  • Where is the free World Peace Day costume for LBP2? I don’t see it on the store.

  • Great update, but I’m a little suprise that BIOSHOCK is $20.00 and the BIOSHOCK DLC is still $10.00 for a very very old game. Why not have BIOSHOCK + DLC for $20.00?

  • I just have a very easy question, if there is going to be a FIFA 13 digital version for the ps store?

  • are there going to be a FIFA 13 downloadable version?

  • Still would like to see some more PSOne Classics added to the list. I’ve bought so many of those the choices are getting kind of slim. Just a suggestion.

  • Why do VITA games get a discout for buying digital versions and PS3 games get FULL price for OLD games MW3 for $60. This is a sick joke it’s a year old. U guys need better pricing on PSN oh well your loss.

  • Great Update. Off topic question, are you guys going to streams SONY TGS 2012? Thanks.

  • I sincerely apologize that I’m going off-topic, but I promise this is the only time it’ll happen. I had to do say it right here because I don’t know where I can make the SCEA guys hear this.

I’m a big fan of beat ’em up games and I’m getting more and more excited for Double Dragon Neon because it’s release date is near. But it also reminded me of something in terms of Beat ’em up games.

Why is it the other competitor keeps getting more and more exclusive beat ’em up every time? It happens not once, or twice but 5 times already.

First, it was the original Double Dragon (Arcade), original TMNT (Arcade) and now it’s Guardian Heroes, Street of Rage Collection and Golden Axe Collection.

I just want the SCEA guys to know that Playstation has a large beat ’em up fanbase as well, and I hope that the SCEA guys don’t treat that game genre lightly at all.

  • On what planet does Modern Warfare 3 selling for $59.99 digitally make sense? Don’t you want money from us?

Also if anyone is listening, all I want is the Spec-Ops portion – for $10. Yes I know, the world on a plate too. But if you are serious about combating piracy, this is the way. AND movies for $1. That way piratebay would be less attractive.

  • To anyone b*tching and moaning about the lack of PS1 games for Vita: almost every PS1 game (there are some notable exceptions) can be transferred directly from your PS3 to the Vita. They’re giving you what you want, so just shut it already.

  • @155 NOT EVERYONE HAS A F#@#$ PS3! THEY HAVEN’T GIVEN US HARDLY ANYTHING!!!

  • @ agentbystry: I got you on that. They should all be available by now. I was only pointing out that there was one reply. Which isn’t enough. Do you not have a PS3?

  • @ agentbystry: Nevermind I just saw your reply to #155.

  • No. I don’t have a PS3.

  • @156 I doubt it’s really THAT hard to find a friend with a PS3 who would be willing to let you get games to your Vita through it. Either way, they’re STILL giving it to you. It’s not like it can just happen overnight. They’ve gotta set up very specific emulators which can be tougher to set up than you might think and as a result is extremely time consuming.

  • Ya if I didn’t have one I’d be madder than I am. I still have some games I can’t transfer yet which is annoying.

  • @160 That’ll never work considering Sony has put a limit to 2 consoles you can download games to from PSN. I had allll my psone classics on my PSP so I can’t download them to a random PS3 and then to the Vita. It’s all just ridiculous. This should have been taken care of long ago.

  • @162 you do know that’s 2 PSPs AND 2 PS3’s, right? That’s ALSO only for games you purchased after November/December 2011. So if you haven’t ever gotten them on a PS3 before you still can with absolutely no problems.

  • @TerraAshura: Dood they’ve had longer than 6 months to get it working. Why is it that Japan and EU both have way more games available than the US does? To me that sounds like they don’t really care as much about us than everyone else. You could also look at how weak the US PS+ has been compared to EU.

  • what about Dead Space 2 for playstation plus?

  • @164 I dunno bout you but I’ve been more than satisfied with PS+. I paid $50 for a year and have hundreds of dollars in both games and money saved from discounts for games that I played a lot and am still playing a lot. You can’t please everyone, sure, but I’m happy with what I’ve got.

  • @161 downloading ur games ona friends ps3 is the same as game sharing. If i goto a friend and download my ps1 games on his system whats stoping him from playing my games. Thisis something sony dont want us to do.And like most ppl has said not everyone has a ps3. They need to make it so us vita users could download these games without a ps3.

  • Month after month the psn+ is only disappointment. Demo of zen pinball? Really? facepalm sony.

