Grace seemingly does nothing but copy-paste the update on Tuesdays. She refused for years to even respond to consumer questions on this blog so you had to hire Morgan to do that part of her job and he really isn’t all that useful either. He does take time to actually respond sometimes but his responses tend to be either factually wrong or useless fluff.

The team over on the SCEE Blog is THE standard and Grace and Morgan could stand to follow that blog and learn by example.

This month alone you all failed to correctly report the proper PS+ price for Rayman: Origins, screwed up on the digital download price of Resistance: Burning Skies on the PSN and haven’t even published the June PS+ preview yet (which Morgan promised would be posted on the Blog by May 30th).

Seriously, make these people get their act together or hire people who are capable of doing the job correctly. People in the real world lose their jobs for continual performance issues like this. Why are we consumers forced to put up with this on a weekly basis? Sorry for being so negative but you all need a serious wake up call!!
