  • @549 I’m not new to gaming. Been playing 360 for 4 years, PS3 almost a year, PC far longer. Even the older systems like nes & snes way back then

  • @551 Then you might know that at this point of time Arkham City is better valued than Bioshock 2.

  • @552 Yep. When I played Arkham Asylum, thought it was gonna be like other games, considering I’m not really a fan of Batman.

  • I played Arkham City later one.

  • Yep Arkham Asylum is older than Bioshock 2. But even AA is valued better than Bioshock 2 at this point of time.

Wow….Do i need to subscribe to EU??? Whats up??

  • @556 No more posting of that list. Seen it 20 times already.

  • @556 That is an interesting list. And it’s not like they compensated by giving us great PSN games (Dungeon Defenders & Gotham City Impostors are possible exceptions) as most of the PSN games have been bad to mediocre.

  • @556 If that is as easy as you sound, definitely subscribe to EU. For that you need an account with EU address, but you cannot change your address for the current account. Even after subscribing to EU with a new account in the same system you will loose access to everything that you had in your US account since you are no longer subscribed to US plus. Such a bull ….

  • @557 Definitely that list should be posted again and agian for obvious reasons.

  • @ AceMcgee420, read what Morgan posted, QUIT COPYING AND PASTING the same thing over and over, it does NOTHING, but annoy people.

  • @560 He didnt say anything abt the exclusive games.

  • Europe has Batman Arkham City, Limbo, Vanquish. C’mon guys i hope something better.

  • 516, Morgan ment to say was the store updates at 5pm PT. Bc ever sense I been a member (2 months now I think) it updates 8pm here (EST) and then have to wait another 30 mins for it to FULLY update.

  • @ tvargasn:

Really? Man, that is so interesting, I mean its only been mentioned like 200 times in this thread, but good on you for letting us know! That’s swell!

  • I honestly don’t get the complaining regarding US vs EU. First, EU gets left out on a lot of awesome deals, so I never have a problem if they get a product or game first. Also, it’s only December 4th! Just know that Playstation will be hooking us up all month long (personally with all of those awesome Vita games as well as others bonuses – including 90% off Music Unlimited – I would be fine if there wasn’t a special release again until next year but I know I am in the minority here… also I mostly say that because I have at least a dozen games that haven’t been touched; including some 80+ hour jRPGs)!

  • Nueropunk is one sad individual. Directing hate towards a shooter but then saying he plays Uncharted 3? LOL hypocrite much? Go play your turn base RPGs and be happy. This is a page about Bioshock, a game which you clearly hate and yet here you are posting multiple times. Is that how you show your hatred towards a game? I didn’t know we were all supposed to share your opinions and all like RPGS? You think you’re special or something?

  • @tvargasn:

Yes it has been mentioned like 200 times already, but not even answered once. Hope you will get an answer or you can keep posting it till you get an answer.

  • @sab_krit to your “sales” you also would consider the fact of all those people, WHO ARE THE PLUS MEMBERS, because I’m pretty sure not all of those millions, are plus members, So it can’t just go based off of Sales. That doesn’t seem right, also if it does it like that, then that would be a waste of money as well, Bc if we already bought the game, beat the game, and we are done with the game, Why do we need it or want to play it? HINTS the fact why many people on plus argue that they are giving games they played and beat and thats why they arent interested in them, so yeah waste of their $50 or $17.99… (not $4 primo bc you cant buy for a month numb skull)

@EVERYONE – ignore PrimeroIncognito and he will get the hint no one cares about his arguments he can’t even hold so then he attacks personal lifes of people he don’t know and never met :D soon he will troll somewhere else.

  • Great Update! My plus Just expired and waiting til Christmas to get a card for it! Also for all Plus members you should like PLus on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Playstation-Plus/145858678788819
They started to have giveaways when more people join to please Like :)

  • However, Im considering giving Bioshock2 a chance, I mean I gave Dungeon Defenders a chance even though that game needs to be digitally burned alive and never to be seen again!

  • This is the reason why i won’t subscribe again to PS+. EU had Red Dead, Dead Space 2, Darksiders, Crysis 2 & more, we get games that either were on sale before or titles you can find @ the store really cheap (Bioshock 2). We get promise next week/month will be better & nothing. ):(

  • @570 BioShock 2 isn’t that bad of a game.

  • @571 Considering you’re not a PS+ member atm, any old games you got from Plus will not work.

  • @The_Dukenator Im just not interested in the type of genre that is, I mean, the concept of it looks weird, the hand powers and the drill… bleh bleh bleh. the game looks weird haha

  • @569 mr.DonkeyKongKilla, its some other genius who mentioned y US plus is not giving Arkham City where as EU does with respect to their sales, I was just counter arguing him with the real facts. From the begining I was complaing about the value of the retail games being offered by US plus vs EU plus, inspite of whether I own the game or I have completed the game. You can redirect your response to that Einstein.

For you kind notice, I would like to tell you that I own and completed RE5 but hvn’t played Crysis 2 but I never posted a comment on november but this is being happening for a long time now. for Nov EU got 2 retail games we got only one a bargain bin game and this time again EU get 2 reetail game and we get what Bioshock 2 again a bargain bin game. How long you want me to keep quiet when I know that I am not getting a good deal like EU does?

  • I mean @572

  • @The_Dukenator all he has to do is subscribe again and they will… I got all my old games I recieved back when I had it in Jan.