  • @167 who said you ever had to let them play it? You download it, transfer it to your Vita, and delete it. If you want to be totally sure they can’t ever play it, you do the smart thing and deactivate your account from their PS3. Not everyone has a PS3, sure, but as the main point I made was most people are bound to have one friend who does. As for not putting everything on, it’s still a long process either way. If it were really THAT easy, we wouldn’t just have a lot more games available for Vita, we’d have a lot more games available on the PSN as well.

  • @Kristine Steimer, or anyone else who may read this

4 weeks and I’m still waiting for my Super Stardust HD Impact DLC code. How hard is it for someone to admit they made a mistake and send me a code? (I’m not the only person missing it by the way.) After numerous comments and an unanswered e-mail to customer service, it’s clear to me now that you guys just don’t care at all. I’ve reached the point now where I stop spending money on the PS store, unless you guys fix this. Congratulations.

    • We’re actively looking at expediting this asap.

    • Hey, so I’ve been looking into this (as Morgan mentioned below) and try this: Go to Account Mgmt –> Transaction mgmt — > Download history and see if the Impact DLC shows up. I also purchased the Super Stardust bundle during that week when it wasn’t properly bundled, but the Impact DLC is in my download history now.

  • Ugh, I wish we could have gotten Europe’s Free Game of the Month, Red Dead Redemption. I would take that game over Borderlands (a game I, personally, absolutely hate in every single possible way). This update is bit of a disappointment for me.

  • @169 that is not the point you sony hugger….the point is they should just make all psone games like in eu and jpan downloadable straight to the vita from the vita store…..stop with your friend with ps3 thingy its annoying….we know those who doesn’t have ps3 can do that…but we want it directly on our vita without a ps3…if that was the case sony should have just told people at the first place on vita’s unveiling to buy a ps3 before buying one to use it fully….the vita is a stand alone handheld using a ps3 should be optional….get my drift so please stop with your nonsense

  • Is NFL Sunday Ticket, $299 up front or can you pay monthly?

  • wow one of my post is awaiting moderation. >>>

I think its funny, week after week we get shafted. While other regions get everything we want and even get their questions answered. Questions being asked over and over, week after week and no one ever answers. Gta 3, More ps1 games for vita, not everyone has a ps3. And whats the deal with this SO called FREE zenpinball, its a freaking demo that lets you play a demo table…Woopie! Where is canadas youtube app? Or the laugh factory app for canada.
Dont you ppl care about what we think, cause it doesnt feel like u do. Like most of the ppl who post I am sick to my stomic not getting reply back about the questions we have. WE PAY ur bills, us psn users are the reason u guys got a job, so how about u guys do ur jobs. How about showing us psn users more respect and answerin our questions and stop giving us the run around.
Anyway thats my 2 cents until next weeks post. and fyi thats the only 2 cents u will be getting from me till i see a big improvment in psn store.
wonder if this will happen again.

  • @Terra: I’ve been pretty happy with it for the most part but there are somethings that need changing. Like how EU is getting a 25% discount on Plus or some of the full retail games they have received compared to our PSN games. Take Walking Dead for example, the game is great but they only gave us 2/5 of the game. Now it would be great if they decide to give us the rest since technically it’s incomplete.

I do appreciate that they are giving us Double Dragon: Neon on day one which is something that should happen more often. I could care less for a game like Borderlands which I have platinum’d and many other people have already finished. I’ve pretty much stopped buying PSN games since I’m tired of getting games I already have. That is my own fault though as I love buying games.

  • @172 “sony hugger”. Wow, that’s original. I’m playing devil’s advocate is all. All you do is whine for something. They give it to you and what do you do then? You whine more about something else. It’s a vicious cycle that I’m tired of seeing. They’re still giving it to you even if it takes time and that’s the biggest point I’m making here.

  • Guys and Gals I love you all. Now I don’t know if its emulators or legal issues with the game publishers or whatever, but I agree with 164, SCEA has had more than enough time to have at least all of the ps1 titles available for the vita that are already available for the ps3. But you have to understand that SCEA makes lots of money from us, and all our complaints mean nothing because they are probably making their quotas for the month. Europe on the other hand is really hurting for money, so to make their monthly quotas they have to offer more to sell more.

What I’m trying to say here is that if you want things too change, then hold off on making those ps store purchases until they offer more. If they start losing money then they’ll offer more to the customer.

Ya I wish I was European, then I could play Blood Omen and MGS Portable Ops on my vita. Viva la revolution!!

  • Laugh Factory Live – Beta is not available in my region, why?

