Listen up people I give this persons comment praise because it stand for key things needed to be civilized on the internet. The biggest thing is communication… (duh). You are reading text, your can’t see faces or read body language. Yeah we got CAPS and smileys :) but those can only go so far. Being as clear as possible can be a pain to type out but it’s the only way you can assure you aren’t misunderstood. Which is where %90 of “flame wars” start.

I hope people read this and @venneer’s, (post 31), post.

That was one of the most smartest replies I’ve ever read on any blog, forum, message board or anything with a comment section.

Brilliant, I strive to talk to people like you and to use conversation skills on the internet that is clear and easy to understand. Even if your not native to this language most Americans will understand you but like every language even native speakers can sometimes get lost if people jumble words too much.

Your comment stand completely what I look for on the internet and try to recreate. Worth while conversations. It’s not about being right all the time as most of everything is opinion but it’s more about understanding each others views.

There is really nothing worst than a person wasting your time, being ignorant and refuse to even read your comment the way it’s written. This is why you said “I’m going to take the time to answer you, I hope you take the time to read. Like, really.” It really would be a waste for him to not have read that and from the continuing negativity he didn’t.

anyone know how too take a story off the forums? i posted a story on there about about how playstation helped me, i feel so ticked about telling half my life, i don’t want it on there so the people on playstation can look at it and say that it’s the trashyest story on the forums when everything in it was true….. please help!

im beginning to think they don’t care too read people’s storys, they just pick the person with the best grammer, some people put there heart in a post, then they just peek at it and say they don’t spell good enough for us let’s move too the next magit, “evil laugh” im feelin lucky guy’S let’s pick this person they spell pretty good “grin’s” ding! ding! ding! we have a winner! moving on, i thought he didn’t try very hard, but that’s just me

Also, can’t wait for the CS story winner, I wonder if it’ll be on par with those British kids that always cussed me out over XBL when I would play CoD on my friends Xbox. Those kids are funny. :P

I’m a bit upset…. I was hoping to read a good story by a huge MGS fan like myself, but this was mediocre and boring… I’m surprised that this story won compared to past stories that were actually interesting instead of a simple “Couldn’t figure it out so I never played the game past that part, then MGS4 came and it’s graphics were awesome, so I went back and played the games.”

Meh… Oh well, like others have said a win is a win. Good job, even if your story wasn’t that interesting. I’d hate to read your competition… :\
