We’re working on this issue now and should be able to take care of all those who purchased the Ultimate Edition of Alice: Madness Returns. For the time being, hang tight; we’ll likely send you an XMB if you did in fact purchase the Ultimate Edition before the fix occured.

Hello, apologies in advance, but as we, your loyal and grateful customers have had no luck with the publishers of ps1 and ps2 classics, could you guys maybe contact them; you know give them a friendly call and have them release some of the games of the past that we all miss and would love to play on our beloved (and much hated by the gaming press) PS Vita. We all have money that we would like to give to you and the developers of those much sought after games.

Thanks in advance and the best to all of you hard working people at the playstation store. Cheers.

PLEASE READ:

Why was the ability to suggest a game to a friend removed from the store?
I used to send my brother the best picks of the week and he would buy them all.
You are losing sales from people like this.

I also think you should add a Wish List of sorts to the PSN Store. There have been a lot of times where I see games I want, but don’t want to buy them right at that moment. I often forget about these when I would have probably bought them.

And last, but certainly not least…. PLEASE P L E A S E.. Give us a way to sort our Download List.
Even if it’s just something as basic as PS3 Games / Vita Games / Demos / DLC Add-Ons and an option to sort alphabetically.

Some of us have been buying stuff since the beginning and have well over 1,000 purchases. It’s getting really hard to find the things that may have been deleted. And don’t even get me started on how much trouble it was when my PS3 hdd died.. It took me about a month to find everything. :(

I think it’s really unfair that less that 24 hours after the issue with Alice was fixed for PS+ users, that sale it’s already out from the PSN. It was supposed to last 1 week, not 1 day, and by doing this you are transferring your team mistake to us.

I’m not asking for anything for free, just to be able to buy the game at the price it was listed but now it’s gone.

I love Ps+ but on this one, I really think you guys dropped the ball.

This!

The store team should put it back up for a solid week this time.

Hey Morgan,

I’m not the type to be a negative nancy about this nitpick, but the formatting on the Update posts every week is poor at best. Whoever is in charge is writing it and putting it all together needs to go over it a few more times before it’s posted so that games are spelled the same all throughout the post, information that is posted multiple times is consistent, everything is in alphabetical order (which dramatically improves the readability of these posts), and that all information is correct. I’d also like to suggest going back to the old way of writing music DLC titles, as it makes no sense to not have it be “Title of Song” by Artist – $Price, but you guys have been sticking to this terrible format for the past few months. And please knock it off with the ALL CAPS TITLES THAT COVER ENTIRE SECTIONS OF THE POST, as it should be rewritten so that it looks like humans wrote this post and not dumb robots. I hope you guys will consider these sorts of things so that the Store Update posts each week become easier for real people to read instead of the way it has been done for the past few months.

In addition, Despite advertising it as Bejeweled 2 for the PS3 in the original PS+ Update post and here, it’s the PSP version that’s on sale? How does that wire get crossed from the store team to the posts?

R&C game and ME3 SP DLC = A+

Rest of the update = D

Plus content = F-

Navigating the new store (especially without a ‘browse by game’ option in Add-ons) = Z (is there a lower letter/grade?)

So overall I’d say it’s a C+ update, but using the new store layout that makes actual purchases feel like a F- or worse update.

Thanks for the update.

Please make “Valkyria Chronicles II” and “Patapon 3″ Vita compatible.

Will “SaGa Frontier 2″ (PS Classic) ever be released here?

Hey, how ’bout “Move Fitness”?

How about a one disc Move Party bundle feature “Start the Party”, “Start the Party StW”, and “Lights, Camera, Party!” ?

I too would like to fully endorse a PS3 release of the oft delayed game “The Last Guardian”.

Also, please use HTML5 to recreate the old PSN Store, or make a PS3 version of the Vita store.

Thanks and have a good week!

So I was just looking in the PSN store from my PS3 and under the Vita Cross Buy section, it says in big bold letters across the top of the screen “Buy the PS VITA game and get a bonus PS3 version” and PS All Stars is there for $35.99. I know if you buy the PS3 version you get the Vita version for free. Perhaps this is a typo in the store??

Hey Morgan Ratchet FFA looks like a great value at $20+ crossbuy, but can you please give us some info if Far Cry 3 will be coming to PSN, and help communicate this to the psteam and ubisoft to lockdown this title in digital form.

Thank you, Peace

Grace or either Morgan Hi, I need some help …
I’m having an error on psn store for about 3 days now … I cannot download/purchase RE5 Gold Edition, I cannot download Uncharted Golden Abyss and I cannot activate my Dead or Alive 5 Online Pass;
Every time I press ‘Confirm’ I always receive the same message:
“We’re sorry, this product cannot be purchased at this time.”

It’s sad but since the PSN store update everything has been a mess, I cannot even add funds sometimes -.-“

Well a decent update but what i want to point out is that i’m enjoying my vita it’s a great device XD. still i hope sony will keep supporting it.

That aside i have a question for ***MORGAN*** or anyone else in the company

1) PS All stars is a pretty good game but it has it’s flaws…mostly online. it causes my ps3/vita to freeze up and at times it changes the character i chose when the match is about to start. can you inform the developers please or is there any way to send feedback?
*PS All stars looks amazing on the vita :) just to add

2) Also will there be any PSP free games on the vita PS+? Remember the poll about the vita PS+

Thank you

PS+ feels slow this week, only discounts, but none of which i want. If I can ask for a X-mas Gift, I want these games on PSN soon, dont have to be free, but still, by them being there, I can be happy and buy them.

PS1:
Silent Bomber (PSN release with Trophies would be nice)
I.Q. (Intelligent Qube) (PSN release with Trophies would be nice)
Alundra 2
Ape Escape
Bloody Roar 2
Brave Fencer Musashi
Nightmare Creatures 1 & 2
Jackie Chan – Stunmaster
Evil Zone

PS2:
Bloody Roar 4
Capcom Vs Snk 2 (this has to be a PSN with ONLINE PLAY)

I agree with @4, I was able to get it last night luckily but not only was it only on sale for less than a day but it was also not described correctly. You do get the original game American McGee’s Alice included with the collection but that wasn’t mentioned anywhere not even the game description itself. A few people were asking. Itwould be really good of you to redo that sale with the correct description of what you get.
