  • Wow are all of this discounts going to be today? I’m deffinetly thinking on getting deus ex or red faction for those prices!!!! Tnx SONY!

  • Quiero estas ofertas pero en juegos de PS VITA!

  • Here’s a good deal… TARGET is selling PS3 games Double packs for $29.99 (picked up binary domain/Yakuza Dead souls). Good deal indeed. :)

  • Are some of these prices incorrect?

Example: Saints Row 2 UE – $36,97 (Paid and Free)
    PS+ price: $19,99.

That’s less than 50% instead of 73%? Same with the others. So shouldn’t it be 73% off of the Ultimate Editions itself? A bit confused on that one.

Was kinda hoping for a L.A Noire sale, might’ve picked that up instead of the Borderlands 2 DLC and Walking Dead that release today.

  • Will there be any discounts on the DLC if we already own the games on disc?

    • For now, these are the only discounts. However, if you wanted to purchase any DLC for the disc versions of these games, that money would count toward the spend $60, get $10 promotion.

  • Will there be any Vita sales to commemorate Plus’ launch for Vita? I don’t have access to a PS3 anymore…

  • I own all but a couple of those on either PS3 or Steam (only missing Alice, Homefront, and RFA), but decent deals all the same.

  • Meh, nothing for me

  • Not really seeing the insane prices here. Just some really old games with a moderate discount.

  • Need Deals on ALL THAT Little Big Planet costumes and DLC. Hint..hint.

  • Nice try, but I’m not falling for these ultimate bundles again. Last time you did this promo, I bought the inFamous2 bundle and two days later it was offered free to Plus members.

  • It’s all rated M. Moving on.

BTW, really liked Quantum Conundrum for plus last week!

  • A discount for the dlc would also be great for the people who own the physical copies. Been meaning to pick up the Deus Ex DLC but I found it to be a bit pricey.

  • @4 It says “up to 73% off”. Most aren’t that heavily discounted.

  • Saints Row and Warhammer were free couple of months ago.
Deus Ex was free too in psn plus at europe (game that I’m still waitng, request after request, to be free in US ps Plus)

Not interest in those discounts, sorry.

  • ? Doesn’t seem worth looking into any of these if these are MUCH cheaper at retail stores. I’ll save my money and buy the more expensive hard item rather than a DLC.

nice try, though. we’re not stupid consumers.

  • Many of these games (example Deus EX, Homefront, Mass Effect 2) are available both online and at retail for $10. How about a sale on the DLC only?

  • These sales certainly AREN’T door busters. I purchased Deus EX for $4.75 this afternoon.

  • im gonna get homefront for 16$ good deal!

  • I have a feeling this PS store update will one of the best ones in a long time.

  • just a word to peoples thinking to get mass effect 2, dont buy this! the ultimate edition is coming for 60$ including all 3 games and all DLC of ME1 and Me2.

  • Pretty good deals. I always wanted to get Alice: Madness Returns.

  • what a 10$ bonus! for buying 60$ nice!

  • @ Cyb3rfr34k:

Wrong. The TRILOGY is coming up, and does NOT include ALL the DLC. Research first.

  • Question on Alice: Madness Returns. As of right now the game is $19.99 on PSN, which I assume includes the Online Pass.

The American McGee’s Alice DLC for $9.99 says it’s included for free with your online pass, so wouldn’t it come for free with the purchase of the game for $19.99?

This would make it a $21.98 value for $19.99 or $15.99 for Plus.

This is a game I’ve looked at purchasing on PSN before but couldn’t ever get clarification on this. $15.99 is still a good price for Plus but wouldn’t make it much of a sale if you didn’t have Plus.

    • Yes, you’re correct that American McGee’s Alice comes with your purchase of Alice Madness Returns on PSN. I’m not entirely sure of how the value was calculated, but I believe they still count the original Alice toward “total value” since technically it’s worth $9.99.

  • Is there any chance of having relevant DLC get discounted also? Both times now I already own the majority of the games offered for Ultimate Editions on PSN, but never the DLC.

DLC discounts in general are fairly rare, to the point where you can buy the whole game for much cheaper than all the DLC combined.

  • @EruditionalLies

the trilogy is coming and yes all DLC of mass effect 1 and 2 are including in the game.
im on BSN everyday. so yes i know what im talking about you should go re-read whats include in the complete edition. only the DLC of me3 is not including.

  • blog.bioware.com/2012/11/01/ryan-warden-an-update-on-the-mass-effect-trilogy/

Before I go, I wanted to address another question we have been seeing a lot of — about DLC and how that’s weaved into each edition of the Mass Effect Trilogy.

The PlayStation 3 version of Mass Effect Trilogy will have the original Mass Effect with Bring Down the Sky integrated into the game, both on-disc and on the PSN download. Mass Effect 2 will still have the same DLC on-disc that it was originally shipped with: Cerberus Network; Kasumi; Overlord; and Lair of the Shadow Broker. Finally, Mass Effect 3 will also be exactly as it originally shipped.

