@ 42 They don’t have their heads in their “posterior” they are just greedy. With physical copies developers will lose money if there product doesn’t sell do to manufacturing and other cost, so they lower the price. With digital that risk of loosening money is not present so they are less likely to lower the cost of digital.

Are you talking about PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale? That DLC is scheduled for the 19th according to this post: http://blog.us.playstation.com/2013/02/27/new-ps-all-stars-zeus-isaac-medievil-the-unfinished-swan-level/
Although you received a code early, it won’t work until the content is live on the store. See this part in particular: “When Zeus and Isaac Clarke go live in All-Stars on March 19th (one week later), you can use your code to redeem them any time after they are live.”

Kristine,
I have to share some of my sentiments that I felt I read in previous blogs that there were 3 weeks of Vita sales. When I noticed this wasn’t announced this week I assumed it was my imagination but seeing some of the posts it seems like there were others that thought that too. Was there an edit somewhere down the line or something?
You guys do a great job. Keep up the good work.

How come you guys don’t distinguish from Import PSone games and regular PSone games anymore? There isn’t even any text letting us know which is which. Question and concern about those PS1 classics:
I know that in their thumbnail they have Japanese text and the screenshots on their store page show Japanese rather than English, but no where does it mention these games are in Japanese nor do they give the warning about the language.
Can I please get confirmation the language these games are in? Thanks.

Of course the Vita only had 2 weeks of sales for the anniversary, it doesn’t have enough games for more than that. Heck, they had to give away PSP games away.

Not as great as the past couple weeks but I am not complaining since I haven’t even touched a couple of those “free games”. I am not a fan of Assassin’s Creed games so it doesn’t bother me that it wasn’t added in the discounts. Hey I purchased the 12 month Ps+ in April, and I didn’t get the 10 dollars back. Do I need to buy something else because it was 49.99?
P.s. I got it my brother’s account

Do you mean you bought it in March? The spend $50 get $10 promotion doesn’t give you a voucher back until April. The 12 month PS+ purchase will get you a $10 voucher.

@Kristine I remember seeing someone post that buying plus would count for the 10 back as long as it was from the Ps store (it was) is that not the case?

Hi Grace/Morgan/Kristine,
A bit off topic but just a quick question. Does buying songs (in-game) from SingStar and Rock Band counts towards the “Spend $50 Get $10 Back” promotion?
Thanks.

@85 You won’t get the $10 til April 12th, but the $49.99 counts for it.

$4.99 for a game like Puzzle by Nikoli V Sudoku might be too much for a game like that, which you can get it for $1.99 or free on a mobile device.

@Kristine
It wasn’t just the wording in the Blog posts that were the issue, if anything the blog posts never stated how many weeks the weekly sales would last. Really the misleading thing was the graphic in the PSN store both PS3 and Vita both had confusing wording. On the vita store it said something to the effect of “New Vita sales every week” pretty sure that was the direct quote.

If it’s possible, could we get an update as to when the DLC for Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational will be made available? When the new game update came out last Wednesday with extra characters and courses being offered, I assumed (like many others I’m sure) that those items would be available for purchase with the next PSN update. I’d be disappointed to have to wait at least another week on this when we have already been teased on this new content inside the game.

@96 Its up to Bethseda if they want to add the base game to PSN. I bought Fallout 3 GOTY awhile back, much better deal since it has the base game and all 5 dlcs streamlined into the disc.

@63 …. i think the reason God Of War: Ascension is NOT a day 1 digital purchase …. is because of its size. The last God of War game (3) was …. i believe …. 40+ GB. Can you imagine trying to download that in a day …. let alone having the space on your HD to install it …. ?? Just guessing here ….
