In the setting system. You must restore the setting file (don’t know what is it exactly in English because my system is in french). This option will reset all your setting files… :) when your internet setting are done. Start the NHL game center app. Enter your PSN login info.

After that, you will have a promt that will ask you your NHL GameCenter ice login info. Then it will work.

Don’t really know what is the problem… login info or something else. I was able to watch game before and suddently I wasn’t able anymore. The make me think it’s not the login info… but who really know ?

Loads the NHL logo with a blue dot, which I guess is a puck, then screen goes black and freezes my playstation. EVERY TIME.

I got that error a couple of days ago, but when I tried again, it worked. The reason I say it is GameCenter itself is because I had problems with the Android app and the web-based version as well. Last year I had no problem getting through to their tech support. This year, I think they’ve been bombed so much with calls that it’s overwhelmed their system. Obviously they didn’t use the extra spare time to work on their infrastructure.

I call Sony support but the agent doesn’t know anything… he ask me to uninstall and reinstall the app… keep telling me he doesn’t have anything on this error and he ask me to call nhl support. I call nhl support, I wait for 50 min without been able to speak to anyone…

Next time I call NHL support it will be to cancel my subscription. Why do we pay if we can’t watch game ? I

Before yesterday the app crashed many times as well…

“The 2013 app features a whole new experience and a new user interface…” Yeah a black error screen… easy to naviguate because there is nothing you can do with that screen.