  • Hey Sony Laugh Factory not working

  • Let’s see here, MW3 almost a year later 60 bucks, yeah, ok whatever…
PSN+ side, we don’t get Dead Space 2 or Deus Ex HR, Instead we get 2 PSN OLD games (1 of them good) and now we get borderlands, just borderlands, without even the DLC, right.
I have been a subscriber of Plus since almost the begining and i’m also a supporter for digital downloads, but this BS that’s been happening with plus tells me that you guys have no interest in actually giving us something worth while, now the Eurpean Plus is A LOT better, sadly i already paid the US one and im not an idiot that will pay both just because sony wants you to. Btw, Bioshock 1 : 20 bucks? Really? Bioshock 2 has been in the store for more than 2 years at the SAME price.
I dont know if its just incompetence or just wanting to take a huge dump on us the clients, or both, but i will NOT renew Plus again, or will ever again buy anything from your store while you guys just want to steal money from your own fans.

  • @176

seems like you are satisfied with what scea gives you….but how about us who were not on the same boat as you?…all we do is whine for something They give it to us and what do we do then? haha don’t you understand? we are whining because they still haven’t given us what we relly want which we know they were capable of giving..
here is a simple example…i’ve been requesting for them to put peace walker and portable ops, Valkyria chronicles 2 and other psp games which were available in EU and JPN PSN for who knows how long….plus the fact that you need a ps3 for some of the games cause they arent available on the vita store….but up to now we get nothing…..if you are in our position wouldn’t you too whine about the lack of support?..

  • I thought Treasure Park was suppose to have trophies? So I take it from playing it you have to have friends or people on Near playing it for the game to even be playable? It showed me how to play but now the only thing I can do is create new tables. Pretty weak game in my opinion so guess I’m deleting it.

  • EU+1000 meanwhile on USA –9999999999999999999999999

  • 2 days till my + ends and not thinking on getting again until it get on pair to EU…

  • damn posting a lot but one more…. not sure if NA + is not making money or they are totally lazy…

  • Lol all those ppl hating on the price of mw3 smh…. the game was one of the few hits of the year. Call Of Duty always is. mw1 from 2006 is still a 20 dollar game…@IcyBlazeNinja the sequal to mw3 well they havent anounced it yet black ops 2 comes out in november witch is a sequal to black ops i think its quite far that they are selling mw3 for $60-70(expecaily sence the collection 2 is a $15 pack just get elite like me and well most of ppl got) dont like it buy it from some body online that most likely has it scratched well its really hard to scratch blurays
    but…

  • @185 despite of the lackluster support they are indeed making money that is the reason we have updates like this

  • @185 No they’re making lots of money and they are totally lazy….

  • Just be glad u get the dlcs and the game for playstation xbox has so contracts with trearch and activision hopefully that will end 2013 but i doubt it they will just create a new one

  • err sry microsoft

  • I am so excited to see Valkyria Chronicles DLC on sale ! I was waiting for something like this to finally pick them up. That is one of my favorite PS exclusive series. Any chance at seeing Valkyria Chronicles 2&3 HD bundle for PS3. They brought Metal Gear Peace Walker to PS3, I would love to see PS3 versions of these games. At least a US release of Valkyria 3 for PSP/Vita download would be awesome !

  • @181 No, they’re available through PS3’s, I’d go ask a friend who has one for help. When my PS3 died last year and I needed to get some games during sales or catch certain timed things, I asked a friend for help and got it. I would’ve missed my shot at the free PSP and PS3 games last year after the outage if it weren’t for that. If I would’ve missed it, sure, I’d be annoyed, but I wouldn’t be making a lot of hooplah over it. Not their fault I couldn’t get at a PS3 when the offer was there.

  • This update, like every one since E3, is just atrocious for PS Plus users. I used to look forward to getting something like the Crash PS1 games or Costume Quest for free, but none of the free offerings have been interesting to me at all. Literally the only game I appreciated was Sideway; everything else was either something I’d already bought or some terrible crap I don’t care about.

I subscribed for a year back before E3 when the service was really good, but I’ll certainly never resubscribe.

  • No PS1 classics? What? When you first announced what games will be coming first with only 9, I was angry. A lot of us were. Then you put out 26 more on Thursday or Friday, and you didn’t wait until Tuesday, I thought, “okay, they’ll update more than once a week. This could turn out okay”. This doesn’t seem to be the case. I thought every Tuesday we would be getting more? Now it’s just whenever they’re up, they’re up? This is terrible. At least give us a steady timeframe, and then if you want to add extra outside of that timeframe in addition, like last week, then great.

  • Broken the promise of updating with new PSX games every week already? Wow. (don’t think that people missed that line before it was quietly removed)

And the Sony 1st party games that dropped MSRP are still full price on the digital store….
