@98: On according to Atlus it was supposed to be working on ps3/psp/vita with the launch today, and they are looking to get it resolved right now. Go ahead and blame Sony for this one like always when psp games and psone classics don’t actually work.

A reboot fixed my issues with the PS Store although I think that it was still updating since when I started it again Peace Walker wasn’t being shown.

Could you guys show the PS Vita sale on the “New Releases” tab on the Vita store? I noticed that it appears on Feature but I hardly check there.

If you search “Star Wars” it’s pretty much at the bottom. You can also go to Games –> PS3 Add-Ons –> New PS3 Add-Ons –> Sort Z-A and it should be there.

@ GrooThePerverted

That is nothing. Ask them why digital games are priced the same as physical, when the costs involved in digital are so much less? – ie, no packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or retailer fees.

You will never get a answer.

Argh, I can’t believe I finally did it, I bought Valkyria Chronicles 2 for my Vita… and didn’t realize it is a freakin’ PSP only game :( I can’t play it! My fault, but not being able to return downloadable games is a huge fault of downloadable games.
Not only did it look like a great game, but now I threw away the $10 free bonus they gave me… Oh well, Sega of America is closed so it will never be ported to Vita. That sucks.

This is why i kind of deem downloadable games as a crappy trend. I got on board to test the waters. I enjoy Steam because its CHEAP, and PSN has been okay. But by far on the PS3 i got better deals on used and old physical games at stores and ebay than I did old downloadable sales on PSN. These sales (for non-Plus members) are not very good; and this is a “promotion”!?
Add to it i bought a game I cant #1 return or #2 sell to someone else, i am just stuck with a $10 game i can never use… And now I hear PS4 wont play the games I buy here anyway? Fail.

Not going to get anything because we were lied to (not by Sony) that Terraria was supposed to come out February. The only thing I was really looking forward to this week was Terraria because it was supposed to come out February but at the last (why do games always get delayed at the last minute?) minute it got delayed now no one will tell us why it got delayed or when the new release date is, all they keep saying is “Soon”, I’m tempted to get Unchained Blades because it’s on sale (again) but I already have it on the 3DS.

@MPISForChumps Yeah I’ve had that argument too (one-sided that is). It makes little sense. I understand they have relationships with the retailers, though, and they can’t have a full digital release being sold for $20 bucks or so when the store versions are selling them at $60. That wouldn’t work and I get that.

But there’s really no reason you can’t have every digital release be at MOST $49.99 for major releases and $39.99 or $29.99 for the ones that would normally be lesser priced (Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 is $39.99 on Amazon, Walking Dead: Survival Instincts — which looks like complete and utter dog crap btw — is $49.99 on Amazon).

But that’ll never be answered of course except with corp-speak

Didn’t care much about it, but was getting it because it was free. Still kind of weird.

@Menaged, they’ve already stated in the “Buy $50 get $10 back” thing that if you spend $49.99 you’ll STILL get the $10. No need to buy something just to get over the $50 mark.

@90 + Kristine Steimer response

It doesn’t say it, but is strongly implied in the blog from yesterday.

“If you’re a die-hard Persona fan, there’s a good chance you have every game in the series—Persona, Persona 2: Innocent Sin, Persona 3 Portable, and the recent Persona 4 Golden—playable on PS Vita… except one.”

It is the wording in which it was put that likely threw people.

OMG, seriously, can anyone agree with me that this is THE BEST UPDATE OF 2013!!!!???? I mean, look at all those pre-orders!!!! And I loved that Uncharted 3 multiplayer initiative (more noobs to kill, hooray!), I bought Killzone 3 because of the free multiplayer in PSN, so I hope that brings more people to the U3 MP as well. But, for me, the real stars of this update are the sales. If Sound Shapes is really Cross-Buy, I’ll buy it with my 10$ received from Sony. Too bad that the Super Stardust Delta Interstellar Bundle isn’t on sale like the normal version is, thought. But it’s OK, because Sony is starting 2013 with a bang: The PS Plus “Get 1 year, get 3 bonus months” promo, the PlayStation 4 reveal, the 10$ gift for loyal customers, the “Spend 50$, earn 10$ back” promo, and now this awesome update! You’re doing great, Sony, keep up. 2013 will be the best!
