I wouldn’t say most people still suffer. After version 1.5, my game never crashed or frozen again. It still has occasional rim-lag, maybe twice out of every 2 or 3 hours of straight gameplay, but certainly not as frequent. I will say that the initial release of the game was an unfinished build, but Bethesda (at least in my case) has done their part to fix the errors.
