I’m a little disappointed that the games given the Ultimate Edition bundles didn’t have their DLC bundled separately at a discounted price, for those of us that already own the core game.

Why is it DLC in general never has sales or permanent price drops to entice more purchases?

Hello,

Can we please put a rush on the PS3 Headset. The volume is so low on single player. Then in MP I can barely hear the game, and people talking in my ears is the only thing that is loud. Some of us bought them for SP, so we don’t bother the family. I don’t want to hear them talking either. The whole open mic is bad. Even when you turn off the mic, the volume is still low. I paid a 100 bucks for ear warmers. I know they are trying to fix it. But it isn’t hard to copy and paste the old working code and delete that new bad code.

Cross-play games should also get released at the same time, looking at you Doctor Who. What is the point of a vita version when most will have played enough on the PS3? I for one don’t and won’t buy it again.

I will agree with the comment regarding all identical PS3/Vita games being better if bought once, playable on both. It does create a cohesive environment, as all PlayStation products should. Ideally, all products should run the same on both, like videos, identical games, minis, PSOne games.

Let’s get better use of the ratings system! An example would be tanks. If I rate Table Top Tanks highly, I should be given a recommended list containing the Normal Tanks mini, the Battle Tanks PSN game, and even the tank vehicle in MotorStorm RC. The current suggested list on the right of the PS3 PSN Store should act like this.

I preordered Resistance burning skies from Best Buy. I received the preorder code but it only included the MP booster. It did not include the 3 Avatars and the Lock screen for the Vita. What is going on here? Can anyone shed some light on this?!

That’s unfortunate that Pure Chess isn’t a 2 for the price of one deal.
I was planning to buy it so that my girlfriend could play against me on the ps3 while I played on the Vita.
But I’m not paying for the same game twice, So I guess I’ll have to wait for some other cross-play games to launch.

Ok, I just finished the Gravity Rush demo…and OMG its super fun!!!

BY FAR the coolest game i’ve played on Vita…the enviroment and overall feeling to this game is amazing, the graphic style mixed with the comic book type cut scenes, the gravity powers, the cute Anime’ish main character…AND it appears to even be freeroam Or freeroamISH in nature

Also, did i see RPG aspects and a costomizable apartment in the outro video in the demo? I hope so :3

I couldnt be more excited to get this game at this point.

Cool update.

Can you please have more Game Video releases on the Vita? I am able to transfer some game videos from my PS3 to my Vita but it would be so much easier to download via the Vita. I can’t see how this would be a problem.

Also, can you please start releasing game videos when they come out. I’m still waiting for the Last of Us trailer that’s out and Dishonored only JUST released this week.

Whats your definition on “crybabies”? because this blog post alone i dont see anything to that definition. Please tell me you know the definition of Constructive Criticism and “cry babying”. The only thing i see are people talking about the Rayman bait-n-switch and for good reason since nowhere was their an apology for the increase. Had they said something beforehand i dont think people would be talking about it.

All in all it seems to me that both of you (mainly Gears since dallas didnt stated which people were crybabies and gears mainly complaining about Vita owners) that every update is the greatest update that Sony can offer. Tell me one person here to expected all updates to have a Vita content? None because all of us (i would hope) knows we cant have that, but that doesnt exclude the fact we should be left with nothing. Granted ill exclude this update because at least for me i havent played the demo for GR. But for the past couple updates they could have easily put up some well known Psp titles, or at least give us an update on if/when Ps1 support will come.

@171 not every update is the greatest that isn’t going to happen but some people have the high expectations that every update has to everything that pleases them or they complain about it some people have to have some patience that isn’t too much to ask. I think they made a mistake with Rayman Origins with the price but, people screw up and make bad decisions and maybe it wasn’t all Sony on why the price stayed that way perhaps the publisher of the game had something to say about that.

I do like the ultimate editions of the games especially since I have PS+ I got the Red Dead and LA Noire complete editions late last year when they had another sale on them. I am thinking of getting Mafia 2 wanted to get a chance to get more trophies and to finish two of the add on stories and Just Cause 2 I have thought of buying that game in the past especially now at that price.

On the Playstation Store, all of these “Ultimate Bundle” games have the total harddrive space required listed, except for the inFamous 2 offer.

My question is how large of a file size is this ultimate infamous 2 bundle?

One thing the blog should do is detail the new psp games that have emerged on the vita store. No mention at all about the locoroco games being up or others. And sony seriously needs to fix their pricing on some of these games. Locoroco is $23 but Locoroco2 is only $8. What’s up with that?

@174 Infamous 2 regular edition on the store is 14.1 gig of space and the add ons for it couldn’t add much more space so I would think under 14.5 gig of space

Finally. So happy I can play Floating Cloud God Saves the Pilgrims and Velocity on my Vita. I just checked and they can be transferred from my PS3 to Vita. Playing it now.

So thank you for the fix on those. Still waiting on plenty of other fixes but these don’t go unnoticed so, thank you.

Thank you so much for adding LocoRoco to the store! It’s one of my all time favorite PSP games and not being able to download it on my Vita was torture. Never got a chance to play LocoRoco 2 so I got it as well :)
Could you please ask why Megaman powered up never made it to the US store? Capcom says it’s Sony’s fault but I would like your side of the story.

Again who said that in this blog post? While ill agree it seems to me like people dont essentially want every update to please them (or else how would they buy all the game) its the fact that probably they have been waiting. I know i have with some Psp titles that Sony doesnt even want to acknowledge. Since you dont know everyone in this post how do you know they havent been waiting (moreso on psn/psp content not Vita) on something.

And again if they knew beforehand that they knew they couldnt give out a game they were going to put on sale wouldnt it have been smart to at least tell people. Especially on this post, but nope not even a little sorry.

All im saying is that people like you seem to think Sony can do no wrong. Of course there isnt going to be people happy with all update, but they could at least try. I know coming from an owner for the Vita, we should at least during this time of new game drought Sony could be taking this advantage to bring out Psp titles. Just saying people know they cant release Vita content so why not do the next best thing and give us an alternative?

Am I the only one having problems getting into an online game on Burning Skies. Every time I try to get in a game says I can’t connect to the room. I’m not having this problem with any other game with online play on my Vita. Sad to say I bought this game for online play and haven’t been able to get in a room. Please Sony Fix this!!!!!! or let me know if this is a server problem. Should have an option to host a game instead of that matchmaking crap

One last thing Sony. We pay good money for Plus. Why no deals like this for Plus? This is what people want, what I want. I don’t care about PS1, or minis, or games no one wants so they end up as Plus specials. It’s gotten better this past year or so but we want things like Ultimate Deals for Plus as well.

Is there something wrong with the Gravity Rush and Resistance Demos on the store?? Ive downloaded both of them at least 3 times on the Vita itself and once on the PS3 and tried to transfer them over, but EVERY time, i get they get to about 70% install progress and it gives me the error “E-80103a3f”. I tried right when the store was updated and then just again now to see if it was a store problem, but they still wont install. It sucks because thats like at least a wasted 15 Gigs i used to download both of them. Thanks

@186 i heard that during e3 they are gonna talk about how to make it better….like FULL retail games for plus members. so far im very happy. i get more than my moneys worth :)
