Addition: U.S. vendors such as Gamestop list dates, that other information sources use as standard, even though those vendor dates are just placeholders. It is to my understanding that the date is still TBA. Hence the request for an announcement.

@6 March, 2013 is the target Japan release date. There has not been a set release date for the U.S.
