Be happy you guys are getting anything, your complaining does nothing but make you look like ungrateful children. be happy they didn’t just say they cancelled this week update instead of whining. it’s still Tuesday so they’ve actually kept their weekly promise of updates. no where does it read “PSN store updates Tuesdays at XX:00 time”

Nice update. A little disappointed there’s no apology for it being nearly a day late. How many of your customers missed out on the Tuesday update because it came out past their bedtime? I know Morgan said you can’t release the update at the same time every week but it sucks to have to wait until Tuesday night because I live on the east coast. What about your young crowd or those of us who want an update before I go to work at night.

@Grace/PS Store Team The store doesn’t let me download Patapon 3 to my vita. It says it’s vita compatible in it’s description on the store, but when I click download (I bought it before) it takes me to my download list and says “Cannot download using a PS Vita system”

It took you till past 10PM to update the store!? really? Sony you used to give our updates 1, 2 and 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Now you been getting lazy with this late updates. And I find every week to be even later. Sony you need to get your act together because this is most disappointing. I really expect so much out of you.

Morgan,

Just want to let you and the team know that I’m not spending any money on the PlayStation Store until I’m refunded for the “Free” debacle from last week.

I’m also stunned at the timeline you laid out in your update post (1-3 weeks for a refund). Seriously? You’re telling me it is possible it could take you all a month (considering we are already a week into this) to refund me for Sony’s mistake?

I appreciate your communication on the matter and I know it is not your fault, but you are our sounding board and I am not a happy customer at this point in time.

I hear you on the feedback; but I’m afraid that’s the timeline. Keep in mind, I posted a very conservative time estimate in that post in case it needed more time; more than likely, it will not take up to 3 weeks. We’re working on getting everyone taken care of quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.

None of the art is updated.

Question that seems to get passed on and I never get answered

Where is motorstorm arctic edge? I been wanting to play that since launch of the vita but still.nothing which is odd since its a Sony owned game n you would think they would want it released but still nothing week after week

Also twisted metal head on is still.missing from the store along with crash n spyro games if its a sony owned game you would think Sony would want it on their own system

I mean I got them on.my ospgo but I want them on the bigger better system

Sooo come on

Not sure what’s more pathetic.. the time it took to update the store, or the people complaining as if their life depended on the PS Store being updated..

@80 when u consider that ppl complaining here have a + at their avatar, meaning they have a Plus Account…well it’s not exactly free anymore

@ FetusZero(funny name btw. :P )

Definitely the latter. Some of these people are seriously have some whack priorities, they are like druggies who need their next fix.

You guys expect to create a new console, with new network features, and more online connectivity, when for the past six + years you guys couldn’t even manage to get your store updates right… Something drastic needs to be done to get this back into shape. The Playstation store is the only online store thats so chaotic and inconsistent. Quite literally last place in stability and functionality…

Those PSP games like Patapon 3 should be 10 bucks at the most.

Downloading Vanquish and the Dust 514 starter pack from ps+. May go ahead and buy the AC3 dlc also.

Also, I so hope that Tomb Raider will be a day one digital. Still a couple weeks till release, but I think almost every big game should be day one digital now.

Yay, going to get Hearthfire.

I’ve already played it on the Xbox, so a little not-quite warning about the homes you build: you can’t build all of the blueprint options, you have to choose among various rooms for each sector of the home. So, SAVE OFTEN, so if you decide you wanted a bedroom not a greenhouse, you can reload an earlier save.

And you have to be Thane. Some people won’t be able to build some houses because of choices they made during the game earlier. If you don’t get the option to become Thane, research this and you’ll probably find out why.

The New Playstation Store it’s just terrible. People who find a DLC deserves a trophy.

Getting some weird behavior on the Dust DLC for PS+. When I selected it, it asked me to pick a version. I picked the free PS+ version and it added it to my cart. Then I went through checkout and the checkout complete page didn’t show it on the side for download. Checking my download list, it’s not there. The PS+ free price has also disappeared from the item, leaving the $9.99 regular price as the only option.

Well, I was wrong. At 11:05 pm it finally updated. These times are getting really bad. Was hoping to try Vanquish before going to bed but now I’ll be heading to bed as soon as it’s done downloading.

Chill out folks, a late store update isn’t the end of the world. Looking forward to trying Vanquish! The demo was fun and it’s just one of those titles I just plum forgot about.

Thanks to everyone at Sony for all that you do, in spite on the constant complaining you receive on this blog, I’m a satisfied customer!

So much complaining over the update being a little late. Maybe it’s late because Monday was a holiday. At least they got it up today.
