If you have a reciept, the code should be on there.
Really, you’re not missing anything. They’re unlockable in the game! Yep! Just collect 30 Sly masks. The pre-order code just unlocks them early.
Actually… it’s a pretty big let down, but at least I didn’t have to pay anything extra for it. Besides, I think paying actual money for a recolor of a character is just a waste. I prefer unlocking them in-game. (Damn you, Arkham City!)
