PSN customer service is amazingly bad. I’ve dealt with them before and they basically told me that I was responsible for an internet error that cost me 20 bucks. They also kindly informed me that I did have a way to get my money back, which was to dispute the charges on my credit card which would result in me getting banned. So knowing that I guess calling them for a refund is pretty much out of the question. It’s just amazing that they can so openly treat customers like crap and nobody cares.

It would have been nice to know beforehand that pre-ordering Dishonored doesn’t allow you to even begin downloading the game until tomorrow at 7pm. So that plus a 9 gig download/install, and I might as well have just gone to a store and bought it.

I’m not sure if those VC PACKS are on sale for NBA 2k13. I looked for them, but they are not in the game. Unless I missed something.

I talked with Customer Support, now I have to wait up to two weeks for them to MAYBE give me a refund, as they kept going on about the T& S saying all sales are final. First time I’ve had to call them about any problem like this. Really hope I can get the refund, and get it sooner.

Sorry, I never meant to give the impression that I could answer on why it isn’t on there– that would be up to the publisher to divulge. I did send a note to the appropriate folks saying that people want it, but I can’t exactly force them.

We are working on updating the Store descriptions, but in the meantime contact customer service to get a refund on that.

Okay, call me stupid if you will, but I just realized I wasted 10 bucks buying the online pass for Starhawk because despite being in the Playstation+ section, it won’t actually unlock multiplayer for the Solo campaign that Playstation+ members get. No, I have to spend 20 for the multiplayer separate download, which is not stated anywhere! In the future, you guys should make sure its plainly stated that the online pass won’t work with certain games.
