You would think that the store would update at 3 pm EST because Bethesda is based in Maryland but apparently not. I don’t understand why they couldn’t put it on the store at 5 am. Its not like they’re finishing the DLC right not… but knowing Bethesda, they probably started the PS3 version this morning.

now its after 5pm est, what a crock of crap.. Next time might as well just say the dlc is release on the 13th, if you round up time wise it is the 13th of February. With the next generation consoles coming out at the end of the year beginning of 2014 etc, I truly hope CD Projekt RED, or (another company like them) puts this publisher into bankruptcy. The way these idiots treat there customers is shameful, I have no idea how they survived all the FTC complaints… Now we are upset with psn over update times, if this publisher just did it right the first time, we would not even be here, yea I like the game, hate the publisher, I Hope devs out there find a food publisher and make a better game then Skyrim, hopefully skyrim was just a stepping stone for greater things to come..

You have to boot into safe mode then just select the rebuild database option.
You will have to have a usb cord because your controller wont sync wirelessly in safe mode.

Em66, don’t start dude, if you go out there and look at the release articles it was said to update at midnight, then all of a sudden they change to afternoon. go do your homework before you talk to me…im not trying to put a damper or talk trash to anyone just stating how i feel, and how the ps3 users should be treated.

1) No, it’s supposed to update at it’s regular time which is anywhere between 5pm and 10pm EST
2) If they didn’t care about their customers 1. They wouldn’t have went through the trouble of making this available for PS3 at all, and 2. You probably wouldn’t be buying this and thus wouldn’t be impatiently waiting for it.
3)The moderator, who works for Bethesda, has no control over when the Playstation Store updates.
@Everyone else, in all seriousness, I really wouldn’t expect the store to update till like 8pm or so (another 3 hours). Just trying to save y’all the trouble of waiting, refresh, disappointment, repeat.

I am sure sony is trying to make sure that when they update that you guys won’t all go and crash psn. I imagine they will check stability b4 they launch this.
And yeah I’m doing my hw as I’m on this blog but I don’t care to keep track of every time Bethesda and Sony put up, ik they have changed the time plenty of times over today, but seriously this isn’t a place to really complain to the workers if u have a problem with how they work write or email them its much easier, here they don’t have to reply at all, they could just read over all of the complaints
I wonder why everyone talks about problems.
I’ve had Skyrim since day one and only had a few lag issues when my save file got to about 15MB before one of the patches months ago.
Other than that, it’s been practically glitch free, although when I tried the 360 version… that was a nightmare, screen tears, stuttering, freezing etc… and that’s just in the first half hour lol.
I hope more people give the PS3 version a shot, maybe I just got lucky but I have seen far fewer glitches in Skyrim than pretty much any game I’ve played this generation. Although, I almost never had glitches in Fallout or other such games as well.
Hmm, should I go see Enslaved perform at the Biltmore or play Dragonborn all night? Assuming it does come out today.

ok. i planned this big long speech about how i dont really care about exclutivity or whatever it is:P and that skyrims dlc should be out, but i realized im not mad about this. i mean, im a little dissapointed, but not mad. hell, if it comes out tomorrow, great! at least it CAME.
blue in all honesty, i have been watching ign, and gamespy and psn updates for this dlc…it was supposed to be a midnight release first, then they switched it to 12pm, then they switched it to sometimes in the afternoon.. i honestly don’t care what ppl feel about what i say, i say it how i see it..and the moderator i was speaking of, is the one at the beginning of this convo, you know the one speaking in red background…he should be the one letting us know, or atleast someone from psn should be letting us know, “hey calm down everyone, this is whats going on and this is when we plan on updating our systems” thank you guys and once again please be patient” that would be the right thing to do…

Why does it take so long stupid timed exclusive for dawnguard then no hearthfire now this why are we getting neglected i know microsoft can cash out so easy because they came out before ps3 making them supreme over lord but really on thing sony could like microsoft is update it at 12 so we can play it when we get home from school or work or where ever you are please be out at 5:00 central i am so angry.
