hey. Lately ive been encountering some problems with my ps3 and ive only had it for about 3 months. Whenever i play gta assassisn creed brotherhood or infamous i encounter frame rate drops and laggy game play. Especially in assassins creed brotherhood when im running around. does any one know if this can be fixed.

@anarchynow7 It’s probably due to low free HDD space. (Look under System Settings>System Information) I would delete large files (particularly game installs, unless they were downloaded of course).
The part 1 of the E3 conferences ends too soon as the reveal of Big Daddy and Drake aren’t shown in Part 1 or 2. I hope tomorrow brings a lot more trailers.

I hope they give us a multiplayer GOW:ASCENSION demo. Because it would make sense to get feedback on things a long time before 2013.
“60 games for PS Vita” That doesn’t says they are new or they’re just add some game to the previous collection making it a 60 in total by the end of year one of the PS Vita not the 2012 year.
Not really anything here besides TLoU gameplay… I don’t know about anyone else, but it really just seems that they’re showcasing things we’ve already heard about…
Was I wrong to expect actual new announcements at E3? The only thing I’d consider a new announcement was AC3:Liberations, but that was leaked before E3 even started, so it lost its thunder… hoping this either gets updated throughout the day, or there’s something worthwhile tomorrow, otherwise, this was mostly a bust, I hate to say…

Great Trailer list, A little weak on the demos/ games. I hope the last day of the show give us some better demos, PS1 or PS2 classic, or a least one or two add-ons. Some of the surprise from years past on the last day was was Final Fantasy VII, Extra missions Castlevania Lords of Shadows, trailers for Street Fighter x Tekken, trailers for Tekken 6, and the DLC add-on for Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition with the extra costumes available. Keeping my fingers crossed to be wow’ed when I get get home from E3 tomorrow evening!!

I want an Assassin Creed 3 Liberation trailer for my Vita. Few other Vita trailers would be nice to. Is it really that hard for sony to convert a simple trailer? I mean we got totally unrelated stuff like God Of War Ascension trailer. Little Big Planet Karting. Which are both PS3 Trailers. But why not Vita Trailers?
Cool that we got another demo. I finished downloalding 8 of the 12 during last night. Turned off my system and let the Auto update install them.
@20, I just went to youtube and then downloaded the videos myself in MP4 format. Then just put them on my Vita. Took a total of 5 mins.
It is pretty said that the Vita really didn’t get no love at E3, infamous, Killzone, or anything cool (besides Assassins Creed – not a big fan of being a girl).
Last of Us looks great!
Hopefully we’ll hear a 2013 release date soon.
@6, Anarchy, I played both those games a long time ago, & I don’t remember any frame rate problems on them or any game other than Skyrim. So try@ 8’s suggestion. Also, you can try what they suggest for Skyrim, which is to do some sort of database repair that Sony posts somewhere. Hopefully somebody who knows what the h*ll I’m trying to say will fill in the blanks.
I need to buy a 500 gig harddrive for my ps3 ASAP all these ps+ deals are insane .

Its been a while since playing GTA, although i can remember very minor frame rate stutters. AC: Brotherhood did it but only after not turning the game off or the PS3 system. Infamous I do not recall issues and i played the crap out of it.
In any case, what #23 is saying is there is an option called PS3 Safe Mode, perform options 3 & 4 which is File System Restore and Database Rebuild. ;) good luck

but you know that Tech demo featuring a new graphics engine from Square Enix for Final Fantasy? Could it be possible to put that up in glorious HD? I’d love to see that on my HDTV instead of my non HD laptop.

Don’t do that to us Sony I mean I saw that blog title saying playstation store update 6-6 and I was like OMG more free stuff and stuff to buy and was like woooooo and then clicked to read and its just trailers and boring football demo’s. I hate football always have lol. I’m more a Nascar/ auto racer fan. But anyways, yeah please bring a demo to the my most wanted game and probably will go against my digital only purchases and get it on disc when it releases and that’s THE LAST OF US. Please put that E3 demo on psn for us to play OVER AND OVER till I die from no sleep for 2 weeks straight lol. I mean that game is going to keep me up MANY MANY NIGHTS it looks awesome.

@ sasuke-uchiha800, um I was wondering the same thing but a lot of people brought it to my attention that the free year of plus was only for all the people tha attended the E3 conference in person monday. Sorry man the rest of us will mis out on that offer. I still think the plus members that watched from home should get 6 months free that are current plus members and then for those of you without plus in effect as of now should get a 3 month free of plus but oh well. It will never happen but it should.
@21, at least the main character is female. ;) I’m very curious how a violent series like AC will play out through a female POV.
I’m not mad though that I didn’t get any free plus added to my main account cause I’m good till the end of Sept so I’m all good lol.
I just bought another year of plus and in the services list it says next renewal 6/12/2013 but all my games say they expire in 5 days whats going on here ?

@ saab01… It does that and they are still AS THEY SAY working on fixing that but all you have to do is start up the game and it will reset those days to the current length of time well at least it did for me.

Games for playing? I like videos, but I’m very well satisfied of them. Where are the Vita games, too? News about Prey 2, FFXIV, The Last Guardian and other are simply forgotten in this E3. Game public are not so naive like old days…
What ever happen to final fantasy 10 they announce that at last years e3 said was going to be in the store but it hasn’t been on there yet did they decide not to put it on or is it taking longer then expected.

Damn, all Plus members just got 12 free full PS3 games, and every other comment is a complaint or gripe. Seriously grow up people, and BTW, the free year of plus was for the people in attendance morons. $295 worth of games for free with the promise to bring more in the coming months, how are you not satisfied with that? Would I liked to have seen The Last Guardian? Yes. Maybe a PS4 announcement? Yes. Demos of every single game announced? Yes. But I’m not a complete idiot, I know that expecting every little thing that I like to come true is unrealistic. Just look at some these comments, everyone is asking for something different, how the hell do you expect Sony to give everyone in the world or US everything they want?

People like you make it impossible to defend gamers and the gaming industry in a whole, to people like Roger Ebert, who think that gaming is for children and whining adult nerds who live in their parents basement. We are the most cynical, ungrateful group of people in the world. All it does is make us all look like fools and losers to those who can’t grasp why we love games. @45 Sony does not decide if a game can be demoed unless it’s a sony owned studio or IP. Sony does not make every game you saw a trailer for.
How about sony stop doing updates 2 times a week, and this week 2 days in a row, c’mon sony, ever since the blackout you guys have been doing so much maintance that ps3 should be the ultimate computer by now, STOP ALL THESE FRICKIN UPDATES AND LET US PLAY< ONCE A WEEK WAS GOOD< NOW THIS WEEK ITS # TIMES SINCE IT WILL BE CLOSED AGIAN TOMORROW< YOU GUYS TOTALLY SUCK BALLS.
and sony giving all this crap to plus members is getting shody, like i really need to spend money to play a demo on plus, screw that. let alone continue to demand more free stuff like most greedy people do, i just want to play games and be on home but latley its just a white creen saying ” Sorry for the inconvienenc but home is down for maintance, Stupid sony, That is really stupid of you people to do that to your customers.
