Greetings Sackfolk! The LittleBigPlanet community is about to get another very special treat! In case the opportunity to participate in the LittleBigPlanet Beta on PS Vita wasn’t amazing enough, many of you will soon have the chance to participate in the LittleBigPlanet Karting Beta on PS3!
The goal of the Beta is to get feedback on the overall experience from Sackfolk who understand it like few others – you!
There will be a lot more information to follow, so keep an eye on the PlayStation.Blog for details on how to register. For now, though, dust off your driving gloves and prepare to experience the most competitive LittleBigPlanet yet!
I hope I get in, it would be my first time in a beta, so excited!, if not LBP karting is one of my most awaited games of the year, but there are two small questions I have of this game: A) Can we play with online players in the user generated tracks?, may sound silly, but I never played modnation racers, so I don’t know, and B) Can we use the LBP1 and 2 DLC on this one?

I’m a Die-Hard LBP fan! I just signed up today! I’m REALLY REALLY hopeful that i get the beta. I’m TOTALLY going to buy it after the beta ends! Wish me luck!

registered for the Beta …. while I have not played Modnation I have played Mario Kart GBA, DS, Wii, & 3DS …. not sure if that counts, but the form didn’t allow me to mention that …. I’m worried that although I have played all 3 LBPs I didn’t yet create any levels …. hope that doesn’t mean I will not get a chance at the Beta … *crosses fingers* I also have a son who would love to give this new LBP Kart a try …. please Sony…. we missed out on the LBP Vita Beta .
Nice, I signed up for this earlier today. I remember the ModNation Racers beta, I was so glad that GameSpot gave out codes to members lucky enough to grab a code. There was quite a bunch of creations, and most of the create items weren’t even available. It’d be nice to get in this beta too.
So is the beta live right now, or just the sign-ups?

I signed up, I wish I could give more detail on the form to show how much I love MNR. I have played LBP 1 and 2, but never shared a level. I had 5 hot lap tracks on MNR, and almost 450 xp from tracks alone (and counting lol). Sadly though, it’s easy enough for anyone to tick all of the boxes, even if they don’t fit the requirements. I hope the people who are doing this will have some form of random account checking, if it is possible.
I really do hope I get chosen, this should be a lot of fun!

Do you have to have anything particular as far as any DLC or
something like an Mm Picked level?

I love anything LBP I have always played and loved them and I love karting games so this is perfect :)! I already was going to buy it and the beta will allow me to make it better sweet!

So I got to the enrollment form, and it’s telling me in order to register I got to complete a survey below. The problem is that I don’t see a survey anywhere. Am I screwed?
Just wonderful it’s another sack boy game where would PlayStation be without sack boy? wait don’t answer that I gotta have my sack boy he’s so creative. I can’t wait to start making my own races and trying to win against others this will be very interesting. I’ve done this several times in lbp and lbp 2 I wonder what changes we will see in lbp karting. Lbp lives on and on and on forever and it will never end and I’m still wondering what is next? LBP is the reason why everyone should own a ps3 so if you don’t have one go buy one because this is awesome!!!!!

Everyone, the people for this public Beta will be chosen at random, as there was already a private Beta I heard about 4 months ago. Now if my facts are correct, the Beta will be open to everyone 2 weeks after it’s opened. But for those 2 weeks, only the people randomly chosen will be given access.
By the way, has anyone who’s signed up received an acceptance email yet?
I LOVE the Little Big Planet series, and is one of the many reasons why i want to get the vita and how i got my ps3. I don’t want to miss out! LBPK is going to be epic, you can definitely sign me up.

i am a huge LBP fan and i had always wanted the LBP2 Beta but i never got it, so i am hoping that i get the beta, so put me on the list, please.
Oh I hope I get it I haven’t Beta tested anything and I would like to get started and I have a playstation move which will enhance my game experience.
I would extremely LOVE to get a code and get into the beta,already signed up etc..I never got a chance to get LBP2 beta before the full game came out but when it did till now i spent countless of hours making lvls,playing others levels,having fun with my friends and if LBP karting manages to be as good or even better i’d still really love to try it out and send back some feedback ;)

This is going to be amazing!! im a huge fan of the littlebigplanet series and karting games such as modnation racers. My hope are high that this game get more than 3 stars on g4 tv. thank y so we may enjoy you for creating this network so that we may enjoy the next generation in video games. Hello. I can’t wait for this beta! I got the LBP2 PLATINUM TROPHY just for this reason! I would really like to get picked for this beta because i love being part of the LBP Community.When my friend told me about this beta, i was like “OH ITS OUT! YES!! IVE BEEN WAITING FOREVER TO HEAR THIS NEWS!” Even though i signed up for it on the 7th of July. My LBP friend,TheInsaneJames, told me about it on the 7th. So yeah, i was late signing up for it. But i love LBP so much i spent hours getting trophies and unlocking pins. I even asked my mom if i could play LBP2 on Christmas if i could play so i could get “Play On Christmas Day Pin”. So, i would really like to get invited to play the beta, and if i don’t,i understand.But i’ve made a lot of cool levels on LBP1 that got over 90 plays the first week.But i deleted them because i got LBP2 and i wanted to start fresh. AND I DO NOT H4H,L4L,etc. So i though i just wanted to tell you guys thanks for giving us this game! I hope you guys let me take part in this amazing event, if i don’t get invited,i understand. With out a doubt, I can’t wait to put this next to my Little Big Planet and Little Big Planet 2. These games are so much fun! Super excited!! ^_^
I never got in any of the betas but I love creating very complex things in LittleBIGPlanet. I really want to get the beta soon so I can get a chance to get fully use to the tools and create just as much complex tracks and karts as I did in Modnation Racers and LittleBIGPlanet and LittleBIGPlanet 2. Although not many people will see it as I’m an undiscovered creator, ironically lots of people recognize my work and are waiting for my big free roaming game (Level) project, which I’d need a ps vita with it’s level remembering system in LBP Vita. Sorry if this alot to read but I’m just excited. I would’ve won the one tribute contest with my Back To The Future level but after one of the other recent updates most of my painted and capture stickers were corrupted and wont show up any more, which also ruined some of my big projects. :_(
I’ll will add this to my collection as well, next to, LBP, LBP 2: Collector’s Ed. ( 2 ), LBP 2: Special Ed. , MNR, MNR- PSP, and LBP Vita ( when I get it ).
