, bite back the apple or you’ll be the one rotting.

  • hey Morgan.

from what ive read on NIS America’s site, all the dlc from disgaea 4 has been posted. will there be a bundle package to purchase it all at once, like there was in disgaea 3? if so, when can we expect it.

  • I have to retract part of my rant: The PixelJunk Eden Demo is available from the Store. I must’ve been hella blind (same toward my previous typos…). Still, we need a better Download List.

  • …aaand it looks like you guys were aware of the PJE unlock key matter in the first place. Damn, I need to actually read these posts through, to see if my complaints have been addressed at all.

  • @135

There is no code printed on the bottom of the receipt for the one month of ps plus nor is it stated anywhere on the back of the limited edition starhawk game case saying it will be printed on your preorder/purchase receipt. Clearly you do not know what you are talking about as many people are having this problem. I have several friends who purchased this game from gamestop and none of us received a code for the one month of plus or the $10 off coupon for a headset. Please show me where it states on the back of the case saying your trial month of plus is printed on the receipt.

Who are we supposed to get in contact with to get our free month of ps plus?

    • He may be right, it was a case of misinformation with GameStop. We reached out to them to correct the issue, so some may be doing it correctly at this time. For those that didn’t get it, we’re working on a way to reach out to those who didn’t receive it.

  • Is there a way you guys can tell when ps3 full games come to the store in the future? like will crysis 3 be in there when it comes out? Cause it would help me plan out what im gonna buy a little better. Thanks

  • BiezulbubBill69

What a horrible horrible store update. WE DON’T WANT DLC FOR THE VITA WE WANT ACTUAL GAMES/APPS!!!!!!!!!!! CMON SONY get your act together!!

  • XBOX and Steam received a sweet sale on LA Noire DLC, Any idea when this discount/sale will hit the PSN?

  • Datura was amazing. That is all.

  • @Luvs2spamU: Sorry if you misunderstood my post. I was saying that the case tells you that the Starhawk goodies are inside the case. I didn’t mean the Plus code was mentioned on the case. Also now that I remember some Gamestops still don’t print stuff on their receipts but give out scratch cards still. So maybe your GS was suppose to give you a card. You could always call or go back to the GS you purchased the game from and ask about it.

  • I am inclined to add a new request to my list:

    Starhawk avatars

    Twisted Metal avatars (please)
TM DLC (if at all possible)
    a TM DLC petition:
    http://www.groubal.com/twisted-metal-dlc-from-eat-sleep-play-and-sony/#signatures

Last night a PSN friend and I tried to get a Twisted Metal game going together. We could not join each other’s rooms and I tried to join 6 other rooms and couldn’t. I believe he tried to get into 2 or 3 different rooms without success. Finally on my 7th or 8th try we were able to get into a room together. This is unacceptable for a game that has been out nearly 3 months with the numbers dwindling every day, a large chunk of the reason because of TM’s online issues. Also my PS3 tends to run slowly and glitchy whenever I put the new TM in, like trying to flip through the XMB is very slow, very tedious. Please correct this. Twisted Metal is a VERY enjoyable game, among the PS3’s best games, when it runs right.

  • Anyone else getting a corrupt PixelJunk Shooter 2 download?

  • PixelJunk SideScroller is corrupt as well. Why am I the only one that this is happening to?

  • Hey Morgan, any news on Max Payne 2? Or BLACK? Please don’t come up with these childish junks… There are millions of PS1 and PS2 fans (fan of the games released for those consoles), the more old/classic games you upload, the sells you will get… Don’t come up with these non-saga and infamous piece of……. PLS reply.

  • I’ve gt a question thats i don’t think yall can give me a straight up answer because its just ridiculous.
Why is saints row 3 $60 in the ps store? I mean its just crazy, i can go to gamestop n get it for like $30.

  • I’m not sure if Sony reads 5 pages deep, but I thought I’d make a couple comments anyway with the hopes that someone considers it:

    1) As it stands now, there’s no reason to buy a digital copy when I can buy a physical copy for the same or less money that uses up no HDD space instead. You need to provide some incentive and we all know you’re making more money off digital. I realize this will piss off retailers, but they’re a dying business model, and realistically, what are they going to do about it anyway? Stop selling PS3 games? Yeah right!

    2) As others have said, the lack of Vita updates is becoming a major issue. It’s not just Vita owners who are noticing: I know at least two people who had planned to get a Vita, but are now second guessing the idea and holding off. I bought my Vita at launch (pre-ordered) and I’m happy with the hardware, but annoyed at the lack of pretty much anything from Sony around it. This is rapidly going the way of the PSP. If I get burned on this, you can bet I’ll remember in the future. During this poor economy, you should be really supporting Vita owners who took a chance and spent their hard-earned money on this device. People simply do not have money to waste these days!

  • @239 they read it ,. they employees working to read these blogs.. Only grip i have withthe ps vita is you cnat directly dl games to it like mini and psp/ps2 ports.. If they get that ironed out things will be alot smoother.

Alot of them do work on vita but you need a ps3 to do so. I understand alot dont have a ps3 so ,, To me thats where the biggest bridge need to fixed..it has nothing to wotht he games coming out ..its the games already out.. While they can play they need to be directly dl to vita upon purchase ..I could understand a previous purchase on ps3 console and u transfer it , that make sence but a new buy does nt.

Youtube and alot things(apps) are bought out by Ms.. So this why we dont have it..

    mcbuttz78
    vp-psn legioniaree group

  • @228 they give you the pre order codes in your receot upon purchase.. thaey wont send it to your emial it on small reciept when you buy it.. the email code sending part is a lie they tell gamers.. Now some devs to send you code to your email. but alot preorders codes are on the reciept you buy

  • i am thinking of getting a 50 dollar plus card and buy saint row the third with getting discount and just wondering if i still get to play game when the plus member is over ?

  • @drakenbutch: Anything you have to actually still spend money on even with the Plus discount is yours to keep for ever. The only items you would lose are the free games they give you.

  • Will the PlayStation Store ever be available through other means than just the platforms? Because I would like to purchase some things that are on sale, but I have no access to my PS3.

  • @DazeOfWar, ty for reply back idk for sur i dont really think no one on my friend list know and i never buy plus card before i just want to get saint row the third cheap since im having bit problem saving up to get two network card

  • This device is suppose to phase out the PSP, and is to be backwards compatible with the PSP digital library. Many of us who had traded in our PSP’s for this very expensive device already bought great games from the Playstation store for the PSP because we were told that the PSP, & Minis library would be available at launch. The problem is that not EVERY game was available and some of us feel cheated. The unit cost $249 for the WIFI but since a memory card is needed the cost was actually around $300 to $350 depending on if you bought the 16 bit or 32 bit card. Throw in a game and accessories, you’re looking at about $400 to $450. Don’t get me wrong, the VITA is an amazing device. I love mine, but not all the games I bought for my PSP work on the VITA and I’m one of those people who don’t have a lot of pocket money to be buying games all the time. I have a great idea. Open up every game in the Mini’s and PSP library for the VITA and make it compatable to the PSONE library. Give us more of a variety, let us feel that we didn’t buy those older games just to loose money, (especially in today’s economy) and support the damn thing with better games in the future.

  • I DONT GET WHY PEOPLE BUY A VITA TO PLAY PS1 GAMES AND PSP GAMES YOU BUY A VITA TO PLAY VITA GAMES

  • What are the odds of Megaman Powered Up or Sonic Shuffle going on psn, and ever possibly on Vita?