The Xbox 360 version will include all DLC that came with the original games – Cerberus Network with Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 remains unchanged as well. The PC is the same as Xbox 360, except both Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station are available for free – just as they are for all PC players who purchases each standalone product today.

  • i really hope this isn’t the BIG sale you guys mentioned in the blogcast….

  • @ EruditionalLies

    double wrong for you.

  • “Insane Price”

Yeah… it’s too expensive even with the Plus prices.

  • is far cry 3 going to be day 1 digital and will I be able to preorder it and the sale has very high prices the buy over 60 dollar get 10 dollar back is good

  • btw i have a code for Cerberus Network dlc. so if anyone need it, just send me a msg on my ps3
i’ll give it to the first one asking for it politly ;)

  • also, these don’t even seem like that great of a deal. You might as well wait for the Mass Effect Trilogy because you’ll get the mass effect 2 dlc as well as the third and first games, at only about $20 extra.

  • Looks I’m finally picking up ME 2!!!

  • This is really tempting…which is a bad sign for my wallet.

  • @34 its good for those who bought ME3 at launch and who already own ME1 on xbox. Different Strokes I guess. but I’m excited for it.

  • Some of these prices are still overpriced. Sony listen to me I can buy any ANY of these games new + dlc much cheaper than the base priced you started with (pre discount) so when you and in the discount even with the dlc it doesn’t make the game a must have.

  • Nice Ultimate deals, any chance Deus Ex will have it’s DLC independently discounted? I own the collectors edition of it and have no intention of purchasing the digital. Been waiting over a year for The Missing Link to get a discount, damn Square is so greedy.

  • i’m only interested on Assasin Creed and Mass Effect,, but both of them are coming out with their own collections :(

  • Alice is a wonderful experience and should be enjoyed by all. The fact that the ultimate edition has both the original with Madness Returns is a steal! (Too bad I’ve already got them.) Turning Wonderland into a detailed dive into her psyche is a treat. Happy to see the new game is getting better treatment than the original did in its first bout.

  • @25
The disc version of Alice came with the American McGee’s Alice free when i purchased it a few weeks after launch last year for $40 on Amazon. I think the voucher was limited edition, and IO doubt Sony bundled it with the Digital version. I’ll tel you the voucher for the first game really helped me enjoy the complete experience and enjoy all that Madness had to offer. I enjoyed Platinuming it in 10 days. The DLC is pretty awesome too, but not necessary.

  • BOOOOOO shouldnt these things should be way less than real copies u guys manage to lose to walmart and best buy :P not saying the editions selling at those stores have everything in it but i dont see how ur marketing team thought this can beat out others

  • Eh ok…but with all the black friday physical disk buying deals out there with Game Fly Amazon ect. . It makes some “deals not so good”. NEW $7.99 Mass effect 2 for example.

I dont know if yall will get replys……this isnt posted by thte guy that normally does Plus posting…Morgan i think. I want some nice only downloadable deals..oh well. thanks anyway

  • is the individual DLC on sale as well or just the bundles?

  • okay i just looked at price of HOMEFRONT and that make NO SENSE AT ALL

the game is 19.99$, the express dlc is .99$, the fire sale map pack is 2.99, and the rock map pack is 4.99
for a big total of 28.96$ and you say it worth Total Value of the Game with all DLC (Paid & Free): $58.95
    WHHHHAAATTT!!?!?!?!?

im not gonna buy anything you greedy SONY peoples

all these deals is NO DEAL!

  • a quick question

if i renew PS + for 50$ and buy AC3 season pass for 30$ will i be eligible for the 10$ offer ? please reply so i know because my plus expires dec7th so im throwing away 2 weeks for off my PS + for the offer :D

    • If you renew your PS+ membership through the store & get the season’s pass for AC3 you should be all set. Just make sure you purchase that today – Nov. 26.

  • You guys were right. Those prices are insane. They’re half that at regular price with DLC on PC and used they’re a third

  • @43 If the versions at stores like Wal-Mart and Best Buy are cheaper but don’t have everything then you can’t compare them and actually have any validity to what you’re saying.

As #37 says, it is still a good deal for those who already have 3, then just buy 1 when it’s available on the PSN and probably still come out cheaper than buying the trilogy (possibly anyways, I haven’t actually seen anything stating what the price for ME1 will be by itself when it’s available that way next month).

  • These are a great idea for those that never bought the game. It would be nice if there was a bundle of just the DLC for those that have already bought the game, also. Especially for game that have been out for quite a while (like most of these).

Or even for games that only have a single DLC item, a discounted price on those. Especially, again, if the game has been out for a longer time frame. If, as an example, they sequel to the game is already out like Mass Effect or the Assassin’s Creed games.
