Dollar Dash: Pull Off the Ultimate Heist on PSN Today

Roger Joswig's Avatar Posted by Managing Director, Candygun Games

Everyone here on the development team at Candygun Games is excited to see Dollar Dash release on the PlayStation Network. Creating a game with local multiplayer mayhem was at the top of our priorities as we designed it to be entertaining to play with friends on the couch or online. We are quite happy with the depth of multiplayer options and configurations – there are so many ways to play.

Dollar Dash

In Dollar Dash, players control a cartoon thief and attempt to grab as much cash as they can carry in their bag. To secure victory, players must bring their bag of cash to a getaway car all while avoiding pratfalls from other thieves who are out to collect the cash for themselves. Luckily, there are crazy amounts of weapons and power-ups to utilize in effort to gather the most amounts of cash and stand on top of the piles of cash to be called the number-one thief.

Speaking of weapons, Dollar Dash has 20 crazy ones: from hunting thieves by throwing a cactus pot at them or squashing them with a giant boulder, the game is truly mad. Players can throw down oil slicks or portable holes to shake off pursuers. Perhaps they want to mess with the minds of their rival thieves by way of exploding beer kegs, which reverse the controls! The more people play, the more tactics and combinations they will find to develop their own thieving style.

Dollar Dash

The money looted in game also serves another purpose: buying weapons and customization options in the in-game shop. There are a wide variety of weapon upgrades, perks, and player customization items waiting for players to make use of their hard-earned money.

Dollar Dash hits PSN today for PlayStation 3 for $9.99. A trial version is also available. Take a look, and enjoy the chaotic, crazy combat of Dollar Dash.

Is the trial version a Demo of the game? or a mode in the game?
