Sony, I love you guys, but you have GOT to get a better handle on the whole online thing.

1:when WipeOut and MK are available at every major retailer for $20, you gotta match that
2: you WANT us to go digital, no packaging/shipping, plus you don’t have to give distributors a piece of the action, so let us pre-order all the major releases, and give preorder bonuses
3: be prepared for retailers breaking your street dates, if a game is gold, why is the digital release not ready, how does it take longer to prep a digital release than it does to have the packaging made and distributed for physical copies?

it’s like you don’t even want us to pay the ludicrous mark-up on your Vita class 4 mem cards, right now we have no reason, physical media gets better sales & preorder bonuses, why on Earth would anyone go digital?

I want to give you money, why don’t you want it?

Two things… Magic 2013 and Dungeon Defender Add Ons for me today. Now, at the nagging Nascar Fan… Dude, you definitely got issues and no longer deserve the benefit of the doubt. To call people who disagree with your KOOL-AID drinking political points of view racists it’s beyond low and cheap. My homie/coworker is a naturalized us citizen from kenya and a card carrying conservative. I REALLY, Really, really doubt he hates other people on the basis of color or he’s a racist ’cause he’s a conservative. Get your pea brain in check. My .02

Please release Street Fighter x Tekken as a downloadable. Xbox released it last week. Why is PlayStation always behind the Xbox is releasing physical disc games as game on demand?

What a LAME update for PSN+ users! I mean, seriously, you have to do something about it. My subscription ended two weeks ago and i didn’t renew it when i saw THE big september game was Borderlands which i didn’t enjoy so much on PC. I’m still checking regularly on you guys looking for a good reason to subscribe again but this week update will definitely NOT convince me to do so.
Come on guys, I’m sure you can do better than a couple of dynamic themes, for which I personaly couldn’t care less and a, OMG!, 10% off Rock Band tracks. You just keep saying to wait a bit more until something real cool turns out but I just end up being disappointed.

To be honest, you guys should start considering launch full game discounts for Plus. That would flex the service insanely. I’d happily pay $40 – $50 for Borderlands 2 on the network. It’s pretty bad that it’s full price and uses our bandwidth and storage space…

Just finally downloaded Power Stone collection to my Vita. Took me long enough huh..I also want to give a BIG kudos to Zen Pinball studios. Not only do my PS3 Zen Pinball games work on my vita, but it plays perfect to the ps3 versions, that is awesome. Now if you would just change the pricing to $1 per new table, I will pick up 5 or so more. Mod Nation Racing Vita is now $19.99 at Best Buys, I might pick up the digital version tomorrow. As for now, its time to eat into that RE6 Demo. ( Pun intended )…Keep on Gaming.

Sadly i found out after already buying it that theres a required patch that should have been released first or at the same time as the dlc.. Just wanna know when im gunna be able to use the dlc i payed for

Don’t download the Dungeon Defenders DLC because Sony didn’t release the patch that coincides with it (so the DLC won’t work with the game). First time I’ve “pre-ordered” DLC…

One would think Sony and PSN are unified worldwide, but it’s not, PSN from EU got RE6 for preorder but not us, they added a lot of PSOne classics to Vita too. So how come?
I’m not complaining, but shouldn’t content be unified so we all can enjoy the same things?

Gotta love it when you buy a game a few days ago only to see it now reduced in price. Thanks Mortal Kombat for the Vita. Thanks….where’s PS Plus for Vita?

@Morgan

Every time you say a quote like this, it scare me ……

“There’s some great Plus content coming in the next few weeks (multiple awesome games actually). I know it’s a tease, but by next Monday we’ll have a great announcement for Plus, and more to come thereafter.”

Not everyone will think these games will be AWESOME. So far I been disappointed with the PLUS FREE GAMES that been offer so far. I know its hard to please everyone, but you do need to come up with a better way of saying whats coming out for PLUS user. Having quotes like that will only lead to people complaining more.

Rock Band: Last Chance? Are you getting rid of content?

While I appreciate the sale, a permanent price drop could work better.

The high price of these is the biggest reason why I don’t buy anymore. It is unlikely that I will have much opportunity to pick up anything this week.

Why was there a mandatory firmware update on the Vita last night, but the blog has yet to even mention it, much less explain what it did?

on my main account (due to me being paranoid, i dont post anything from my psn+ account), but itd be pretty awesome if you guys can get sonic adventure free for PSN+ sometime in the future.

That, and if you have any power to do so, recommend selvaria bles as a playable character in PSABR. i dont care if its DLC >_<

Metal Slug X?! **** yeah! Now I only need to justify buying another game after getting LittleBigPlanet.

I heard rumors that PS Plus will be extended to offer Vita content, is that true? Any comments on the subject?

Do you know if The Bouncer from PS2 is in plans to come as a downloadable game on the PS Store?
And could make Siren Blood Curse cheaper? It’s been 39 forever, and is kind of pricey, I would definitely buy it if you bring down to 19.99

Thanks for the updates.

2 questions. Any news on the Playstation All-Stars Beta for plus members? Also how far ahead is it decided what games will be given to plus members? Siren Blood Curse would be perfect for October

@187: Almost all PS Vita firmware updates are mandatory to access the PSN. The latest update PSV OFW 1.81 went live on Midnight EST on 9/18/2012. (Such a recent release, especially after it took them two weeks to update the image depicting 1.69 as the latest OFW as opposed to 1.80…)

Anyways, one notable change was made in 1.81:

- PS Vita software stability issue fixes

Downloaded the Resident Evil 6 demo tonight and…IT. WAS. AWESOME. Wow. I liked all three sections (Leons was my favorite though). I like how each section had its own play style & unqiue menus.

And now I’m torn between getting RE6 or Assassin’s Creed 3. Can’t get them both…

Playstation Plus: I like it, but I have to admit this months stuff so far hasn’t been great. Hoping next week has some cool stuff (Playstation All-Stars beta??).

Anyway, the RE6 demo made this Playstation update worth the wait. :)

To everybody regarding the Rock Band DLC discounts – They are actually discounts off the sale prices. You can see them all (yes, all 1100) here:

http://www.rockband.com/content-assets/2012/09/RBDLCsaleGraphic.pdf

So for example, while basic math does suffer a bit, you can see that track packs that were $5.49 are on sale for $2.99 and for Plus members, some of those are an additional 10% off or $2.69. That’s a good deal if you need to fill out your library. I’ll be snagging some but fortunately for my wallet, I already have most of the good ones (to me). I hope this helps. You’re welcome Moderators.
