Last week, you took the plunge into the underwater world of Rapture with BioShock 2 joining the Instant Game Collection. This week, you’ll be busting out your shoryukens and controlling gravity with two great games: Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition and Rochard!

When does SCEA start planning on giving heavier discounts on better, more popular PSN, PSP, Vita, and PS3 PSN games?
If you aren’t competing with Steam, you aren’t competing. Instant Game Collection is nice, but unless the deals get better I’ll keep giving Valve my money on game purchases and waiting for freebies on PSN.
aahh not another fighting game, although i know Street Fighter is a good game and all, but it’s just not for me and considering the poll it’s neither for a good bunch people….
The worse the drops get the less we hear from Morgan in the comments. And yet whomever is picking the free games continues to ignore the customers. It’s an interesting strategy to be sure. The worse the service gets the more the customers ask for transparency from Sony and the less transparency we get.
Sometimes I swear you guys go through my trophy list to see what I’ve played and intentionally pick that for the IGC haha j/k. If you guys are looking for feed-back, I liked it better the old way where we got two free games a month, a free PSOne classic, a free mini and some free themes and avatars. How come we don’t get free themes or avatars anymore?
Anyway, these are some good games if you don’t have them though and especially Rochard. A must play for anyone imo.
Also why is it for every PS+ blog post on Monday there are people complaining about FREE content? Kids these days.
Can’t please everyone. Although SF isn’t my thing, I still love PSN Plus. I bought a PSV bundle during BF after I saw Gravity Rush and Uncharted up for Plus. Hoping to see more great titles like these!
Well another piss poor update once again. I really wish the NA team would pick up their game. Don’t care much for fighting games and Rochard I bout a in Jan. of this year when it was on sale for Plus for $4.89. Game was ok but not great.
You also need to start doing a monthly update again. This waiting to see what we get each week sucks. I’d rather be disappointed all at once or excited all at once. I’ve lost my faith in this blog so from now on when I hear “Just wait to you see what’s coming next week” I’ll consider it to be crap.

Was really hoping to download something from plus this month but yet another month will go by with nothing being added to my games catalog. Sure wish I had an EU Plus account …. ohh wait

those claiming equality, really should know that sony might comply, but getting good deals in all regions its gonna make it harder to get good games, specially if japan joins the fray, wich is actually a pretty lousy plus service, also like have been stated the solution is simple for getting EU games, get an EU plus suscription, about getting a refund its crazy to ask for that to a service that delivers what it promises.
Also you really need to give us better discounts on more games. I just bought The Walking Dead season for Steam for $10. That’s cheaper than I can buy the rest of the series from PSN. Like I mentioned before I even bought Saint’s Row 3 complete collection for Steam cheaper that you guys were selling Saint’s Row 2 complete to Plus members. Now if that doesn’t tell you something is wrong than maybe you guys really don’t know what you’re doing.
Is there a reason you can’t compete with the digital sales prices?
DANG..was hoping for the GTA San Andreas for plus subscribers this week….oh well just another Fighting game as usual lately.
I love PS+ been a member since it’s Inception, however i think, to be fair, that Sony should start releasing the same content for every region. You guys have a web store now, but i don’t see US on the list, also EU got Batman Arkham City for free which is a newer game and you threw bio-shock 2 at the US member and that game is years old. Granted the multiplayer is awesome and i have been really enjoying myself. I do feel a bit cheated every time i see a game the EU gets that we do not. The web-store is a great addition and i was wondering when we get to view that here in the US?
Since you guys are now in the business of selling games on the website, will you become more aggressive like Steam,Amazon and even Green Man Gaming? Allow them to sell your games using voucher codes online at least, I’ll buy as long as the deals are on par with others i have bought through Steam etc. PS+ should become more aggressive with discounts, if we are paying for a service and its working out for Sony why not let us buy a really old games, assassins creed for example, at a steal like 7.50 and ps2 and PS games should not be 9.99 that’s just ridiculous, make em more affordable please. It will sell and make a weekly or daily deal that wouldn’t hurt. I just bought a brand new copy of red dead redemption for 14.50 at big lots and you guys are still selling it for 30. I want my money to go to sony but you guys are just not giving me the right incentives.
This is why I bought a 3-month subscription of PS Plus on my EU account even though I live in the US. PS Plus on EU is much better and I don’t have to wait every week for a new release. Also, they got 12 Deals of Christmas, non-PS Plus subscribers don’t receive anything or get a good discount. C’mon it’s Christmas!
I think the issue with providing the same exact content between EU and US was understood? I guess not.

Decent update guys. Much better than the promotion of Bioshock Infinite. I was hoping for Tokyo Jungle, but Rochard will do!
Why are the PSN games much more recent than the retail games? Just curious. And can we please finally get a RPG offering to show up? It is somewhat ridiculous that this genre has been so neglected in the IGC.
@267: What has been addressed? Definitely not the monthly updates like I was saying and which the majority of people voted on a while back. Ya Morgan says things take time to implement but I find that to be a load of crap. Hell when last weeks Plus update was announced they knew what we were getting this week. I’m pretty sure they know what we are getting the rest of the month too.
If EU can give a monthly update that NA should be able to too.
I’m liking the inclusion of a poll in the update. Gives you an idea of the kind of content people expect from PlayStation Plus. Personally, I voted “Nothing For Me” because I already own Super Street Fighter IV (non-arcade edition) and Rochard (which is a really great game!) Peace, love, and PlayStation. :)