  • @575 Try the original game. Its weird as well.

  • Biosock 2 is good, but….

  • @578 I know. I stuck with psn since xbl is crap.

  • @580 yep but Arkham City is better.

  • They wowed us in June with the releases, but since then it’s been hit or miss. If we’re judging strictly from a game perspective (ignoring Vita since not everyone has one) and ignoring what EU got then it’s been average. The titles have mostly been titles that you could get really cheap nowadays even if we were back in June. If we are taking into account what EU has gotten exclusively then NA+ has been disappointing these last few months. June was amazing and Borderlands was good, but that’s about it. Some nice discounts here and there, but overall average at best.

  • @sab_krit I never agrued against anyone that argues about EU, I’m however aware now what you were saying sorry I must of missed the other comment arguing with the Gamer pro boy (hah).. However I do find it unfair, earlier someone mentioned though Japan is getting way of a worse game selection and they aren’t complaining about it… I don’t see that as our problem if they choose to keep their silence and not mention it bc im sure not all of them are pleased in it… But EU seems to be getting better game selection for free, however we get better discounts I think has been argued?. Well Like I said, the discounts have no effect on me seeing how I can’t afford a lot of this and that to begin with so I rely on decent free game selections I paid for you know?. Even if it averages out to 4 dollars a month I can’t subscribe monthly, or I probably would and just renew it for a month when good stuff comes out hahahaha

  • @The_Dukenator that makes me not want to really play it haha

  • @585 At least, it has a demo. Took them this long to get BioShock 1 on PS Store.

  • @The_Dukenator I know what you mean, when I seen MW3 had a demo come out a couple months ago, I laughed, Like pretty sure whoever is going to get it now, its not going to be by the demo. I mean maybe a few but really though hahaha.

  • @587 I hate it when a demo has a time limit or is available for a limited time. Worse is whatever you do in the demo will unlock in teh full game.

  • psn is not working when i am on psn i cant click anything or move

  • @556 is totally right, Morgan do you think that this diference in the way European costumers are better treated is due to the fact that Euros are more valuable than Dollars, and so we are like the ugly girl in the prom! lol I mean common if you where a costumer like us you would feel the diference, im actually disappointed, but if its the case I would be more than happy to pay the difference so that I could receive better quality service, I dont know why European costumers are prefered by Sony?? :(

  • SCEA is simply not listening to PS+ users. After the number of PS+ users went up back in june they are
just not putting much on a effort on what they offer.

  • @590 Totally agreed, Been asking for a reason from yesterday but till now no response from sony employee’s. But got couple of illogical comments from the Dexter’s here. One said Rocksteady gave permission for sony to release this in plus for only in EU cuz the sales is less there compared to NA and the same goes to RDR. I was like wth! then Crysis 2 sales was less in NA compared to EU so why promote it in EU rather than in US?

  • Batman Batman Batman, now please

  • @ sab_krit,

No one said that was the exact reason why such a difference exists, merely that its a logical reason as to why EU seems to get better games as opposed to NA. Besides, NO ONE can give you any “facts” since they are not working for SCEA, so why you seemed to take that as a fact is quite confusing.

Not sure how they seem illogical to you, but I guess I had the benefit of being a business major, so I had the luxury of knowing what licenses entail and the limitations different countries have with the same product… do you complain over the different prices of a bottle of Coke in Europe vs NA as well?

  • How about Rockstar’s PS2 classics on the Vita? I’m sure every vita owner out there would go out and buy Vice City, GTA3, SA, Max Payne and Midnight Club in a heartbeat. I know the vita is struggling, how about you give us something every one of us wants.

  • @nolo451 I am not arguing I want exactly Arkham Asylum but I want a resonable deal which can atleast match the deal which EU is having. They are getting 2 retail games every month and one being a pretty decently valued one, whereas US is getting games which are in bargain bins and we get only one retail title. price may differ but quantity and quality is going to be almost the same. I want quantity and quality not a cheap stand by game.

  • @sab_krit I don’t know if you are referring to me about the Rocksteady comment. I was trying to say that Rocksteady is the developer for Arkham City. Warner Bros is the publisher. Warner Bros would be the company making the deal with Sony as far as what games they publish become free with PS Plus. Rocksteady only makes the games.

As far as sales go I believe PS3 does better in the European market which would probably explain why there is a difference in the free games offered. There could also be issues with licensing. Either way you need to decide for yourself if Plus is a good choice for you. If it’s not then just let your subscription run out. If it is then make your list and post it here. If you don’t like an offering then leave a comment saying you don’t. You can obviously voice your opinions here but you’re getting pretty repetitive. I think everyone here, including Sony employees, know what your opinion is on this. They just can’t respond to everyone.

  • @nolo451 and one more thing Coke is a physical entity and you cannot consume it if you are not in EU Physically. Where as plus is a digital content, I can still consume EU contents from US with a new account with EU address. If you cannot give me great deal like EU since you got some limitations. Atleast allow me to change my address in the existing account which I can use to consume the better deal.

  • @597 ok they dont have to respond to everyone. Atleast they can respond to anyone who is having the same concerns as me.

  • Ok I see that this is quite the debate that its forming here, overall nothing is being done but the lesson has been learned, its better to have EU account, its gonna be a long year but nothing I can do and even worse that Sony will do.
