A few interesting games.

DDN for Plus is the first interesting game rental we’ve gotten in 3 months.

Scott pilgrim… bad game based on a bad movie… that’s been on sale mulitple times… bad plus choice.

Not much for sales or price changes, that’s a dissapointment.

Trying to flush out the post by adding a list of PS1 games (that can already be transfered from the PS3, or downloaded directly in the other gaming regions) to the Vita download list is just a lame way of trying to make it look like there’s more than there really is. SHAME!

Barely any videos/trailers yet again. And so so many have come out online lately. SHAME!

So overall an ok update, a couple of good games, a couple more good but way overpriced games, and a lot of filler.

Another pretty fail month for Plus imo. What was it people had to look forward to this month again? I don’t see it. Borderlands replaced already (hell you couldn’t even include it’s DLC. You actually wanted us to buy that), Double Dragon looks stiff and ugly, and Scott Pilgrim is a super cheap and super old game now.

Oh gotta give out credit where it’s due, the max payne price for a game that’s been out a bit may be too high (well it is too high when you also factor in no manufacturing cost to be digital) but the Plus discount is a high one for once which we’ve been missing.

So thanks for the high discount on Max Payne for Plus.

It’s kind of messed up that PlayStation Europe gets all these full games and we get PSN titles why can’t we get all the games they got we only get borderlands! the same month the borderlands 2 is coming out seems kind of fishy more like you’re setting us up to Buy borderlands2 on PSN

What’s going on with you guys? Are you really trying to sell us those games? No Resident Evil, Xenogears, Final Fantasy? I dont have a PS3 and seeing how you deal with your customers I wont ever buy one!

We hear you, and all the teams are working hard to get more and more PS one Classics on the PS Vita Store. I know it’s of little consolation, but it’s less about what games we want to see get there, and more about the technical aspects of things. I’m looking forward to jumping on Xenogears myself!

The Scott Pilgrim game is actually based on the comic, not the movie, and both the comic and game are excellent. The fantastic 16-bit music in the Scott Pilgrim game alone is worth the 10-dollar price tag.

I wonder if the Playstation team reverted the Playstation Plus notifications to remove the need to “click” to get the info on which game (and its tile) was purchased using Playstation Plus. Before, it’d be the game tile and a notification clearly stating which game was purchasing using Playstation Plus. Months ago, it was updated to have the PS Plus logo (huge yellow plus) instead, requiring users to “click for more” to see which game was purchased.

I’d love to promote these Playstation Plus purchases on Facebook, but when people skim through their news feeds, they aren’t going to want to bother “clicking for more” and will be more bothered to see multiple stagnant yellow pluses coming from me (as the visual indicator), instead of each individual game’s icon (visual diversity, eye-catching).

I’m hoping, but not holding my breath.

Aside from that, I’m very glad Double Dragon Neon was included as a Plus game! Still hoping for one day seeing a discount on Rush N Attack: Ex Patriot (or even it being a free title).
