I mostly read this to find out if DOOM 1+2 have online multiplayer. Since all I read was 4 player split screen I’m not getting my hopes up (split screen is cool thought). DOOM 3 was horrible. Hopefully the originals will be released on PSN separately.

@Alex_Yagami yes it will. It contains Doom 1, 2, 3, ROE. It’ll have trophy support.

@John-Shooter No, they’re not. Look at The Sly Collection, God of War Collection. Are they too late? Doom 3 was released for Xbox & PC, but is being remastered in HD for 360 & PS3. Also they’re fixing the game issues that many complained about. As for GTA IV, those DLCs are available to all..

im afraid you guys are what 7 years too late w/ this..if you guys had released 3 earlier on say the ps2 or even the ps3 back in 06 or 07 you might actually have had me buy this but now its just too late..

and the release time is even worse because it comes out along side way too many other great games that are actually worth purchasing..

i hope they realize that they shoot themselves in the foot when they make stupid exclusive deals for games/dlc..

look what happened w/ GTA IV..

This is EPIC! If you don’t know what BFG means you are not a real Doom fan. I remember playing original Doom when I was a kid. Unforgettable experience for me. hehe
Will this include Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil? Will all the games in this edition have trophies or just Doom 3?

@ The Dukenator Yes the PS1 version of Doom was a custom version made for that console. That one h levels from Doom 2, and levels from Final Doom, Doom 2 Master Levels, and some exclusive not found in the PC version. Also I believe the PS1 version had different music. Look up Doom Playstation on Youtube and you’ll see the difference. I believe John Carmack (the creator of Doom) said the Playstation version of that game was the best version of Doom yet according to the back cover of the PS1 Doom box. If you don’t believe me, look up the boxart on gamefaq website.

@Velloid Doom 1 was on PS1, but it was heavily modified from the PC version.

@fourfour44 That might happen as Doom 1 & 2 were both released individually on Xbox Live.

@mikedo2007 Not sure.

All the Doom games in the Doom 3 BFG Edition may have trophies.
