LittleBigPlanet 2: Mm Picks

It’s time to take a look at some of the amazing creations being published by the community in our weekly LittleBigPlanet 2: Mm Picks.

We start this week’s showcase with Octagon Dial by tksksmz2, a mind-bending puzzler of a game that will see you twisting and switching colors around with the aim to get three of the same color in a row! Incredibly addictive and quite the challenge, have a go and see if you can get the high-score!

It’s time to get really retro in our next level, which was created by Mr_Hijinx.

Bunchy’s Adventure is a wonderful 8-bit extravaganza that sees the titular Bunchy the Bird collecting gems and jumping on enemies to reach his tomato nemesis. – A truly classic gaming adventure.

Our last stop this week is the brilliantly bouncy, Bounce of Galaxy! by LBPCreatorKit.

We’re back in familiar territory with some classic Sackboy platforming here… Well, as familiar as you can get with Sackboy when he’s bouncing all over a space station in a whacky adventure! – As an extra game, see if you can count how many times Sackboy bounces in the video below:

LittleBigPlanet PS Vita: Team Pick

This week’s Team Pick is Xenomooch by tsr13. Xenomooch is a pun and fun filled point-and-click adventure game set in space. It will take some time to play through it all, but thanks to some clever use of the Memoriser you can come back to it later and continue from where you left off.

  • Thanks for fulfilling my dream of LBP Kart racing with Cloud on a bike… I wish it didn’t have a sidecar.. but good enough.

Come out with a motorcycle and I’d buy it! :D
I could also be Mr. Grimm from Twisted Metal…. >.<'

  • In theory, if LBP3 was made for the PS4. Would our DLC be compatible? In theory mind you. Just wondering, cause as of now. I own every piece of DLC. I’m pretty sure I’ve spent more money on DLC than LBP, and LBP2 combined. I know MM is moving away from LBP but I figure your still in the know.

  • Excellent line up of levels. Anyone with LBP Vita should not pass up the XenoMooch level. It was amazing!

  • Any chance of making LBP2 costumes available in Battle Royale? Drake and Cole would be nice :D

  • Assassin’s Creed 3 still has a bug plz fix it. with the DLC it keep saying you unlock befor i start the game pushing the X like 10 time befor the game start :( you unlock you unlock you unlock you unlock you unlock you unlock

  • Yay LBP!

Now that we’ve got all the dlc for Karting I’m a happy customer again!

Just gotta save up a bit, or wait for a sale and I’ll grab LBP Vita to finish my collection… until the next game (hopefully not a ps4 thing) at least.

  • Selecting “Settings” at any time in LittleBigPlanet karting will FREEZE YOUR PLAYSTATION 100% of the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is this NOT FIXED. It’s insulting that you guys are charging us for downloadable content before fixing bugs that have been around for 3 months. I can’t change my video game’s settings without freezing my playstation? Seriously?!?!

  • @ boomstickbhg… you better believe it’s going to be PS4. Start saving your money, the PS3 is so unbelievably outtdated that I wouldn’t even bother buying a LBP3 if it didn’t make the jump to next gen. Imagine the possibilities with more ram, gpu memory, and processing power. Those load times and thermometers would be a thing of the past!

  • I love the site :) you guys have really done a great job with LBP

  • Just tried “Xenomooch”: Love the classic point-and-click adventure gameplay style! Or should I say, “point-and-touch” :P
Gotta love the LBP community for pushing the game into other directions!
